The place is how the photos appear and everything works as described. The site is easy to find and close to the city center. And a quiet and quiet place to stay. My experience was very good and I found it a great value for money ratio.

The apartment is very comfortable and beautiful. The tableware is more than complete and above all, there are all the cleaning elements and products that you imagine. We were surprised with all that!! there are from blenders, mix, processors, microwave, electric oven,etc, to molds for cakes and tarts!!! there were also games for our children and very beautiful spaces to be sharing with family. The apartment is super modern, the only thing that left us a little embarrassed is that in one of the habíataciones the air conditioning did not go. but it is such a complete apartment that is worth every penny. I'm sure we'll come back. And Cristiano and Candida, the owners, super present and pleasant.

I've been around the city center, and the apartment is close to everything. Three minutes away is the Giassi supermarket, where there are two excellent self-service for lunch. Important to arrive before 12 o'clock.

The apt is amazing and super complete, with everything you may need. We were greeted with candy on the bed. The automation is fantastic and makes us ill accustomed when we go to other accommodations😅. Having a PS5 was the highlight for my son. The view is beautiful and has the possibility to open the entire window of the room. Rogério is super attentive and was always ready to answer. We wanted to extend the period. Without a doubt, the best hosting I've ever had!

It was a wonderful experience, clean, smelling, comfortable bed, bedding, impeccable towels and dish cloths, well-ventilated house, well organized kitchen, had td that a housewife needs. Top bathroom… As for the host Daniela, it's a Diva!!! Educated, educated and requests, did not leave anything missing in our stay. About the location, 😍 close to beautiful beaches, Porto beach was one of the favorites, even more so after we visited Pico da Diva, in Praia da Ribanceira we made a small trail to the beach of loves, simply paradisiacal, the preferred trail was the water beach, indescribable its beauty, it could not fail to speak on the beach of Ibiraquera, where the river meets the sea, beautiful village beach, calm sea and very educated people. We also made a trail for water tank direct contact with nature, amazing photos. Td that close to the center of Imbituba, it was perfect. Surely in 2026 we will be guests again, hopefully reciprocating

We stayed in the house sabiá laranjeira, it corresponds to the photos, the house was organized and smelled. The place is very quiet and calm, we took our pets and were very well served by Fernando who is very friendly and indicated to us places for leisure near the house. The only point that I would leave as a comment for those who will take Pet is important to point out that the 3 houses are on the same land so the space that is super wide is shared, I had no problem with privacy because the houses are distant, however, depending on how it is your Pet you can not let go without keeping an eye because it has access to all the land (the land is well surrounded). Regarding what we need, we were very well served by Fernando and I have no complaints.

Beautiful locale. Very polite, caring and always concerned about making our experience the best possible. We travel with a family, with a small baby. We rest a lot and enjoy the Jacuzzi and the pool. The view is very beautiful. The bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen is quite complete. They provide bathrobes, comfortable bedding and plenty of towels. They have beach chairs and umbrellas in the pool area that can be used on the beach. We will certainly be back.

The place is very peaceful and peaceful. The house was like in the photos, the beds are very comfortable, bedding and bath linen of quality. We had a very enjoyable vacation. The apartment offered all amenities, in a very quiet environment, with excellent view, in a closed and guarded property, which makes it an excellent place to rest. The apartment was absolutely nothing missing. Maria and her daughter were very willing to solve a mishap we had with the coffee maker and they brought us a new machine right away, which shows the concern that the guest is not missing anything.

Eduardo helps a lot with the stay so you can enjoy your time there, the apartment has everything a little and a good view too, we will definitely come back another time

We had an excellent experience! From check-in, super friendly and helpful. They accommodated us whenever we needed something, willing to help us! They offer beautiful activities that contribute to the knowledge of the place and the rest. Highly recommended, we felt right at home.

Exactly as in the photos, beautiful view, cozy, airy, clean, very tasteful and beautifully decorated. Nearby beach, there are supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. Very helpful and beloved hosts. The beach is very quiet, even too much, there is not much to do on the waterfront, it had a kiosk with drinks and snacks. The stay provides chair, umbrella... so it was super quiet for those who want to rest and escape the rush. For those who want more fun, you can take the car and in a few minutes there are beaches with more options to spend the day and return to tranquility at night. A tip: we spend a day at Rosa Norte beach, about 30 to 40 minutes by car, Praia da Vila is about 10 minutes and has some options of bars and restaurants.

Accommodation is as described. In a great condominium, with swimming pool, barbecues, children's playground, ping-pong tables and pool. Close to everything, supermarket, beach, pharmacy, square, central street. We loved the stay.
