Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Grant County

We loved our stay! It’s such a beautiful setting..our condo patio faced the cliff wall and the view was amazing! We traveled to see two nights of music at the Gorge and the pool was very nice to have to relax between shows. The condo was perfect. We had 4 adults and had plenty of space to live..very large room upstairs and perfect to spread out…downstairs great and kitchen well-stocked.

Kate & Jr were so helpful and were incredibly kind to my family and I. Their home is absolutely gorgeous and their pool was the best part of our trip. The home had everything we needed during our stay and it was very close to grocery stores and Soap Lake. Highly recommend for your next adventure.

This is a very lovely home to stay at during any time of year when trekking around the Lake Chelan area. Elizabeth’s condo is very open warm and welcoming — we loved the all in one kitchen-living-dining-patio space, especially with those breathtaking views of Lake Chelan and her surrounding valleys. Snow fell when we arrived and when we left making everything magical. Thankfully we had no trouble getting up or down the two hills and their associated bends to arrive safely at the condo (HOA snowplower starts early in the morning in order to help residents and visitors maneuver well). Beds were comfy and cozy, especially in the master room… the smaller room’s bed was a tad on the firm side but my daughter did not mind, and it was still relatively quite comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked. Elizabeth left lovely “welcome home gifts” for us in the form of popcorn, chocolate, and a bottle of red blend wine from Portugal (a very nice touch). We will most certainly be back!

This condo was excellent! It was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for our stay! We had our parents and our one year old with us. It was perfect for kids and spacious for all of us! The upstairs bedroom had a great nook with a bed for her to sleep in! The fenced yard and pool was also so great. We will definitely stay here again in our future trips to CB!

Perfect location for a concert at the gorge! Only a few minute drive away. And if you plan to stay longer, there are many fun things to do along the river in the Sunland community. I would definitely recommend this property. Ronna was so nice and very helpful!

What an incredible vacation! My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary with a trip to see Sturgill Simpson at The Gorge. When I found this place, it seemed to check every box we had and then some. By the time we made it there, it had been dark for hours. I really had no idea what beautiful surroundings we had until the next morning. Crescent bar is an amazing little corner of the planet, and I'm very grateful that we got to experience it on this trip. The place itself was very clean, cozy, and well maintained. Alicia was very informative and helpful. For us, it was mostly just a place to rest between adventures, but it would have more than sufficient for much more than that. I highly recommend renting a jetski from one of the local rental companies also. Thanks Alicia, we hope to visit again in the future!

We enjoyed the house and Daniel was clear in communication. House is spacious and comfortable. Wife and I will definitely stay there again in the future. We also enjoyed eating at several small restaurants in Mattawa and my wife loved the big comfortable chair while reading.

This home was in a peaceful location. Everything was as stated in the description and photos were accurate. It was very well supplied in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. The game room was fun and the hot tub was very nice. It was a thoughtful touch that Becky included a telescope for the kids to enjoy. It was an easy 90 minute drive to Leavenworth for a day trip. We enjoyed this home and thought it was a good value. We would love to return for another visit.

We absolutely enjoyed our vacation. the house was amazing and clean. All of the amenities listed were included and more. I love the swimming pool -a lot! The one one. downfall would be charging. An electric car is not a good idea to charge there because it takes forever. however, there are chargers convenient to the area, so it was no problem.

Everything was as described and listed. Jeff was very prompt, thorough, answered all questions, and made it very easy for my first experience with Vrbo. My guests were thoroughly impressed with the deluxe accommodations. Jeff made sure we had access to everything the gated community had to offer. Honestly, Jeff did go out of his way from booking to after check out to make sure my guests and I seamlessly enjoyed our worry free stay. I felt comfortable, well supported, and Jeff possesses a cat like professionally attentive hosting reflex. Loved our stay here. Great location for downtown- walkable to all the restaurants etc. Great house- really well furnished and equipped. Back yard is perfect for pets. Really nice to find a great, pet friendly rental. Thank you!

Steve & Peggy's home in Matawa was neat, clean and uncluttered and easy to settle into. The three bedrooms are spacious, there's a larger central area open to the kitchen. Easy to park in the garage. A nice view of the river from the home. We didn't cook but the coffee pot was perfect! A short walk away is access to the Priest Rapids Recreation Area. There is a level trail along the river. We walked this both days we were there. Nice walk, birding opportunity and easy exercise. If you go north, the trail is paved. Going south the trail becomes gravel. Both directions are good. Communication was great, emails questions were answered promptly, and we had check in information a few days ahead. We left a pair of shoes, and Steve and Peggy have been great arranging a way for us to pick them up. Very kind and easily arranged. We would be happy to stay here again and recommend this listing. Beautiful place, first floor was perfect for us - morning coffees and breakfasts on the lawn with that amazing view( the view I can't stress it enough loved lived it)- what can be better? It was clean, airy and spacy, kitchen needs everything that you need. Spices, pots and everything ( Maybe the kitchen scale would be a thing to add, because it even has a mixer). A small walk to the park beach, City center is close as well. Walking distance to everything. It is quiet, all the noise is in the center, which we loved. Amazing condo, highly recommend. Miss that view already. Will stay again. Thank you!!!!!!!

Two other couples joined us for a celebration of my wife's birthday. All 6 of us were very happy about our stay. Incredible view of the lake, the sunsets, and the nearly full moon. Easy to walk to dining and stores, and a great walk around the outlet of the lake.

Loved the location. We walked through Chelan from the room. Easy parking and quiet. A well appointed kitchen 🤞

Good spot to stay after a concert @ the Gorge, though it was a bit further than we wanted to go after the show (our fault, nobody elses). Beautiful views from the door; the complex was unique and the pool looked fun. Our bed was insanely comfortable.

We stayed here to attend a concert at The Gorge. It was a great location - a short drive to The Gorge and beautiful condo grounds. My kids especially loved the large pool area. Everything was very well maintained and the location is peaceful. The host was extremely helpful and flexible. We checked in late in the evening and had some issues, but she was immediately responsive and the issues were ironed out quickly. She was also extremely flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was so helpful and made our trip that much more enjoyable! I would highly recommend this condo, and we'd love to stay again at some point in the future.

Great spot, close to the lake

I can’t say enough good things about Lisa’s place and her as a host. She was incredibly accommodating, flexible and her bungalow is beautiful! It had everything we needed for the long weekend (full kitchen, TONS of space, comfortable bed) and she was always proactive in checking in. This is definitely a place we will keep coming back to. All around perfect!

Danielle was responsive to messages and answered all my questions. This place is very close to The Gorge Amphitheater and easy to get to. Beautiful surroundings and breathtaking views of the area. There is a small store with some food items, fresh veggies/fruits, drinks and some clothing items. There is a pizza place that offers delicious gluten free pizza in the community.
