Vacation rentals with lake access in Grapevine

I recently stayed at this beautiful lake house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The views of the lake were absolutely stunning—especially at sunrise and sunset. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and some nice welcome touches that made us feel right at home. Whether you’re looking for a quiet escape or some fun on the water, this place has it all. Can’t wait to come back!

Everything about our stay was great. Like when you find a great pair of shoes- it all worked like it was supposed to so we could thoroughly enjoy time together- and you will at this house! Plenty of places to gather!! Well done Celina and thank you for my special request!!

We loved staying here! We came out for a family Christmas Gathering and Erin was amazingly responsive to all questions. They even went through decorating the place for us since we stayed over Christmas. Absolutely wonderful people hosting and helpful in all manners! Would highly recommend a stay with them!

I would give this more stars if I could. The place is amazing!!! So much to do for a big group. Everything was exactly as described or better. The pickleball was the draw for us, but everything ended up being a huge hit. Very responsive hosts, everything was super clean, and the kitchen was well appointed. No detail had been overlooked. We hope to go back soon!

It was amazing, I felt right at home

I was travelling alone for a conference in Grapevine and wanted to see Dallas first. Zoe’s place is in an absolutely A+ location for exploring the city. 10 min walk to the JFK museum. 20 min walk to the American Airlines Centre (saw a Stars game). Had a Starship Bagel (over the road) for breakfast and it is so good plus City Tavern sorted me out for a couple of beers and some food one evening watching the Mavericks on TV. Also Terry Black’s for BBQ is 20 mins walk away in Deep Ellum. Also very good. If you run, you can get down to the Trinity River trails for some peaceful running really easily. Zoe’s appt was clean, comfortable, spacious and nice place to hang out for the small amount of time not spent sleeping that I wasn’t out exploring the city. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed in just the guest house of this property where the main property is also an AirBnB. If you have a large group, this is a great location to rent both and a beautiful area in back to host nice group and guests. Separated nicely from other properties for a nice experience with lots of space and privacy.

Sherry and her Cottage met our every needs! Having a bunch of colleagues in town for training, we looked for the perfect group lodging option vs hotels, and we are glad that we did! The house is everything that it claims to be and should be in a lake house/cottage!!! My favorite seats in the property watching the sunset set over the lake while the deer enjoy their dinner time graze from the main floor balcony!! Hours upon hours this week sitting out there. We do this training annually and already look forward to booking for 2026!!!

This was a great family vacation for us, the lake nearby was a perfect little esacpe and not too far from city and things to do! I would book again if I return to Dallas! Great recommendations and service provide friendly experience!

We had a wonderful time. There are many options, and fishing rods and kayaks are provided. The outdoor sitting area is huge and provides a great view of the lake. If you need peace, this is the place for you. Having two full bathrooms was wonderful. All items in the kitchen area are provided, and the bathroom has everything you need. There is dishwashing liquid, sunblock, wasp spray, Off, lotion, soap, and board games! Nice and Cozy!

The beautifully curated decor and the amazing host made this stay one of our favorites. The eclectic style of the property and the amenities will have us returning soon.
