Danitria was a perfect host! Before booking, I had some family emergencies that kept changing our dates - but she was extremely flexible, responsive and understanding. Between her pre-check in communications, welcome book and other notes - we had absolutely no questions or issues the entire 2 weeks we stayed. The house was clean, comfortable and relaxing. We felt as comfortable there as we would have been at home. Would definitely go back!

Pamela's place exceeded our expectations and was more spacious than the photos could show. The two of us coming from central Pennsylvania for an event in Lewes wanted a place that would be convenient to town but not in the middle of the resort's bustle or along the busy Route 1 shopping corridor. This fit the bill perfectly. It took us less than 15 minutes to get to the center of Lewes, less to get to a bay beach in Broadkill. Serene and quiet location. Comfortable bed and couch. Lots of places inside and out to sit and read. Gorgeous bathroom, especially shower. Would definitely return.

My family if 12 had plenty of space. The house was immaculate and the views were amazing. great sunrise view from the back deck. Very prompt communication when ever i had questions. I would highly recommend this home. Hottub was used daily and enjoyed.

What a lovely, peaceful place! My daughter & I so enjoyed this beautifully appointed cottage. The water, snacks, toiletries were appreciated! The property was quiet; a good location to get to many nearby areas to explore. The only thing we missed was seeing any farm animals & the dog! Marsha was very prompt in responding to questions. We are frequent AirBnB travelers, & this was one of our best experiences. Highly recommend!

Loved my stay at Calli’s place so much I extended twice! The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. I loved working remotely from the deck overlooking the water. Calli has kayaks right on the property’s beach, so getting onto the water is a breeze. If you’re lucky, Reef the lab will join you. 😉 Had the pleasure of meeting Calli’s father Dave, who lives on the property. Highly recommend!
