Vacation rentals with beach access in Great Bay Beach

We absolutely loved our stay at the house! The location was perfect, right on the beach and near so many amazing restaurants. Tibo was very friendly and quick to respond to our messages. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we made some delicious meals during our stay. Highly recommend Tibo’s place!!

Mark had been super helpful and responsive even before we made the booking. Always here to help and get back to our questions asap. Nice sunset view from the apartment and it’s a good alternative to watching planes land at Maho beach - no heat no crowd, in the comfort of the flat !

I was very lucky that Amy's place was available for a last minute trip to St Maarten. Everything was as described..I've had around 30 stays around the world and no other places has you as well covered. Everything is included that you would need except food and clothes (you can buy in town). The bottle of wine went well with takeout from the Italian restaurant around the corner. I had to work most of the time so didn't get much of a chance to explore but everything you need is within a few minutes walk or catch the bus (van) into town from the main street.. Maho beach where the planes come in was my spot to escape during the day. The rest of the time after sunset was spent on the balcony. Hole in wall has good live music, can just listen from the balcony or just walk over. I'm not a huge seafood fan but the restaurant just downstairs go rave reviews from what I could hear from the guests. No need for a car but parking is available. I hope to come back again.

Beautiful beach. Great apartment with everything you need. Just be sure to get a small rental vehicle to fit into the underground parking. Worth every penny. Will be back.

We enjoyed our stay for the week! FYI, the apartment is on the second floor and you walk across the street through a grassy area to get to the beach. There are many street dogs along the road. The kitchen was stocked to make our own food when desired. Beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler are available for use. The couch and beds were very comfortable! Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a close drive to many other main activities. Highly recommend Indigo Bay Beach Bar for renting chairs and umbrella on the beach for a day. A parking spot is available for a car. The hosts brother lives below the apartment and also owns the Tortuga restaurant on Maho Beach. We were able to take our fresh caught Wahu fish to have prepared by his chef and it was delicious!

Mariana and Manoj's place was very nice. The view was amazing. Very suitable accommodations for all 4 of us( 2 couples). Very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was a little bit of a walk. That's normal as there isn't any parking on Front Street. It is also convenient as there is a cute restaurant just below and bars a few steps away. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spacious apartment in a fantastic location. Wonderful views along the boardwalk and towards the marina. Right in the centre of everything. Paid for parking for the whole of our stay by the old library. Much much cheaper than Bobbys marina and safer than on road or the pond fill parking.

This place is even more gorgeous than the photos ! Our group of 5 girls felt right at home from the moment we walked in. We were greeted by Danielle who showed us where everything is and greeted us with a cheese board along with champagne and the islands local rum . Everything was spotless and this kitchen was fully stocked. Even stocked with seasonings and condiments . They were so helpful and made us feel welcomed. I highly recommend this home especially with the gorgeous views. Don’t hesitate, just book!!!

Christine's place was excellent. we've stayed in the compound before and really like the atmosphere and closeness to the beach. This unit is really nicely furnished and maintained, great access to the pool and breeze blowing in off the sea. thanks so much for making it such a wonderful vacation!

We stayed at Lia's place for a week. So glad we choose this home. The house was as described, very clean, well maintained and updated. Lia was very responsive if we had any questions. The property location is amazing and property grounds very well kept. You have the airport runway in the front and the beach in the back - Even with being that close to the airport, the airplane noise was not bothersome at all. The beach is very nice and there is a cute boutique hotel next door, Mary Boon's, that you can walk to for drinks and meals and to just hang out on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lia's place and look forward to a future stay here again when on SXM.

The villa was an excellent choice for my family’s stay on the island. Alain’s warm introduction upon arrival is greatly appreciated. Our entire stay was utterly seamless from the amenities to the overall ambiance of the villa. When in Saint Marteen the place to be is the Blue Lagoon! Take Care!

The stay was very pleasant and the home was impeccable. You won’t regret booking with this host. They were very attentive and hospitable. From the location to the views we enjoyed our stay at this villa. I will definitely book again when I return to St Maarten.

Absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating! I accidently booked a early departure by a day as compared to the flight home and Michelle was very accommodating which I am grateful for. Everything was beautiful and very well maintained!!

From start to finish of our stay the host was very accommodating and responsive. The villa is beautiful and the location is ideal as it’s near to all amenities including a private beach at Indigo Bay. This came in handy when there are a lot of cruise ships on the island and other beaches are busy. The villas had everything we needed to feel very comfortable and at home, our family of 4 which included my kid who is 4 years old definitely enjoyed it. Each bedroom and bathroom was very clean and is one of the best stays we’ve ever been. The pool was ideal and not too large. The views are amazing and you could see the ships as they come in and out of port which was very cool. I would easily recommend here to anyone else and would definitely consider staying here again!

Lovely location, exactly as described and looks like the photos, nice cold AC, comfortable beds. Good amenities including the beach umbrellas! Anse Marcel and Julie's house is a fantastic location to be based out of for your trip to Saint Martin :)

Paradise Found is what I will say about Hamaka Condo. It was everything we desired and wanted in this vacation…peace, quiet, and tranquility. The ability to be right on Simpson Bay with a patio that led down a few steps to a locked gate that open right on to the beach in front of you. Don’t want sand on you, no problem…enjoy the waves crashing against the beach in front with your patio looking out over it. Plenty of seating or stretching out to get some sun. Our trip was from December 4th to the 14th. Our Concierge Elizabeth was so helpful with communication and even when we had an issue one time sent Francis. He was able to fix it quickly and even went above his duties. We had a wonderful housekeeper who came mid-way during our stay. Zoyla was kind, caring, and paid attention to details. Clean and wonderful place to stay. We are considering returning soon!

I had a fantastic stay in this spacious and clean apartment. The breathtaking views added to the experience. I appreciated that the accommodation was part of a hotel, providing convenient meal options as part of the hotel services. Maya provided clear instructions for both check-in and check-out, making the process seamless. I highly recommend this accommodation!

Staying at Joe’s place was by far the best decision for an airbnb in St. Maarten. Between a beautiful private beach off The Cliff, an awesome infinity pool, and wide patio with a view of- I couldve stayed there the whole time and been content with the trip. The near by restaurants, grocery stores and things to do less than a mile or so drive made everything so convenient. Will certainly be coming back!

this place is perfect in every aspect, it's convenient to food, nightlife, and the beach, also you can see the planes coming and going, very informative and easy to deal with, if and when I come here this will be the only place I stay.

This was my second trip to SXM, first time staying at the airbnb & I must say, I’d stay here over an all inclusive resort any day! The privacy and peace atmosphere is top tier! The bed & the rest of the furniture was super comfortable! The water pressure was great & the terrace was the icing on the cake. Being a little further out from the main strip was a plus imo. The beach was a quick 5min walk. I hope to visit SXM & will be sure to stay here again.

Love the place, stayed numerous times, perfect location, walking distance to numerous restaurants stores,etc. Very clean, onsite food and drinks are amazing! Recommend to anyone heading to SXM!
