beautiful place. relaxing. no crazy noise. wish gym had better hours but host has no control over that. so walking around beach was exercise! toaster sets off fire alarm too so definitely put stove fan on for anything cooking! overall fantastic place and would visit again! thanks for sharing your place with us and thoughtful anniversary gift 💜

This is one of the few times I cany say the pictures do not do it justice. The view is simply breathtaking. I don't think the pictures fully capture how lovely it is. The home is a perfect mix of completely gorgeous and feel at home. Kimberly has done an amazing job decorating the place. The location is amazing. Near grocery stores, ice-cream shops, restaurants, but not not in the hustle and bustle part of Myrtle. Kimberly was super responsive and helpful. It was really a treat to stay here.

We were all pleased with the unit , it is just what the Dr(Jesus) ordered. Rest relaxation, ease of access to areas of necessity Walmart, Malls, Beach in a nice clean beautiful comfy home away from home. Although I did leave finding one thing wrong. I left wishing we ALL only could have afforded to stay longer. THANK YOU DEANNA, THANK YOU THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Awesome place! So close to the beach. We were able to take down to the beach our umbrella and towels for a few hours or for the whole day. Easy access to the room directly from the beach. The code locked doors make it easy to access without having to keep track of the keys. The room was well stocked with pans and dishes to meet all our eating needs.

Absolutely fabulous and highly recommended. Great location for restaurants/stores. Beautiful view of beach and pool, nice porch/furniture. Easy access to elevators/stairs/washer/dryer. On site parking. Plenty of space to spread out. Stocked kitchen. Easy to get to beach and pool. My family said this is the best place we have stayed since coming to the area in 2013. We would definitely rent there again.

We stayed 17 nights in March. We had a wonderful time. The beach was great to walk for miles in either direction. There were always new shells and other interesting discoveries. Good restaurants nearby. We are planning to stay again!

Joni’s place was perfect. The location was fantastic in an area that was not as busy. We enjoying meals on the deck and loved the views. Joni was very responsive and helpful. We definitely hope to stay again.

Heather's home is beautiful: clean, comfortable, and spacious. Very close to the Surfside Beach pier which is my favorite area of Surfside Beach and about 6 miles from Myrtle. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and clean and people in this area tend to be friendly. The only negative about Heather's place (which is not her fault and can also be a positive) is that the condo is 2-3 miles from the beach itself. If you are traveling without a car this can be difficult to manage, but if you are resourceful and like to/are able to walk a good distance than you can take a (mostly) residential walking route to Surfside Beach which is very pleasant, especially on a nice day.

Ericka is incredibly responsive and welcoming. The things we experienced were beyond her control- like the pier construction and a lot of people smoking and using marijuana. We were not able to enjoy the balcony in the evenings because of the constant smell of smoke at the resort. Ericka’s place is great and she is a great host. The resort itself needs to do a better job of making it a no smoking facility.

Excellent location. We walked to the boardwalk - about 25 min leisurely walk. Broadway on the beach was a 5 min drive. Many restaurants short drive or walking distance. View was perfect. Small grassy park next to parking lot for dogs. Easy access to beach. Outside pool was pristine. Inside pool, hot tub and lazy river were just ok (need cleaning and updates) but my kids enjoyed them. Enjoyed having coffee counter (served Starbucks) and restaurant (delicious breakfast) on site. Pleasantly surprised soaps, dish soap, etc provided - didn’t need to purchase any extra supplies for our 3 days. Great stay for my fam -including our dog! Clean floors and furniture, direct beach access, condo as described. Extra outlets in bedroom were considerate. The ACs running were a little loud for my liking. The Patricia Grand complex compared to a 3 star hotel in my opinion but was very dog friendly which was my priority for this stay. Thank you for a great option for my whole family!

Nice place near the beach, 7-8 min walk. It has everything we needed to stay five days with our dog. Lots of linens, comfortable bed, TV, work station. Highly recommend!

This oceanfront gem has amazing views from both the living room and bedroom. We loved the balcony and had our morning coffee there and enjoyed watching the ocean waves, people and dogs on the beach. The resort itself was well kept up, and was safe. We were able to have a wonderful vacation with my 85-year-old mom and our dog. We were able to cook there, which cut down on spending money at restaurants. The atmosphere felt friendly. There is a small public pet park next to the building for taking our dog to go potty. Bring a roll of quarters if you want to do laundry, as there is no change machine available. (The laundry machines were on our floor, which was handy). When we were there, the gift shop was not open and appeared to be serving as storage for mattresses. But the small coffee shop is operating. Jessica was very helpful when we had questions or concerns. We will definitely come back at a future time!

What a beautiful area to stay in Myrtle Beach. Our condo was lovely, large and nicely decorated . We enjoyed our coffee every morning overlooking the small lake and fountain in our back yard. Maria was great to deal with, thoughtful and very quick to respond to all inquiries. All in all a beautiful place to spend a few weeks.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved having coffee on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view. Had a great time watching all the activity on the water on the weekends. Would definitely recommend this condo for a relaxing vacations. Close to the beach and restaurants.

Maria communicated very timely from the time we booked her condo and to my questions along the way. Very friendly! The condo was clean and well stocked. The balcony was awesome with comfortable chairs to sit in. Oh, and did I mention that she welcomed our English Setter dog with no hesitation? We completely enjoyed our stay and will be back again. 100% recommend!

Mark’s residence was amazing and homely. The view overlooking the golf course was particularly calming. His residence was super clean and spacious. I must put emphasis on Mark himself. He was very welcoming and enthusiastic on assisting with any questions with a prompt response. I would definitely recommend his place to anyone visiting the area. I will especially book again next time I am in town for an event!! Thanks again Mark for hosting us!

Lynn was very quick to respond to any questions. The condo was clean and a in a great location to walk to everything in garden city. We would definitely stay again !

This place was amazing! It had all the amenities listed and was super affordable. Although some of the dishware was dirty and the bathtub had some black stains, all was very clean. I enjoyed the space and will definitely be coming back!

This was the perfect place for our short stay. It was very clean and had everything you needed. The space was perfect to come back and relax and the pool was great for those humid nights.

My husband and kids stayed at Clint's place. The place was very clean and we were very surprised to find snacka/food as they got in late. The beds were extremely comfy. The entire unit was very comfy. The kids enjoyed the pool the most. Clint was very responsive. Everything was perfect. Thank you Clint.

Our stay was wonderful! Connie was a great host, very flexible, and great communication! The place was just as described and close to a lot of activities! Right across from the water and within walking distance of bars/restaurants! We will definitely be staying here again!

Tiffany’s place was wonderful! She was super helpful in providing an early check in time as well as easy instructions to get in and out of the condo. The condo was also very peaceful, cleaned well and was exactly as described! I would definitely recommend staying here and if I’m ever visiting Myrtle beach again I would stay here!

This was our second visit to this property and once again, it exceeded our expectations. This location is perfect for trips to Calabash, Sunset Beach, Myrtle Beach, Cherry Grove, and of course Little River. The hosts are extremely responsive and friendly. The area near the condo promotes a relaxed atmosphere and having use of the pool on property is an added bonus. The condo is exceptionally clean with a modern coastal vibe. If you are planning a trip to this area this condo is the perfect getaway for you!
