Tracy and Eric were fantastic hosts, very friendly, and all-around great people! The unit was super clean, cute, and set up nicely. They were very accommodating and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The view is spectacular, with beautiful sunsets in comfy chairs at the water's edge. They had a great fire ring space for everyone to hang out at. This place was a great spot for us, we would highly recommend staying with Tracy and Eric!

Our stay was great, we went for a hockey tournament and stayed together as a team. Jim and Tracey left a welcome note, some treats by the bed and in the fridge. There were great with getting back to me and answering questions . Easy check in and allowed us to check out later than scheduled. House was big and roomy . Overall great stay and would recommend to anyone else who was interested in staying there

Relaxing Lakefront Cottage on Lake Superior

Great spot and get-away! Leeza & Ian were superb communicators and gracious hosts. Their camp was as described and super relaxing location on the water. Easy in and out, and a laid back town/neighborhood. The beach was shallow and made for exhilarating swimming. It was super easy for us to grill and hang out side on the spacious deck. Fully equipped kitchen to cook and make yourself feel at home. We especially enjoyed the proximity to some beautiful parks and excellent hikes. Conveniences close-by (we found Terrace Bay to have all we needed). We will certainly keep an eye out for an opening to stay again when we make it back to their neck of the woods again.

The loft apartment was nice with amenities listed. What we enjoyed was access to the lake. The beach is shallow and warm enough to swim and walk along. There are other cottages nearby and children playing and having great fun. Enjoyed listening to their laughter.

Kate’s suite was absolute perfect!! My 2 dogs and I are on a cross country drive so we only stayed one night. I would love to stay longer and enjoy the nearby beach and trail. The suite was exactly as described and had everything and more that we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this spot and would definitely stay again.

Everyone really enjoyed their time at Jim and Tracy’s Airbnb. The house was spotless and had everything to accommodate out of town guests. We had 5 guests staying here and there was more than enough room for everyone, everyone felt right at home and the town of Manitouwadge was extremely welcoming and friendly to all of us. Jim and Tracy were fast responding to any needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and that everything was seamless. I strongly recommend booking with them, they will take care of you and make you feel right at home. Excellent place to stay at, it will be our first place to look at when we come back!

Us: 6 adults, 3 trucks, and lots of stuff. The Home is Clean, Secure, Warm. The kitchen, bathrooms, floors where all clean. The kitchen and dining area is a nice size. Mattresses are comfortable as well as clean. Location was perfect for our fishing trip. Parking accommodated three trucks, 2 with trailers. The home was cozy and warm especially appreciated by the people used to wood heat. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The dryer was very much appreciated to dry out after getting caught in the rain. Would be awesome to also have a drying rack for items we could not put in the dryer. Even a small clothes line in the lower basement would work. We made it work and had dry clothes to continue fishing. Enjoyed our stay. We will re-book for next year.

Jim & Tracy's place was not only as advertised, but they went above and beyond! There were mints by the pillows when we arrived, and they even supplied a few items in the fridge for us. Who does that?!? It was such a pleasant surprise and we are so appreciative of them for it.

Lake Superior Cabin

We were greeted immediately on arrival and got checked in to the little cabin on the lake. It's small but more than enough room for 2 people, and super clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare basic meals and a large bbq too. The bed was super comfy and tons of towels were provided. Wifi was good and the satellite tv had more stations available than most hotels. Tracy and Eric are the nicest folks. Welcomed us to their get togethers, but gave us our space too. Very helpful with fishing tips, and getting our boat in and out of the water. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay. Look forward to coming back!

The bathroom features a clean layout with a bathtub and shower combination. A large mirror is mounted above the sink, which is set into a dark cabinet. A blue and white striped shower curtain adds a touch of color.

As a large group taking part in the local festivities, this location accommodated us perfectly! The units are spacious, clean and have ample beds, couches and even extra chairs for meals together as a group! Great TVs, and entertainment available to guests like some board games and cards and poker chips. We felt right at home and really appreciated Sandra’s hospitality!

Had an excellent stay at Tracy & Eric’s cabin. It is a beautiful location, right on the water, perfect for a small getaway. There is lots to do in the area, or just sit on the dock or beach and enjoy your surroundings. Tracey was a great host and the unit was equipped with everything you could need and more. Would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here!
