Vacation rentals with a patio in Greene County

We had such a lovely stay at this cute condo! It was bright and cheerful and spotless, and there were lovely touches that made it so easy to feel at home. There were also lots of amenities that just made it clear the owner really wants people to have a stress free stay. The owner was also incredibly communicative, kind and flexible. We would definitely stay again!

Erin and Jim’s cozy basement unit is worth the time and money for our family. We wish we had sat in their beautiful backyard with the red leaves on either maple or oak trees, and our Wisconsin trees were bare at the end of November, although the temperature was in the low 30s! Thanks, Erin and Jim, for the opportunity.

Kim was exceptionally courteous and responsive. I had to check in later in the day, and I had no problem arranging my arrival time. She had an air mattress set up and ready for my arrival, and my sister and I both enjoyed a private space to rest for the night. The place itself was cute, clean, and cozy. There were extra personalized touches to make us feel welcomed in the space, and the decor was nice. If I'm ever in the Bloomington area again, I will absolutely see if this place is available! I loved the quiet area it was in, and I am especially thankful for the kind hospitality! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Everything about this listing was as advertised. I needed a place close to Yellowwood state forest and Mikala’s place was perfect. Its also close to the city of Bloomington so I was able to run to the store if needed. The apartment was clean, comfortable bed and couch, and great hot water pressure ( Which is important after a day of hunting and hiking). Mikala is responsive and was pleasant to talk to when messaging. Would definitely book again.

Rachel’s Henhouse on Clear Creek pays homage to the most timeless of Bloomington vibes. The artwork on the walls honor locally relevant things like the wildlife (e.g. the bird panels) and iconic treasures like the Buskirk-Chumley and artwork by homegrown talent. Overall, the Henhouse strikes an inviting and warm balance between modern amenities and uniquely Bloomington flavors and shades. Besides capturing the essence of Bloomington, the Henhouse is also home to memorable details that added a personal touch to my experience. Other perks included a functional kitchen with dining ware and cooking ware, the most exciting item being the popcorn popper. The living room had a TV, state-of-the-art thermostat (and super responsive heating, useful during my late-November stay), comfy couches, an office/sunroom w/desk, and a general cozy atmosphere. I appreciated the overall vibes, aesthetics, and energy of the Henhouse.

our stay was short and sweet for an IU game. Great place to be away from the hustle and bustle of campus, but not too far that you can't get there. would love to come back to fish and enjoy the trails.

My husband and I met my parents here for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was great for meal prep and cooking. Beds were soooo comfortable and the decor was very inviting. Giant fenced in back yard - our Corgi was in heaven. Fifteen minutes from Brown County State Park and stores, etc. Very homey and perfect for our get together. Thank you for being so responsive. Would definitely stay again 😊

Such a cozy place in such a cozy, remote area. Use the directions as google maps won’t get you there. Incredible stay for a great price, hard to beat!

We stay with Tracee a few times a year when we visit our daughter who is an IU Student. Tracee’s home is always spotless and well appointed with all sorts of thoughtful touches. Tracee is wonderful. This is always our top choice when we come to Bloomington!

This was such a cute airbnb! It was a very nice stay. Parking was a little inconvenient but other than that it was great! Very clean and cozy.

This house was exactly what we needed for a weekend back at IU visiting friends and going to the football game. It was clean and comfortable. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog, too!

The house was very clean. Spacious, updated and fully stocked bathroom. Extras like coffee and snacks left out in the kitchen was nice. Close to campus.

This home was amazing, absolutely adorable and so clean. We felt at home as soon as we checked in, and could relax right away. The kitchen had everything that we could have possibly needed. The beds were super comfortable and the linens and towels were pristine and so soft. Check in and check out was a breeze. Walking distance to football stadium and plenty of parking. We would be happy to stay at this wonderful home again. Thank you so much for a great stay.

This was the perfect place to stay for the weekend with some friends. we were all coming from out of state/country and this place had lots of space for all of us. Seems newly renovated and well kept. There was even oatmeal, granola bars and coffee pods to use which we all loved. We really enjoyed the cozy basement that had an air hockey table and giant connect four. bedrooms were very clean and comfy. Will definitely stay again when we come visit our friends!

A beautiful, comfortable, clean townhouse that's an easy drive to downtown Bloomington. Easy to get to yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Owner is courteous and communicative. HIGHLY recommend!

She was very helpful and very informative. I felt comfortable as soon as she replied. She made my nerves instantly go away. I get home sick easy and I was perfectly fine !

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s place. It was very clean, organized, cozy, and nicely decorated. The view off the screened porch is beautiful-especially in the fall. Kathy was responsive and flexible. We were visiting for an IU football game weekend so we didn’t get to spend as much time relaxing and enjoying it as we would have liked. Will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

First of all, Angie was so friendly and communicated well. She was very responsive. Her home was wonderful, clean, and homely. Loved it! She allowed me to host a small gathering there for my husband’s birthday and allowed early check in which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying here. The fire pit was great and the backyard was beautiful as well.
