We had a great time! Was a great place for kids to stay big backyard and also great for pets! If you are wanting a fun weekend stay in Kearney this is the place to stay. The instructions were clear and easy. The home provided everything needed for a fun, relaxing stay.

We went for a wedding, and their backyard is beautiful. The bridesmaids and the bride were able to get ready and take pictures in the backyard. Thank you very much. Very relaxed environment, my kids enjoyed the heated pool and their own space. There’s not a full kitchen, but a grill that we used as well.

We had a great stay. This was exactly what we needed for a one night stay on our drive from Iowa to Colorado as a halfway point. We had several restaurants to choose from near by. Everything was very comfortable! Our kids utilized the hot tub and we wished it was warm outside so we could use the amazing pool and awesome backyard. We were made a homemade breakfast of waffles and fruit, which was delivered to our door. Overall, everything was absolutely lovely. We highly recommend.

Craig and Kimberly were wonderful, friendly hosts and their place was fantastic! We were very comfortable and were able to relax.. and the delicious breakfast delivered to our door step was an added bonus! It was a great stay!

We had a leadership retreat for the Christian Motorcyclist Association for the state of Nebraska and this was the perfect central location for all 12 of us. We have stayed elsewhere before but this was so much more intimate and allowed to be uninterrupted. Lots of room that we were not tripping over each other.

We were grateful to be able to use The Hideaway while we were back home for the holidays. It’s such a comfortable little cottage and has everything needed. The hosts are wonderful and provide such thoughtful little extras. Our pups settled in very quickly and they were comfortable too. All in all it gave us a quiet little retreat with room to spread out so we could more fully enjoy time with our family.

The house was perfect for my friends quick weekend meet-up. We enjoyed the house that was beautifully renovated and had all we needed for the weekend with kitchen fully equipped and lots of coffee for the Keurig. Jessica was an excellent communicator. We can’t wait to come back.

Jeannie’s house in Sheldon is very near the beautiful Platte river and the Audubon visitor center, which were the sites we came to visit . The location and house itself were perfect for us. We enjoyed our stay. It felt like visiting a family member’s home. The house is spacious and well appointed; it can accommodate a family or several friends or couples traveling together since there are three bedrooms.

The place was small and cozy, very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Sandi was very attentive and easy to get in touch with.

Walking in felt like home. The red house was a great stay for our weekend! Quiet neighborhood and close to main roads for easy access to restaurants and stores. Communication was excellent. If we need to stay in Kearney again we will choose the red house.

As always, it was a great stay at Element 30. We loved being able to use the garage during our stay.

This is our third time staying at this location and we are always very comfortable at the home. Very clean & lots of space. We appreciate a home that allows our dogs so much, and had a fenced in yard. FYI for those with smaller dogs, the fences panels on the paved part of the yard don’t go completely to ground level, so just be aware of this before letting them into the yard. We just made sure to always be in the yard with them, or on a leash. We’ve always stayed in the home around Christmas time so it would be nice to one day stay during the summer to be able to enjoy the pool! Thanks for the enjoyable stay once again.
