Our stay with Ainara was great. The facilities and the room were very clean, Ainara was super friendly in providing lots of local recommendations for a group of travelers that had never been to Bilbao. Tea and coffee were served for free which was an added plus, and other guests were also very friendly. The common area was also spacious and nicely decorated, and locks were available for lockers should you arrive without one. Great value.

The place is very clean and well-equipped. The people who hosted us were very friendly and caring. The only downside is the parking in the neighborhood, as we arrived at 9 in a large vehicle . Other than that, no complaints, perfect stay

First, the host was really kind to let me in before the check-in time. I generally loved the place because while I am an introvert and was worried about being around a lot of people, the hostel was really peaceful and I got to meet a very nice couple. You get clean bedsheets and towel for your stay. Another thing, the hostel was always clean and had a great smell (the staff cleans everyday). The toilet was also really clean which is way greater than I expected despite the good reviews. I really enjoyed my 1 week stay and if I need a place to stay in Bilbao, it’s my top pick. Thank you to the welcoming staff at the desk the first day I checked-in. Do not hesitate to make a reservation. Affordable yet above expectations! Perfect!

Very well located , ideal for a night in Bilbao

We got the wrong accommodation upon arrival, but we were told by phone what the place was. The place was clean, comfortable and quiet. The neighborhood is also quiet. Nearby is the subway that connects you to all parts of the city.

The location was very convenient , and close to the river! The toilets and bathrooms were very clean, and the room was comfortable with safe place to store your clothes etc. I was very satisfied with my stay there:)

Very cute and clean little hostel.

Absolutely an excellent place to stay for the wandering traveler! David and his people were such excellent hosts in helping me out with a late night check in so that I could get some rest and then enjoy a small part of the Basque Country. Place was so clean and safe. Took advantage of the showers and other amenities that were given there. Much appreciated and would come back here again if I needed another place to rest my head in Bilbao!
