This memorable place is anything but ordinary - a quiet, peaceful setting with a bird sanctuary right behind the unit observed from the kitchen window. Relax on the deck in the evenings watching the beautiful sunset, star filled skies at night, the donkeys and chickens corralled in the distance, and the goldfish swim in the Lilypad pond just off to the side. We have 2 tiny houses on 6 acres here in Burnet. There’s a large fire pit area with a grill and outdoor games for our guests at both houses to use. Buchanan Lake, Inks Lake and Spider Mountain are only 15-20 mins away! My wife and I live on the property and manage it so we are close by if you need anything. You will need to climb stairs to get to the sleeping loft in this tiny house, and the sleeping loft has a low ceiling so it is ducking room only. Pet fee is $20 extra per pet

Absolutely loved staying here!!! We had such a relaxing time here for two months. The view off the back is stunning, and the fenced yard is extremely secure. The kitchen has everything you need and then some! The layout of the house is amazing, and I so appreciate the comfortable desk chairs and work stations. Tony is a fabulous host and communicated perfectly. We mentioned that the main bed was getting a bit lumpy (totally usable for us, though) and a new mattress was delivered within a week- incredibly responsive. Super quiet area, very nice neighbors. Wonderfully close to many awesome hiking trails. If I could give the house and host 100 stars, I would. Honestly, just wish we could have stayed longer!

We made some amazing memories at the Quiet Cove! Having access to kayaks, paddle board , and fishing from the dock made our stay so much fun. We ended each day around the fire out on the porch with a guitar, diving with the family. The house is super well stocked which made us feel like we were visiting a friend’s home, not just a rental. Thank you for an incredible stay.

We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay at this beautiful, serene cottage. The home was spotless, warm, and inviting—perfectly tucked away with visits from birds and deer that added to the charm. We especially loved the screened-in porch, the cozy outdoor fire pit area, and the massive swim spa. The shaded backyard was a dream, and the secure fence made it perfect for our two small dogs. Everything about the vibe was just right. We’d absolutely love to come back!

This is a great place! A lot of space for dogs to run, and it is close to parks to hike. Quiet neighborhood. The house has everything you might need. Enough space in the house for 3 dogs and 2 adults 🤓 Cody is very helpful and responsive to any questions and issues. Definitely recommend it and am definitely planning to come back! ❤️👍

cute tiny home. loved the rustic design. everything was built with reclaimed items. the front yard was a perfect place for the pups to sniff and go potty in between hikes. they have a wonderful shared backyard area that includes a trail, showers, chickens, etc. overall very friendly and welcoming, a perfect retreat from the busy city life!

We had a good time with our friends. Plenty of space to move around. There were towels and enough washrags provided. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided, and hand soap and toilet paper in the bathroom. It is an older home but everything was clean. The view was great. If you like fishing, bring your poles. They have a couple but they are old, so you will need some hooks and bait (and possibly some line). We could have used some foil and ziplocs. Bring your own. We also enjoyed playing some air hockey and ping pong. Overall it was a great trip. Thanks for the memories. Also the owners messaged us back pretty quickly when we had questions.
