Vacation rentals in Green Pond

We stayed Nov 7-10th. The house is wonderful – everything you need is there – and the area is absolutely sublime. We kayaked the lake twice, lazed in the hammock and the 2 person ‘rocking’ chair, used the jacuzzi and generally chilled. Used the firepit down by the lake one night and the one closer to the house as well. Abundance of kindling in the area and Steven provides logs for the inside fireplace. Beds were, I-don’t-want-to-get-out-of-them comfortable … pillows too. Used the wifi without a problem and could have watched TV, but we chose to try and mostly disconnect. Steven was always communicating faster than me … answering any questions and ensuring that we had everything we needed to have a fantastic time. We were a little concerned about the area, but there are many good hikes (Mongaup River Trail is nice, easy and pretty), the views of the Delaware are awesome and we found some really, really good food – Forage Pizza, Foxwood & Fig -- in particular. We highly recommend!

The home is beautifully maintained, with so many amenities and entertainment options for all ages of the family. The sauna was a perfect treat, especially as the weather got cooler, and the views of the lake are simply stunning. The space is ample, making it ideal for larger groups to relax and enjoy without feeling crowded. The host was fantastic to work with—responsive, accommodating, and so thoughtful. We can’t wait to come back again!

A wonderful stay for a family getaway. We spent Thanksgiving with our family at Tomasz's home (+1 other airbnb rental in the same private community). The house was easy to access, photos matched the description exactly. It had heating/cooling units in each room and a big ceiling fan in the main living space. Since we were cooking quite a bit, we were thrilled to discover a fully stocked kitchen. The dishwasher and provided pods worked well. We traveled with our six-month-old baby, and enjoyed the big couch for the whole family to hang out and the baby high chair so that the baby could join us at mealtimes. The projector screen and the jetted tub were nice touches during our vacation. Tomasz was super responsive throughout the whole process & we would love to return next year!

Gorgeous getaway! We stayed in this cozy home for a quick winter refresh and it absolutely delivered. It was easy to access with main roads and conveniences closeby but all the big windows of the property face out towards the trees and water, creating an atmosphere of peaceful wooded solitude. Very detailed info from the hosts including personalized recommendations for activities in the neighborhood but my favorite part was just hangin out in the house, reading and birdwatching with a fire in the stove. The saltwater hot tub was all I ever needed!!!!!

What an amazing property and vacation experience! Kurk's condo is *exactly* like the photos - and even better to experience it in person. I have fragrance sensitivities and allergies to woodsmoke, and Kurk assured me that great care had been taken to only use natural/mostly unscented products in the property and that woodsmoke from the outside wouldn't leak in. He was absolutely spot-on, and it made my trip that much safer and more enjoyable. Everything was meticulously clean too. The kitchen is well outfitted with everything that I needed to cook and enjoy meals. The (huge!) bed is very comfortable with tons of pillows and blankets. Parking in the underground garage is easy and accessible to the elevator as well. The property lobby on the Ground floor even has luggage carts for easy transport. Hands down, the very best AirBnB experience. It truly feels like a home away from home. I will plan to be back - so long as no one else snags my preferred dates first!! Thank you so much, Kurk.

We had a great stay at Danny’s lake house over the weekend. It was clean and had incredible views of the lake, from inside and the backyard. Unfortunately it is a high fire risk right now, so we couldn’t use the fire pit, but the rest of the space is great. There is ample room to cook - however the hosts gave us so many great local recommendations that we ended up eating out for every meal! Wonderful breweries like Drowned Lands are nearby. And the local coffee roaster is great - the hosts were nice enough to include some coffee grounds when we checked in. We came with a baby and it was a perfect getaway. We brought our own pack n play but it seemed like there was one available onsite already, so just ask before you visit

Beautiful property and wonderful hosts who were so accommodating as to drive out to fix the internet for the one member of our group who needed to unfortunately work during our stay. Accommodations were basic and comfortable, which were expected and perfect for our group. We were there on the first chilly weekend of fall and able to spend both nights around the cozy wood stove during the evening and the dock during the day. The lakefront community is beautiful and I hope we can return with our dogs during the summer to take advantage of swimming and kayaking next year.
