Vacation rentals with lake access in Grantham

This was a great house for us.! We had 6 adults and 3 children, and everyone loved the house. There were wonderful games for the kids and nice spots for the adults to gather in the evening. We used the house over Thanksgiving when we had dinner with nearby family, and the location was great for us. We had a snowstorm and were able to park 2 cars in the garage which was a big help. We had several questions and the response to my emails through airbnb were very quick and helpful. The house was very clean. We loved it!

Great little Ski-cation at Okemo Mountain. Place was about a 6 minute drive to mountain and downtown Ludlow. Place was very nice, cozy, and located on a lovely lake/creek.

Mandi’s place was a dream! The lake was frozen while we were there but the place was super cozy and warm even without the fireplace. The views are amazing from every window. It felt like we were on a house boat.

Beautiful spot on the water. Off the beaten path - yet easy to find and close to Plymouth and all you might need. Comfortable and clean - would definitely return if travels bring us through again. Great host.

Melora’s home is lovely. The view towards the lake is breathtaking, especially with fresh snow. The home was clean and had every kitchen utensil/machine you could need. Most of our time was spent on the second floor and was such a great hang out spot for the 6 of us and enough space to do yoga as a group in the morning before heading to Mt Sunapee to ski/snowboard. Overall, Melora has a lovely home and she is very kind and always available to answer any questions or resolve any issues. Thank you Melora for letting us stay in your home.

Since we stayed over Christmas, our host went out of her way to put up a nice Christmas tree and some decorations which made it feel pretty magical for a home away from home. We felt very comfortable. The weather was extremely cold so she provided extra blankets that we didn't really need because the place was well insulated and cozy. The lake view was gorgeous as it snowed and froze over several days and we sat inside drinking tea and coffee watching it. We would love to enjoy this space in the summer to take advantage of the deck and dock down by the water.

Perfect place for a family. Lots of beds and space to hang out. The heaters in every room were convenient especially at night. It was comfortable and check-in was easy. Check-out had a lot of steps and required a bit of extra work so make sure to follow the instructions listed in the house rules. Overall a great stay we enjoyed our time at Newfound Lake!

Immaculate is accurate! Comfortable, all your needs anticipated, beautiful views of the lake! Put this cozy cabin on your NE adventure. Obviously loved and well cared for by our hosts. Lots of space, lots to do!

Perfect location to Okemo a quick 15 minute drive and beautiful surrounding and super quiet! Great place will stay again!

Had a lovely longer-term stay here. The house is beautiful with classic old New England character but totally modern features inside. Walking distance to several walking trails and coffee shops and short drives to countless places for swimming, hiking, rock climbing, and walking. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. No complaints here, we had a wonderful stay!

Fantastic stay all around. There were a couple of things that were needed for our stay. Quality appliances (my wife wanted to bake for our daughter that we were visiting and fast, stable wifi (work meetings). The kitchen had everything we expected and after the first day the wifi settled down and was stable throughout the rest of the stay. We would definitely stay here again but would pay more attention to the surroundings. Most of the restaurants were closed because we went after summer and before winter, not much going on. However, it was very peaceful. Also, it should be noted that the ceilings are slanted (I assume this is the converted attic of the building), so taller persons may have an issue. I am 6' and my wife 5'7", we bumped into the ceiling in a couple of places but quickly learned. Not something I would deduct a star but a feature that is nice to know going in.

This is a lovely, clean condo. It's well-stocked, modern-looking, and comfortable. We stayed to ski at Ragged Mountain, which is about 15-20 minutes away. The view from the condo is beautiful. We did not get to enjoy the porch because it was too cold, but I'm sure this is a great warm-weather stay as well. Cindy was very responsive when we had questions.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Our suite was well-equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The proximity to downtown Woodstock was perfect, and the convenience of dining at the Inn was a huge plus—the food was beyond amazing! Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back.

Rooms and washing machine were clean! Spacious shower with good water pressure and a handheld showerhead. Quiet area with gorgeous evening sun. Many skinny spiders in the corners that didn't other us (typical for area). All doors including front door were difficult to close/ open. Responsive host with a nearby local contact who will drive over for any issues.

We had a wonderful stay in Alecia & John’s cottage! It’s easy to find, right off the highway but still very private in a beautiful setting, with all of the amenities you could possibly need for your stay. Highly recommend!!

Alfa and Eric were great hosts. the cottage was adorable and lots to keep us busy even on our rainy night. We are looking forward to booking another ling weekend in warmer weather to enjoy the beautiful lake a bit more. Thank you so much for sharing your cottage with us.

Absolutely loved our stay at Laurel’s cozy cabin in Woodstock, VT! The location was perfect—tucked away in a peaceful setting yet just 30 minutes from Killington. The cabin was spotless, well-appointed, and full of charm, with a warm fireplace and thoughtful touches throughout. Laurel was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations. Can’t wait to come back!

Suzanne was an excellent host, very responsive. We stayed for an extended stay and loved the home. The house was very clean and had a great atmosphere. The views of the pond (what I would call a lake) were excellent. Too cold to swim in the late fall but did some cold plunges and caught some fish. If you are thinking of booking a stay here, do it! Not far from grocery stores, restaurants, and the ski hill. You will not be disappointed!

Great location! It was close to everything we needed! It felt fresh and pristine… We loved our stay at the cottage!

No words can describe this Cabin. It’s perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. The cabin was spotless and so cozy. It has everything you need. If you want to cook or grill out, it has it. There are great things to do in the area and fantastic restaurants. If I could give The Cabin 10 stars, I would. You will not regret staying here. Be sure to read the guest book! The hosts are great, too. Very attentive with all the info you need beforehand and during your stay. Go ahead and give it a go. You won’t regret it.

We have been going to Sandpond every year for as long as I can remember. We love the lake and the area. Claudia's cabins provide us the ability to join our family there and have our own space. We absolutely love it and are already looking forward to next year!!
