Apartment vacation rentals in Graz

Cristina was super friendly and offered her help without being pushy. I loved the spacious, warm and clean apartment a lot. Spotless and so well equipped. Even the knives were sharp. Dishwasher tabs and detergent were there, nothing was missing. I also liked the bed and matrace. I d stay there again.

Arnold's place is right in the heart of everything in Graz. Walking distance to a lot of local attractions and great food choices. Would definitely stay here again. 10 out 10 would highly recommend!

The apartment is quite central yet quiet. The main square of Graz is only a few tram stations away and almost within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and as described. In the kitchen was everything you need. A very nice touch from Moritz was the supply of capsules for the Nespresso machine. Moritz was always available for questions and responded quickly with good tips. Overall a very nice stay and we would be happy to come back.

It was great. Lots of warm little touches. It makes you feel right at home.

Elly is a super host. greeting with hot snaps amazing and a friendly atmosphere. my daughter understands how a place looks like as my family and I travel alot so she gives a thumbs up. only one slight thing Wi-Fi kept loosing connection. 👍🏽👍🏽.

We had a great time at Martins place. There were pretty much everything we needed. Though kids missed having something to watch as there were no TV, they enjoyed the spacious rooms to play other games. Overall a nice and tidy place.

We were in Graz for a family celebration over Easter. Had our little dog with us. The apartment is perfect for two people (even with a dog):) Everything you needed was there. Quiet location. We had our bikes with us and were so very flexible and very grateful that we could use the parking space for our car at the house! We would definitely recommend the apartment. Even without a bike, you are well connected on foot or publicly. It was a wonderful weekend. Glad to come back! Thanks Bernhard

Great place for long stays, a lot of places for hiking, charming sunsets. The apartment itself is comfortable and functional.

A very nice place, with everything one needs during the stay. Close to the center of the town and university. Julia is a very helpful host, always ready to answer my questions. I recommend this apartament! 🙂

I can only give 5 stars but he deserves more. I can say that Florián has been one of the best hosts I have ever had. Everything he described was accurate. I had doubts about how to park and he clearly explained how it worked. I booked 7 months in advance and he answered every question I asked politely and quickly. The apartment is a silver cup, impeccable, super clean overlooking a leafy courtyard, half a block from a large supermarket, I slept 5 perfect nights and to close with great regret I asked if I could leave 2 hours later and immediately modified the cleaning staff to arrive later without problem. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was TipTop, as described and shown in the photos. The location is very central and yet in a quiet area. Oliver is a great host & responds quickly. I'd love to come back :)

Thanks for the nice apartment that we very much enjoyed. That the car is right outside the front door in the carport and everything can be unloaded in the dry is just great. Highly recommend. We'll be back

I can't really fault Verena's place for the price, very centrally located with soaring views on both sides of the building. Cosy, nicely appointed and quiet with easy check in, good communication and comfy beds. Recommended.

This place was "at home" for me. It was from the beginning - I can't describe a feeling of well-being. 🙏💖 I have rarely experienced the hospitality, the helpfulness and I travel a lot. Often I enjoyed the sun "through the windows", outside it was cold and downstairs in Graz was fog, which was really a gift. The terrace is certainly a dream in summer and I can't believe the 6 weeks went by so quickly. I felt 100% comfortable. There could be a small improvement. This is the pressure in the shower. I have grid flakes and it was a challenge to wash the hair. With normal hair certainly no problem, but with grid flakes - lengthy. :-) For those looking for peace, who want to enjoy nature, this is the perfect place. You can walk into town about 30-45 minutes depending on how fast/slow you walk. Back up the mountain, so a bit of "stamina" right away. THANKS for everything🙏🍀💞

I want to thank Stephanie for her being so responsive and available during our stay. The space is quaint and walking distance to grocery stores, the center, farmers markets, restaurants. … also easy access to public transportation. We highly recommend and would stay again.

We stayed with Peter for the second time and it was a wonderful stay again. Our Mex got a blanket and bowls which pleased us. The four of us adults enjoyed the stay in the Jacuzzi and we also laughed a lot in the kitchen because the stay is just like home. It's just wonderful at Peter's. We'd love to come a third time.

Everything as expected, clean and cozy. Only negative if you have to say something is the dishwasher wasn’t emptied, but didn’t affect the experience, just the check-out.
