Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Greene County

We wanted a place to celebrate Thanksgiving together and this was perfect!! The classic oven/stovetop worked perfectly. Would recommend to anyone.

We loved our stay in Jonica's condo. The beds were so comfortable (1 king and 1 queen) with quality sheets and bedding and the towels were so fluffy and soft. We appreciated having a bathroom on both levels. She had so many games we enjoyed trying out. We played them by the beautiful fire we built in her fireplace. It was magical to sit by the fireside while we enjoyed visiting with family we had not seen recently. As an extra bonus, Jonica provided a Keurig machine in the kitchen with a wide variety of hot drinks at our fingertips. Check in was quick and easy and we felt so safe in this beautiful area of town. We ate just up the street at DiBella's and loved the variety of their tasty subs. Jonica was always responsive whenever we had a question so we highly recommend this Airbnb and would return again.

The decor was well done. We love the accent walls, the thoughtful decor, the linens were exceptional and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The host was incredibly proactive and communicative. The house was also spotless. Well done all around, I would recommend.

This 1970s-style home is fabulous! It is exactly like the pictures, but much better to experience in-person. It’s amazing how well maintained this home and its furnishings are; it truly is like stepping back in time to the 70s. If you love the 70s or just love unique experiences, you will love this home. The love and care that was put into this home is evident, and I felt honored to stay there. The owner of the home, Rita, and the guest contact, Taj, are so kind and gracious. They’ve stocked the home so well, you will certainly have more than enough of just about anything you can think of for your stay. Rita was even so generous to give my family and I a free late afternoon checkout. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. The home is so lovely, even the wooded view from the large windows in the living room is gorgeous. I felt so relaxed, safe, and at peace our entire stay. Thank you, Rita and Taj, for hosting us!

Such a fun place to stay! We used the sauna and the massage table and played games. I look forward to coming back when the weather is better to try out the patio and the hot tub. The area is very private and the house is super comfortable.

Quiet, spacious home near walking/cycling paths and Wright-Patterson AFB. Nice place to crash for 2 travelers in town to celebrate a friend’s retirement, just down the street. Looks exactly like the photos. Love the tranquil views from the windows facing the backyard.

Hosted my family for grad weekend at Wayne’s place. Place was clean and homely. Asked for an earlier check in time to make some preparations, which he so willingly granted. We had pretty much all we needed all through our time there. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Beautiful place to stay close to downtown area. Very clean and very well stocked with things to make your stay more comfortable. Extra special touches, charming decor and plenty of comfortable seating for our family. Two bathrooms was definitely a plus. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

The home was comfortable and clean, located in a nice, friendly neighborhood. I ordered Amazon packages and received them safely right at the door. Amanda was great—she responded quickly to all my messages. Highly recommend!

Our plans may have gotten cancelled due to the weather, but Letrice’s place was a nice respite. Hot tub was lovely, and it was super sweet that she got us snacks that we liked. I would definitely stay at Letrice’s place again if we come back for the Ren Faire!

They made themselves readily available. The place had nice thick walls that made it feel like we were in there building by ourselves. Will definitely book again.

The Garden Place in Dayton was perfect for our visit ... easily one of the nicest, best appointed, charming places we've ever stayed at. The kitchen was fully stocked, down to homemade banana bread in the fridge. Plenty of towels & pillows, info on local restaurants, parks and happenings, close to shopping, downtown, UD campus and bike trails ... even charging cables in the bedroom. We'd happily return next time we're headed to Dayton (which is a great city!). Cheers!

Nice spot in a beautiful historic neighborhood. Great location with some shops right at the end of the street and just a short walk to the oregon district.

This was our first experience with Airbnb. It was wonderful. We even had fresh eggs that we collected from the chicken coup. Even though we were out of town everything we needed(stores) were within short driving distance. Very nice place to stay.
