Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Grand County

Great location. Two adult couples occupied the space. Each had their own bedroom and bathroom. Neighborhood is quiet and the fire station is right next door. We did see red lights one night, but they must be respectful of the neighborhood and not run with sirens on. The main thoroughfare is a block or two. Most anything is walkable. We had an issue with the septic while we were there. One call to Stephanie and it was handled. Perfect response. Overall a wonderful visit and we would rent again.

We had a great stay in Moab! The place worked well for our group and was comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked.

Great place which is clean and as described, but you’ll get a lot of noise from the condo above and the road outside. But that aside, great stay!

We stayed at Destiny‘s place for a few nights on our 10 day vacation. We were traveling from New Hampshire to Vegas, and then to all of the national parks in Utah! This was our favorite spot to stay. We loved Moab in general, but this Airbnb was super cute, updated, clean, and walkable to everything you could possibly need. Me and my fiancé agreed that it was our favorite spot. We absolutely loved it!

Beautiful 2 bed 2.5 bathroom house. Beautiful surroundings. Clean. 2 Parking spots available. Easy to find. Clear instructions. Peter responds pretty quickly for anything needed. Has patio with a hottub. Overall a great experience.

Our family stayed at A Moab House for three nights while we toured Arches National Park and the surrounding La Sal mountains. It was the perfect location for being able to access it all. We had one night of terrible thunderstorms which caused flooding in the neighborhood and Carol was quick to check in on us as well as send the caretaker over to see if the basement apartment had any flooding (it did not). The house was very well appointed with anything you’d need in the kitchen (we ate all meals at home) and the bedroom, which includes a queen bed and two twin beds, was spacious enough for our family of four. We enjoyed an outdoor meal in the courtyard and my daughter loved using the back lawn as her dance studio / gymnastics mat. All in all, a perfect family vacation locale!

Thanks a lot Emy. Your home was amazing and very well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Loved the way everything was labeled and organized. Kitchen was full of all the things one would need to cook and enough plates and cutlery for a large dinner. Check in and out was a breeze and the home is spacious. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Patrick and Angie's place. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. The bedding was clean with plenty of blankets and pillows. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The games and record player were a nice touch. The best part was being able to bring our dog along. We wished it had been warmer so we could have enjoyed the patio and view more. We'll have to come back in the spring!

We had a fantastic stay at this immaculate home! The house was spotless and exceeded our expectations with many thoughtful amenities, including bath towels, pool towels, and even shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom—things we didn't expect but truly appreciated. The owner was very responsive when we reported the hot tub was broken, though unfortunately, we weren't able to use it during our stay. The cable in the master bedroom also didn't work, which I am sure it is an easy fix, but it did not affect our stay. Overall, it was a lovely and well-equipped place! Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay and Justin was very helpful with a couple of extra changes that came up with our group. The home is close to town but far enough away to be a little quieter than downtown. We will gladly stay here on our next trip to Moab.

We enjoyed our stay and will book here again when we come back to Moab! Spacious living area, peaceful yard with great views, walking distance to town, fully stocked with plenty of towels, blankets and kitchen items. The host left clear instructions and communicated promptly when we had one question during our stay.

Excellent spot to stay in Green River. Always clean and well provisioned. Highly Recommend. We have stayed at his house with our group more than 5 times and it is always clean and ready for our stay.

We stayed with Todd for our first stop in Utah we were visiting arches and Canyonlands. The house is an hour away from arches, but the drive was easy and nice. The house was just like pictures. It was cozy and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of pods and seasonings which made it super easy since we were cooking everyday. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit. Thank you Todd!

Overall, Clayton’s place was a fantastic spot to spend our Moab vacation! When we arrived, the home was exactly as described. The open layout provided plenty of space for everyone to sleep, entertain, and gather comfortably, which we really appreciated. There was also ample room for all of our vehicles and toys, making it an ideal base for our adventures in Moab. Clayton was incredibly responsive throughout our stay, which made any minor hiccups easier to deal with. For example, when we found a few essentials missing, such as a working can opener and scissors, Clayton quickly resolved it. The only downside was that when we arrived shortly after the check-in time, the cleaning crew was still finishing up. Linens were in the washer and dryer, and some dishes hadn’t been put away yet. The garage door opener, which was supposed to be on the counter, was also missing. Despite these small inconveniences, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend his place!

Melissa's place is in a very convenient location. It had everything we needed. The communal pool and hot tub was a much needed amenity after a long day of hiking. Our group of 6 had more than enough room to gather and have alone time in the airbnb.

Would stay here again. Place was clean and just as it appeared in the listing. Host communications were friendly and efficient.

The location was good. The size of the place exactly as described. Andrea, the host was responsive to our needs. The private backyard was wonderful for the dog. The linen was clean and plenty of it. There is alot of road noise. We put a couple of pillows in the windows to create a sound barrier. It worked. I would definitely stay here again with a large group.

The condo was perfect for the four of us! We enjoyed the pool every afternoon. Condo is close to downtown Moab restaurants and activities, and convenient to Arches and highway 191. Definitely recommend it!
