Vacation rentals with a pool in Greater Buenos Aires

We had a wonderful stay at Poetry House! The house is very charming and beautifully decorated! It had all the amenities we needed and it is walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. Stella made our stay soo much better! She is extremely pleasant and went above and beyond to take care of us while we were there. We were very happy and comfortable here! The only thing I need to point out is that the internet is slow and video conferencing didn’t work. This is important to clear with the host if you plan to work while you are there.

Stunning, spacious, and a luxe modern take on a classic San Telmo residence. My parents, partner, and I coexisted comfortably for a week and were able to host a stunning dinner party in the space with incredible contacts provided by Magdalena. The outdoor space was an oasis of calm and every room was beautifully appointed for comfort. This spot surpassed our experience with the local Four Seasons hotel and availability pending we will plan to stay here for our future Buenos Aires visits.

We had the most wonderful stay in Palermo and loved everything about this house. It was very easy to communicate with the hosts and they were very helpful! We stayed a family of 9 and it was so nice to do an asado and spend time in the pool after a day in the city!

I’m not sure there are enough characters for this review … from the moment I booked until leaving Buenos Aires, Adrián’s listing was 100/10. Call it kismet when this South Carolina native stumbled upon this South American listing and learning that Adrián has spent many years in SC. The house was absolutely charming - enchanting, a secret garden, and overall stunning. More importantly, Adriàn, Andy, and their community of friends were absolutely helpful and accommodating. They were always responsive for anything that arose, from house concerns to local recommendations. We couldn’t have had better hosts or enjoyed our stay more. We opted for a local dinner one evening hosted by the talented Cami (recommended by our hosts). It was a way to enjoy the environment and accommodations of the house. We were also supported by Diana and her husband for household needs. Make sure you get a round or two of Sapo in! I highly recommend this listing for your trip to BA - it will not disappoint! 🌟🌟🌟

Great apartment in Palermo. Close to the restaurants and bars. Good to walk around the neighborhood. Great bathroom and shower. Very good bed and duvet.

Perfect studio apartment for my long stay working from home. Had everything I needed, clean, and loved the patio. Bed is large and comfortable. Bathroom is nice. Security guys downstairs are kind and helpful with any questions you may have. Only small notes regarding the building amenities (nothing against Pablo or the apartment itself): the gym is very old and in poor shape. So just plan on going to a real public gym. Also, the laundry machines require tokens that are quite difficult to come by for some reason (seems to be an odd general thing in parts of the city). Would totally stay again, thanks Pablo!!

The space is just like the photos, very clean and cozy. The kitchen has everything we need. The view is so cute from the balcony. The tower has two entrances from two distinct streets which makes it even more accessible. Super close to the faculty of agronomy and veterinarian. I would definitely stay with you again. I would only recommend placing a non-slip carpet in the bathtub as it is a bit slippery, outside of this all excellent, cleanliness and comfort 1A!

I originally booked 3 nights at Ezequiel's place in Buenos Aires but liked both city and his apartment so much that I added a fourth night, which was really easily scheduled with Ezequiel! The apartment itself is in a modern part of the city (Palermo) with lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and everything else you might need in walking distance as well as beautiful parks and gardens a few streets away. The apartment complex where the apartment is in is secured by two gates and the door secured with another pin code, so you feel safe at all times! Kitchen, bed and especially the shower were really good and the balcony right outside is another benefit! Ezequiel as a host was incredibly nice, almost immediately responding to my questions and assisting with help where he could. Thanks for letting me stay here and I will definitely be back for both Buenos Aires and apartment!!

The apartment is delicious, with a breathtaking view. Full kitchen and smart tv. Very nice setting for a wine at night listening to a song. Very modern building with a 25m swimming pool, two huge hydros, dry sauna and gym. Ideal location. Close to a Smart Fit, the parks, the thousands of restaurants, the river and the casino. I stayed a week in Palermo and regretted it. The best spot to tour is in Porto Madero. Palermo is good to go only to specific establishments such as dom julio, there cabrera etc. we thank all Patrícia hospitality and to the customers I leave the tip of the Villegas restaurant. Tomahawk is spectacular. Simply fantastic. A big hug Patricia!
