We absolutely loved our stay! The views were amazing being so close to the glacier and all the snow was truly a dream come true for our stay. We spent the week of Thanksgiving and we had everything we needed to cook an entire Thanksgiving dinner. Kerrie was responsive and very kind. We will be back!

A perfect mountain getaway! Within walking distance of great trails. 20 minutes from Idaho Springs which is your perfect “Hallmark movie” kind of town with great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Katy's property was as described in the listing & very neat and clean. There was very good communication from Katy. It's nice being close to the main road through town but far enough away that noise isn't a problem. I would definitely recommend staying at Katy's property.

Our stay at Scott’s was wonderful! The house was beautiful and the sound of the creek was so peaceful. We absolutely loved the outdoor spaces and spent plenty of time on the back deck listening to the creek and enjoying the firepit. We would definitely stay here again!

The perfect spot between Idaho Springs and Georgetown! Close to great restaurants, hiking, and skiing. The fenced backyard is perfect and the creek is nice and peaceful. Don't let the proximity to the interstate worry you - it's completely quiet inside the home and you can't even hear road noise. We've already booked our next trip back to visit again!

Family of 5 with 3 young boys, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There's so much to do on the property - we took advantage of fly fishing, canoeing, kayaking. And you're right on the edge of the Rocky Mtn National Park so there's endless hiking! It's also easy to get to downtown Grand Lake which has great restaurants! If you plan to cook, pick up groceries at the main grocery store in Granby, because Grand Lake store is small, limited, and expensive. We feel this cabin is equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your stay, it's very well stocked with extra bedding, towels and tp. It's basic, which I appreciate. And it's very cozy; we loved having fires in the cabin. We would definitely recommend staying at Tracee's cabin!

This is simply the perfect CO mountain home. The design, setting and location couldn’t be better. We live in the Denver area and a couple trips a year up to the mountains with our family and thus have experienced quite a few options, while knowing what the state has to offer. Grand Lake is unique to Colorado as there are very few lakes that have homes with lakefront access and still 30/40 mins to skiing. The setting Courtney’s house has is jaw dropping. Perfect view of Shadow mountain and the entire shadow mountain lake. The house is thoughtfully designed with kid/fun rooms in the basement, primary on the main floor with a wraparound and the two stately bedrooms on the top floor. Everything was pristine in terms of cleanliness and quality. Plenty of warm blankets, all kitchen appliances worked flawlessly and the hot tub was incredible (setting and unit). I can’t see us staying anywhere else in future.

This was the second time we stayed at this property. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cam & Kev’s place! It was so homey and welcoming, and you can’t beat the views around the property. We loved fly fishing along the river and in the various ponds, although it was a bummer that other guests were ignoring the posted signs about fishing regulations. The train wasn’t a bother if we had the bathroom fan on while sleeping, and the beds were comfy and had nice bedding. We loved the fire pits around the ponds and enjoyed several nights of roasting marshmallows after sunset, it was dreamy! It’s in a great location- convenient to get to grand lake, Frazier, and winter park areas. The only thing I noticed was a bit of dust on many of the blinds, but there are so many blinds in the house I realize it would be really time consuming to dust them all regularly. I think it would be worth it though! You shouldn’t hesitate to stay at this place, and what a gem!

Our family had an excellent stay at this home. A few blocks from Lake Granby, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Grand Lake is only ten minutes away, and five more minutes to the gate for Rocky Mountain National Park, means that the home is well situated for visiting the entire area! The home was very clean and comfortable, and the small fenced yard was a great amenity that we really appreciated for our pups especially with all the wildlife in the area. The internet had a couple hiccups but was back up within a few minutes, and overall was very consistent with good speeds. Thank you for the great trip and home, and we hope to visit again some day!

Beautiful location on the water, especially in fall. the leaves were so beautiful! it's pretty close to neighbors (at one point we were all outside on the porches chatting) and there was a small issue with folks parking in our designated spots but we resolved it quickly by speaking to them directly, evolve never ended up replying to me. all in all, a bit overpriced but beautiful!

The condo is right by Silver Lake with direct access to the trail to St. Mary’s Glacier. A perfect spot for those who want to hike and the perfect spot for those who experience altitude sickness with an elevation just over 10,000ft. You can also fish Silver Lake or stay at the condo cooking with everything you could possibly need to make the perfect meal including spices. Stop at the Safeway in Idaho Springs before coming to the condo. My son loved the loft bed and there are 2 large screen TV’s too with room for 6 to sleep comfortably. The drive is fairly easy even if it’s your first time! Private Parking space included with overflow parking by the lake.

Excellent host. Tara knows what guest might need, and had everything you can possibly imagine available. The place is quiet, clean and surrounded by beautiful nature 🦆🌲. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful and great value, wonderful location, warm and cosy. Comfortable beds, spectacular views and good security (a coded door for the communal area and then another for the room with a deadbolt from the inside). I would highly recommend this place for the best value for money and also comfort.

Fantastic experience staying here it was very close to everything (shops and restaurants) the views were stunning. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Winter Park at Barbara’s unit. The unit was in a great location close to the resort. The unit was very clean and comfortable and great for our dogs. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time at Matt and Sharon's! We were in Georgetown for the Christmas market and the location and accommodations were perfect! Cozy and clean right next to the lake. I hope we can stay with then again!

This was my second stay at this location and it was just as amazing as the first. The location is beautiful, private and cozy. I'll definitely book it again the next time I'm in the area!
