Apartment vacation rentals in Greenland

We stayed here for a month in February/March and absolutely loved it. The apartment is quiet, spacious, and felt brand new. The living room is bright with big windows and beautiful views of the snowy surroundings. We love places that let you feel connected to the location even while indoors—and this apartment did exactly that. Whether it was too cold to go out or we were working on our laptops, it always felt like we were in a unique place like Greenland. The location is great—an easy walk to the town center, or a quick taxi ride (50 DKK or less). Taxis arrive within minutes. There are great spots nearby too: KAFFEVIK (a cozy café with great cakes & coffee), Thai takeout, and BOLYN with a fantastic selection of imported food from the Philippines and Asia - very convenient! The host was fantastic—great communication, super helpful, and even upgraded our internet during our stay to make remote work easier. We’ll definitely be back!

Lars and Laddawan were supernice hosts. I really felt like home, like back in my student years when I used to share house with people. Lars even picked me up when I first arrived and the same weekend they invited me to join them on a tour out in the fjord for fishing. Lars also had a lot of advice regarding my projectin Greenland and helped me with contacts. The house itself is very nice, overlooking the harbor (I got to see my first Northern lights there) and well equipped with everything needed, especially the kitchen. The room also has everything needed, a comfy bed, a desk for working, TV with Netflix etc and a comfy sofa. There are two toilets which is very handy. The area and apartment are very quiet . It's on the outskirts of Nuuk, but the bus connection and shopping facilities are excellent and it's close to a nice hiking area. I cannot think of any downside. Maybe the cleanliness could have been a bit better, but that was by far outweight by the positive things.

Great location. About 10 minutes walk to the center of town. Nearby shops and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and amenities worked well. Great value for those who really want to save on accommodation

I recently stayed in this nice, newly renovated unit and had a generally pleasant experience. The apartment is located on the third level, which might be a bit challenging for those with heavy luggage as there is no elevator. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the amenities you need to cook, and the TV with Netflix was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. However, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The unit did have a noticeable smell of smoke from a neighboring apartment, which could be bothersome, especially for non-smokers. Additionally, while the apartment was well-stocked with kitchen essentials, it lacked basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap, so be sure to bring your own. Nuuk is a small city, but the location of the apartment is a bit removed from the city center, so a taxi might be needed if you're not up for a walk in the cold weather. Despite these small issues, I still give this stay 5 stars.

Modern apartment, walkable to the center of Nuuk and a grocery store close by. Everything was great and the apartment was well heated. Overall great apartment, would recommend.

Our family of 4 adults really enjoyed this great top floor apartment. Lots of light and great view of the mountains and sea from the balcony. Short walk to the center of town with many choices of shops and restaurants/cafes. Beds and linens seemed new and our rooms were cozy warm when we arrived. Wi-Fi worked well and we were able to watch programs via YouTube on the living room T.V. Martin and Anna were able to arrange a pick-up for us at the Nuuk airport with a large van and a friendly Samoyed which was appreciated. Kitchen was spacious with basic supplies, including filter coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave oven and a toaster. There is not a lot of cookware for heavy use in the kitchen, but that did not bother us, as we went out to enjoy the Greenlandic food scene (Snowcrabs at Esme’s Lounge across the street is not to be missed!). There was plenty enough however for us to use for breakfast and snacks, as well as a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Would definitely stay again!

Definitely recommend if you want to stay centrally in Nuuk, close to shopping, cafes and restaurant, close to the harbor, public transport Mads is also a really pleasant and helpful landlord and we can only give good recommendations from here 🙏🏻

Large home, clean, cozy, good price, is far from town but perfect with car, good service, comfortable beds, nice with floor heaters, lots of towels

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and quiet Airbnb in Nuuk! The place is beautifully furnished with a stunning interior that made us feel right at home. The kitchen is extraordinary, equipped with top-notch facilities. The nearby bus stop provided easy access to the city, as well as airport which was super convenient. Couldn't have been better. Maja's place is tidy and spacious. It is located in a quiet residential area, a short drive from the city centre. Highly recommended.

Great place! We stayed here for a little over two weeks and it was absolutely perfect. It's a really cozy apartment that has everything you need. And both hosts are extremely helpful and sweet. 10/10. Here we would like to stay again :)
