Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Greenpoint, Brooklyn

We had an excellent stay in NYC. The unit was clean, had great views, great and safe location. Excellent communication-highly recommend. Our family of 4 went the week before Christmas to see the lights, The Rockettes and NYC ballet Nutcracker.

Clean and cute place that was well stocked with what you need for your stay. Claudia was excellent to deal with and answered promptly.

This place was right in the middle of everything. Great find, clean and easy check in. I I flew in earlier than my check in time and Jeyhun was able to provide me a space for luggage storage which was PERFECT! I definitely will be back my next trip.

The Airbnb was nice and clean, I think it could use a couple more things around the place, like a dresser and other things for storage. They communicated really well and the Airbnb was easy to get in and out of, the streets and honking was a lot in the morning since the walls are thin, but overall the experience was really good

The people were super nice. We love the location. A lot of nice such as that I wasn’t expecting like a record player, decanter whiskey, glasses, etc..

Janne was unbelievably helpful and super friendly! He was incredibly flexible when coordinating arrival times, which made everything so much easier. His instructions about the building were clear and detailed, and he provided great tips on navigating the area even walking us to the ferry to show us how to get where we wanted to go the next day. He went above and beyond by recommending a fantastic spot for last-minute Thanksgiving baking goods, which was a lifesaver! Janne also answered all of our questions promptly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying here—his warm hospitality truly made the experience exceptional!

We would stay again!! What a great place! It had everything that we needed. The area was perfect! Restaurants were plentiful and fantastic. There is a grocery store 3 minutes away (walking) where you can get anything you need. Getting to the train was a 15-20 minute walk and we always felt comfortable. Getting into NYC, Times Square took us 30 minutes!! It was a great stay, Thank you.

Ozzie's no-frills Airbnb offers basic amenities and a clean space; it’s perfect if you need a simple, affordable place to stay. Ozzie's place is conveniently located near the Lincoln Tunnel for travel to NYC; the bus line on 60th and JFK, including buses 166 and 128 among others, arrived very frequently (we never waited more than 6 minutes). The Ferry to Port Imperial is also less than a mile away for a scenic route into NYC. Ozzie was responsive, and provided thorough check-in instructions and was able to accommodate our early check-in request. With a large group, and considering Manhattan's ban on short-term rentals, this is the best option for a large group under one roof.

Helen is the kindest and most responsive host of the many I’ve dealt with. Richard spent nearly an hour helping us set up video. The apartment is tastefully furnished. The piano is in tune! The location is unbeatable. Services are excellent. Our hosts were absolutely transparent about auxiliary issues like street noise. A great find. Simone

This was our best stay on Airbnb! The condo felt more like a 5-star hotel than a typical rental. It was chic, modern and exceptionally well-designed. Watching the sunset over the river from the living room was truly breathtaking. The kitchen was fully equipped with top of the line appliances. Location was ideal with easy access to the some of the best restaurants, boutiques, NYC attractions and Central Park. 
What made our stay even more special was Alex’s hospitality. Her welcoming and friendly manner added a personal touch that made our visit truly exceptional. We had a great time and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality and fabulous home!

We’d definitely recommend this place- it was perfect. The space was beautiful and we love that he’d even set up a Christmas tree- it felt extra festive. Harris was very kind and helpful- he let me leave my bags for a few hours after checkout so I didn’t have to go to the airport super early. The location was very safe, walkable to great spots in Brooklyn and very easy to take the subway to Manhattan. I’d 100% love to stay here again, when next in New York!

Beautiful place and amazing hosts! Felt right at home and with NYC very close by. A grocery shop right across the street and more just less than 10 mins walking. Easy access and impecable instructions. Highly recommended!

Benjamin's place was beautiful and clean. I loved the renovations and decor. Very spacious and cozy. I felt right at home! He was super accommodating and responsive. 5 stars for sure!!

I use Airbnb a lot and let me to you all that Silvia is the best host I’ve ever come across! She was extremely hospitable and helpful, she went out of her way to help us. The place itself is amazing, spacious and comfortable. We literally had everything we needed and there is a good laundrette nearby (laundry warehouse). The drive fits 2 large SUVs comfortably Don’t hesitate when coming to book this place, trust me it’s better than most places in the area!

We had both units. Loved having laundry, The game room was fantastic. Already planning on booking again.

This place was very comfortable. Exactly as described, the host was very responsive. Great location, I felt safe my entire stay!

The house is amazing. Very spacious and roomy. It was too cold to enjoy the backyard but I can see having some great times back there. The kitchen is very comfortable and offers all the expected amenities. The coffee pot even had both options; drip coffee and K-cup option. The home was even decorated with a Christmas tree as we're in that season. It was a very nice touch. Overall we loved the house. Carlos was very communicative. When we asked for more towels, someone was there the next morning to assist. Carlos also provided helpful restaurant suggestions. Mosst of the towels were very short and not your typical length. But def not a big deal. In general the house was clean. However, we did find what appears to be white dog hair in some rooms. There were also some small roaches in the kitchen. They could have been attracted to some of the food we had on the counters. The neighborhood was very "meh" as there are some projects down the block. No issues but we were wary.

I can't emphasize enough how responsive Natalia was. If we had a concern, she was on it to ensure it was taken care of. The place was clean and comfortable. My family had fun with the ping ping table etc. Honestly, the only obstacle on our stay at Natalia's place was the upstairs guests on night one playing loud music and night two running up and down. That's not on Natalia though. I reached out to her about the noise and she reached out to the upstairs guests to remind them of house rules. Overall, you won't be disappointed! We would stay there again, happily.

The Carriage House was awesome. the bedrooms were great and accomodated all of us perfectly. we loved the wet and dry saunas. The family ping pong challenge/tournament continued which was epic. we loved playing with her doggies. Lisa was wonderful. Extremely responsive amd accomodating. will definitely stay again when visiting NYC.

My family and I drove down from Chicago, and we enjoyed our stay. I’ve had experiences where it’s difficult to get into an Airbnb and Tanya’s place made it so easy to get in after a long drive. The place was clean, spacious, and great for my family of 6. There’s also a grocery store that is a 4-minute drive from the house and is open 24hrs-that is very convenient. Overall, a great experience. Thank you, Tanya!
