Elmer was very kind and helpful as for the home and view the photos do not do it justice we will be coming back very soon and I can not recommend it more. It felt like we were in our own resort with the river view from every window we were literally sitting right on the river the main home was spacious and the kids loved the guest house. Juliana's place was the perfect getaway for my Mom's 70th birthday. Half of her sisters already live in the area so we were looking for somewhere to stay close to them for a girl's weekend. Everyone commented how beautiful the home was. It was clean and spacious and close to plenty of things to do- brunch at Speckled Hen/downtown Strasburg, shopping at the outlets, thrifting at the many thrift stores in the area, farmer's markets, and more! The rain kept us from being able to enjoy the fire pit and creek but it was such a lovely view to see everyday. Thank you, Juliana for sharing this space!

Love the quaint cottage setting. Second time staying. Gail is very responsive and proactive with the booking. Getting in is easy and it feels like you’re in a magical place. Stocked with coffee and often forgotten bathroom items, books to read and even weights and mat for a workout. We’ve stayed during spring and miss the restaurants and activities in the area. The lighting isn’t very good for tasks or reading but you can rearrange lights to make it better. It’s a great place to get away and relax. Would recommend for your next stay.

“Spacious” was an understatement. This basement Airbnb was bigger than a lot of apartments! Very open with nice accommodations. We enjoyed using the pool and foosball tables. And the younger ones loved trying their luck at the basketball toss game. Comfy sofa. Nice counter/bar area to sit at. And the water pressure was amazing! Lots of little added touches like snacks and drinks, travel sized toiletries, and use of the full-sized fridge helped out. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Oh! And if you’re there over the summer/nicer weather, there is a large creek that runs behind their property that would be perfect for tubing and kayaking if you brought your own! Next time…

The cabin was lovely and exactly as described. It was stocked with everything we needed including plenty of toilet paper, soap, trash bags, towels, etc. The games in the basement helped to keep the kids entertained. Mariou was responsive and helpful, including when we had to unexpectedly extend our stay one night. We would love to stay there again.

My family and I had an amazing time here over Easter weekend. The home is beautiful, spacious and the jet tub and showers were great! My baby nephew had a great time lounging in the bean bag while we all enjoyed the comfy couch, played pool and shuffleboard. The kids loved the swing set and having an easter egg hunt in the backyard. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. This home was very close to stores we needed. The country store had the best steaks!
