Great view and perfect place to stay for adventures on the island. It’s cosy and has all the facilities you need. Recommendation!

We really enjoyed our stay and found it to be clean and comfortable in a great location.

I stayed at Emma's place with my daughter, son-in-law and 2 young grandsons and it was the perfect place for a family! The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped for cooking all of the fresh vegetables and seafood you can purchase in the local farmer's market! The outdoor area comes with a great pool and an amazing view over the sea. We were there in February so it was too cold for the pool but it is beautiful to look out across the pool to the sea and we did have picnics by the pool. My grandsons had the entire outdoor surroundings to use as a playground and they had a wonderful time collecting snails and joining us for walks down the little lane at the bottom of the driveway. The house is close to Siracusa and Notta and we found a great spot called Cava d'Espica with an old water mill that is a "living" museum! We also loved exploring Old Town (centro historico) Modica The communication with Emma was easy and Saro the local housekeeper was very friendly.

We had a great stay in Sicily. Octavia and Mickael are excellent hosts, meeting us at the villa and being very proactive in responding to any questions throughout our stay. The villa had everything we needed and the pool is lovely. The seating around the pool hash great views. There is also a more private area to the rear for eating or sitting out, surrounded by olive and lime trees (plus visits from lizards and the occasional cat!). A car is necessary to visit the wonderful historic towns (Noto, Modica, Ragusu, Syracuse) and the quiet beach is only a few minutes drive away. We enjoyed a couple of meals in Marzamemi too.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Antonella's villa. The location is private but it is very easy to get to all the beautiful towns in the area and the beach. The views from the pool are amazing. Antonella is a wonderful host, so welcoming and friendly and very responsive. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool and hot tub are are fabulous and we enjoyed relaxing there after a day of sightseeing. We booked this place because of the wonderful reviews and were not disappointed. Our stay with Giorgio was simply fantastic! Already upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with excellent regional wine and delicious specialties. The home is a real gem stylishly decorated, immaculately clean and full of charm. An absolute highlight was the in-house pizza oven, where we prepared a homemade pizza – an unforgettable experience! The garden in front of the house was a dream and perfect for relaxing. The wellness area was the crowning glory: luxurious, well-kept and ideal for unwinding. Giorgio and his wife are wonderful hosts – attentive, warm and always trying to make the stay perfect. We felt like good friends and will definitely be back. Thank You!

We stayed two adults and three children at this lovely place and really have nothing negative to say :) Highly recommended place to stay if you are visiting Sicily!

Very friendly and helpful host. Excellent location of the apartment, a ten-minute walk from the historic center. In winter, the heat pump is enough for the bedrooms and therefore an additional heating system (present) was required for the other rooms. I recommend parking in the square nearby and not along the street

What a nice surprise! Peaceful accommodation in the countryside, very clean ... functional kitchen, large bathroom, comfortable beds... Mark was adorable: 48 hours before our arrival we had an explanatory video to arrive at the accommodation... the same day at 12:00 p.m. we had a message to tell us that we could anticipate our arrival because the accommodation was ready! Perfect… not to mention the bath towels for the shower … and the hot tub! We really enjoyed this relaxation area after a busy day! A place we would recommend without hesitation! Thank you Mark …

We enjoyed our stay. The house has amazing terrace with the view on the sea and a swimming pool. The place is better for people who have a car but even without it we had a good time: there is a store and a bar in walking distance, also there is bus to Syracuse. The host is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend to book a boat trip that host provides. We enjoyed it very much.

I stayed for a week at Massimo's place in November. It was absolutely stunning and I could not have chosen a better place and host. Warning: At least in November, the rooftop terrace can be so well-temperatured and sunny that you may end up staying there for hours and miss out on some of the great cafés and restaurants downstairs and downtown :) Massimo and his wife were super helpful. Ortigia is very beautiful and people are so friendly. I can't wait to return. It was also spotless clean by the way. Many thanks, Massimo, for sharing this wonderful place!

This compact, self-contained place was comfortable and cool. Gabriella was charming and helpful. Enjoyable stay!

Location is exceptional. We went with a baby and a toddler , this couldn’t have been a better spot for a hassle free beach vacation in Sicily . Excellent view . Plenty of kids for ours to play with, plenty of toys to use at the beach , a minute away to go grab a bite or a beer from the beach. There were a few minor issues but Irene (cohost) was able to help us immediately. Couldn’t recommend more

Staying at Tonino's was a great experience! We were warmly greeted and guided through the property, and during our stay we got recommendations for nearby experiences from the owner. Beautiful views from the deck, clean pool, mountainous terrain, peace and quiet — what more could you want? In addition, close to the Cava Grande Reserve, which surprised us positively with its glory. We recommend getting good shoes and going there for the day. All in all, we were happy to spend our vacation in Villa Vitosa, using the on-site amenities and equipped kitchen, where we prepared meals with fresh, Italian produce. It was clean, the air conditioning didn't disappoint, and in our spare time we used inflated pool accessories (wheel, mattress). We recommend this place to anyone who needs a restorative rest in beautiful Sicily! :)

Excellent out of season stay in sunny Fontane Bianche. Lovely house with all amenities needed. Good, secure parking and clean and tidy place. Modern, recently updated bathrooms and comfy beds.

Simona’s place was like a paradise! The garden was beautiful and the pool amazingly large. The apartment was cozy, the kitchen well enough equipped for making meals to our family. Simona was friendly and helpful and quick to answer all our questions. Altogether a perfect place for a holiday!

Dario was a great host. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The house is in the heart of Ortigia. Great area. The place is small and cozy. Everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Dario place was just as described. spacious with great rooftop terrace. We checked in one day late also but Dario was flexible with getting in later.

Beautiful flat nestled in the streets of Modica. It is absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail is unbeatable. The apartment is super close to the center and just a few steps away from great restaurants and cafés. The view is absolutely spectacular!

We enjoyed our stay at Jacopos. The villa was neat and tidy with all the amenities as described. We were close to all the major shops and it was easy access to drive to other towns and tourist attractions. We had a relaxing stay and would stay here again.

We stayed with two children for 5 nights with Emanuela and felt very comfortable. The location among the olive trees is beautiful and quiet and the pool is fantastic. We received helpful tips for beaches and restaurants and had a really great and relaxing stay.

What a great place in a wonderful location, so central in Modica with amazing views & yes a bit of a steep hill home but something has to justify all that pasta and Gelato! Great restaurants and our favourite Hemingway’s bar for wonderful cocktails and people watching. Cafe Adamo for delicious pastries, coffee and Gelato. Nick was very proactive and responsive as was Giorgio & the welcome pack was very much appreciated. The house was a real home from home which made us feel very relaxed and the provision of beech towels, parasols very useful, the well equipped kitchen made cooking in, easy. The house manual was full of very useful information and suggestions for places to go, some of the prices may be a little outdated, but it’s hard to keep up with inflation. I would have no doubt at recommending this lovely home in Modica & Nick in the Uk and Giorgio in Modica, make a great team. Thank you both .
