Extra stay at Lionel's. The location is great, away from the madness of the old town, the estate is located in Paramé, very nice neighborhood, decorative fanions in the surrounding streets, quality shops, pretty church (you can't hear it). The land is sublime, 2 hectares well maintained, clean and well heated pool, there are several cottages quite far from each other within the property. The rented cottage was large on the ground floor and upstairs. A TV on each floor. Gigantic bed (2 meters wide it seems to me), the very fluffy mattress (I loved it). You can move without waking the person next to it. Even if it's written in the listing, note that the toilets are on the ground floor and there aren't any at the top. You have to be woken up to go down the spiral stairs. Lionel is very welcoming, is interesting and offers good advice. We had a lovely stay at his place - thank you so much!

What a privilege to stay in such a complete and beautiful house. Everything was available, everything was clean and all rooms were tastefully decorated. In addition, the house is in a place that is a great starting point for visiting very beautiful tourist places. We are now in the car on our way home and would like to return in a heartbeat; back to this house.

What a gem! I booked this place for my husband’s birthday and I couldn’t have wished for a better place. It has everything you need and you feel instantly at home. Sybille is very responsive and her smile and warms will allow you to relax and enjoy your time. Finally the place is extremely well located, in a remote village very private and cute but also close to see sights like St Malo, Mt St Michel, Cancale.. Thank you so much

The stay went very well, we were able to enjoy the hot tub, board games as well as bikes. The environment around the estate is ideal for a green disconnection. Stephane is also very welcoming and friendly. We would highly recommend!

Perfect for our stay, very quiet. Cozy, warm and impeccably clean place. Quite close to Avranches and not too far from Granville which allowed us to make beautiful culinary discoveries in addition to the visit to Mont Saint Michel Recommended accommodation

A short 2 night stay. Friendly, discreet hosts. We wanted a quiet and pleasant place. We took advantage of the fireplace , the location and the slowing down of time . Frédéric welcomed us Friday night, very smiling , small light and with the stove on, it was very cozy. It accepts pets, house well located 200 meters from the sea. Great, we recommend 100%

Very nice stay. The house was very clean, spacious and the bed is large and comfortable. It also has a completely enclosed outdoor garden where our dog could run a bit. Freddy was very helpful at all times, worrying about if we were comfortable and giving us recommendations for places to visit close to the house. To visit the Monte St Michel, the location of the house is perfect because it is only 4km away. We will definitely repeat in this home if we come back in this area.

We had a lovely stay. Alexandra is very welcoming, responds very quickly to messages and available. Thank you for the little touches the cider was very good and the kids delighted with the sweets for Halloween. The house is very well equipped, clean,the beds are comfortable. In addition, it is very well located for visiting St malo, Cancale, Mont Saint Michel.

There were 5 of us with my French bulldog in this very spacious and pleasant accommodation. The host is very responsive (response within 5 minutes) welcoming and very attentive (he turned on the heater before our arrival👍). A quick note: the slightly thicker and firm bedding would make an extended stay even more enjoyable~

Dear guests, This country estate within minutes of old St. Malo, Dinard, and vicinity, and an easy escape to Mon St. Michel, is perfect for your stay near everything. Fully equipped, relaxing, charming, and very close-in, Fabienne's place has it all. We stayed three nights and loved this retreat at the end of each day, and also for a short siesta, or lunch in between, or even to lounge for hours surrounded by nature. So close and yet so tranquil ! This is the best we have ever stayed at and we would love to return. The house would be a great place to stay for short or long stays. Highly recommended! Don

Very nice cottage, much bigger than expected! A great garden and terrace, which we unfortunately could only use to a limited extent because of the weather. Fabien and Muriel are very good hosts, respond to questions immediately, very nice and helpful! We can recommend the property!

Lydie and Anthony’s home was perfect for us and our 3 teenagers. Beautiful decor, comfortable, lovely garden and easy access to lots of places. The hosts were communicative with us at the beginning and end of our stay, we felt at home and loved having the cats around too!

An absolutely great place in a fantastic location. We arrived and were impressed with how clean the house was. The house was exactly as described and looks exactly how it did in the pictures. We could not believe how close the house was to the beach, it was only a one minute walk. The beach is perfect for sunbathing and swimming. The house is around 15 minutes drive from supermarkets and local towns. A perfect place for a peaceful stay. We were very impressed with the communication from the host throughout the visit. They provided lots of recommendations of places places to go plus key safe numbers so that we could access privately. The back garden is very securely fenced in so the dog was happy to roam around freely. Overall, we were absolutely thrilled with the house and had an absolutely fantastic holiday.

Comfortable and very quiet accommodation. Coraline and Fred are very available and very responsive. Kitchen is well-equipped and functional.

Good location including near by supermarket with overall attractions.
