Very nice location and beautiful views

We loved Sunset Cove. The pool, the swim up bar and most of all the private lagoon, with beach chairs and umbrellas. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful and we saw turtles octopus and eels within 10 min of entering the sea in front of the condo. We are already looking at when we can come again

Highly recommend this cute gorgeous place to stay, it has everything you need and everything was perfect. Great location across from West Bay Beach, Foster’s grocery store is a 10 minute walk, plus a 5 minute walk to a liquor store and a convenience store to, it is all very close, this is a perfect location. Don’t forget to eat at Heritage Kitchen a few minutes walk and they serve great fish meals right on the beach, we ate there twice and Mollies is soon to open to right across the street. The Landry Room onsite is a great option, previous guests left laundry soap just bring some dryer sheets. Absolutely the best communication with Hamid, he ensured we were taken care of, always checked in with us and gave us a few suggestions and links to search for things to do etc. Hamid is a great host and one of the best we have ever seen!

Very private setting, clean and quiet. Tatiana was very helpful and accommodating of our challenges with travel as our flights were delayed multiple times due to weather.

This place is beautiful! Spotless, updated, incredible location. Julie is so helpful! I had to have emergency oral surgery Julie was an angel helping me find a dentist. I want to stay her again and again. Best Cayman trip ever!

The place is great and spacious, hosts have thought of everything from extra sunscreen, to beach chairs and umbrellas, to olive oil and S&P for cooking. Really appreciated access to paddle boards and they were easy enough to carry across the street to the beach. The indoor and outdoor spaces were great for our family of 4, we felt very comfortable. Lots of nice updates throughout and everything g worked as expected. No issues! We rented a car to get to different parts of the island so didn’t do a lot of exploring in the immediate area other than walking along the beach.

Great space for two families visiting this wonderful island! Walking distance to the beach and thoroughly enjoyed the new year at Peter’s getaway! It was a nice touch to have the kids beach accessories and games available. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a 10 star stay! The location is idealic and perfect- ten minutes away from the action of Georgetown and Seven Mile Beach, yet peaceful and serene. The lull of the waves was mesmerizing and we loved hanging out in the pool while staring at the sea. The home was super clean and comfortable. It has all the amenities you could want and groceries are nearby. The couch is huge and we enjoyed the living spaces, both indoor and outside. It was hard to leave! Chelsea and Cory are super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended and we hope to return!!

We (two couples)spent 11 nights at Casa Avi; it was magical! There are two master bedroom suites, which is ideal when traveling with two couples. We spent a lot of time on the lower level with all the doors open; the ocean breeze made it very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, except a drip coffee pot, which we really missed. We made the 25 minute trip to Seven Mile Beach many times during our stay, learning quickly to pay attention to busy traffic times. The Stingray/Snorkel Tour and the Cayman Crystal Caves Tour were highlights of our trip. There is no shortage of restaurants on the island ~ Tillies, Ms. Piper’s Kitchen & Garden, Tukka (Taco Tuesday), Lucca (for Sunday brunch), Macabuca Oceanside Tiki Bar & Grill and Casanova were a few of our favorites. Also, HIGHLY recommend Anytime Wellness for a massage or other spa services; you can’t beat the prices and it was the best massage we’ve ever had! Daniel was very responsive to any questions or needs we had:)

This was a perfect spot for three couples, with each bedroom having its own bath. The kitchen was well stocked with pots & pan & dishes & appliances. We ate in several evenings and had everything we needed. We loved staying on the east end, it was so quiet & beautiful! There was plenty to do & great restaurants nearby and the big attractions were easy to get to by car. On the days we ventured towards Georgetown, we were happy to leave the crowds & get back to the quiet.

What an incredible and accommodating house for our party of 12. They were kids from under one to over 70 and space for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we cooked almost every night over our one week stay. We liked rum point because we were close to star fish point and the stingrays. A private beach in front of the house was so nice to have and we were able to snorkel and see many beautiful fish, even though there was a lot of seagrass that didn't bother us. All the locals were very friendly and kind. Our dinner at Kano was a highlight for all of us. We would definitely stay at this home again.

The house was beautiful and well appointed. If we had a concern I messaged Cline and he was always very responsive. We asked for more chaise lounge chairs and towels and on Christmas Day a guy showed up with six new chaise loungers for the pool area and a pile of new towels. Cline met our grocery delivery and the liquor store delivery so we were well stocked going into the holidays when stores were closed. He recommended grocery stores and restaurants and we felt well taken care of. We made reservations for several island excursions based on his recommendations. All were excellent. Overall it was a wonderful eight days in Grand Cayman and I can say that it was in large part due to Clines help. And I have a flexible awesome family.

Leslie was an amazing host. Home was spotless and in a great location. She was very responsive and very bubbly. Thank you opening your home to us. The whole experience was revitalizing. Highly recommend booking!

Monika's house was the perfect place to spend a week in Grand Cayman. The location was perfect and close to the grocery store, across the street from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants including Camana Bay. We enjoyed the pool, large backyard and safety of the residential neighborhood. The house was "as described" and we felt that we had everything we needed for the week. Thanks again!

Jason's place was perfect for our trip. The location is great - not too far from restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. but the proximity to the beach is unbeatable. Just a few steps off the porch and you're in the water.

Ren really is a super host. She made sure what ever we needed and even suggested things that I had not thought such as business impacted by holidays. She was always responsive and helpful. The Seaside Bungalow is a fantastic place to stay and get away from the rest of the world! I would say it is the ideal couples retreat to stay at while on Grand Cayman. The bungalow is beautiful. The kitchen is filled with all the amenities one would need. The bathroom is pristine. There are plenty of places to relax at the bungalow either inside or out. The location is great as well since your equal distance from pretty much everything on the island, nothing is farther than 30 mins. We truly enjoyed our stay. We hope to come back someday.

We loved Jeff's guest house. Location was great. It was a 5 min walk to the grocery store and liquor store. We went to Cemetary beach most days. It was about a 15 minute walk. The beach was not crowded at all. We enjoyed our breakfast and evenings out on the patio. It was so peacefull and relaxing. The house had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Sadly we didn't get a chance to meet Jeff, but his wife Janelle was super friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Sarah's place was perfect for our short stay on GC before flying back to the UK (having visited Little Cayman). It is cute,super clean and sparkling, tucked away in a little lane with a pretty terrace on which to sit out. Everything seemed very new and well maintained, with spotless towels and thoughtful provisions. Very easy parking, and comfy bed. would not hesitate to recommend or stay again.

Listing was as described. Easy walk to beach and a few restaurants.

This place is even better than the pictures. Such a peaceful retreat. Shane has clearly spent a lot of care in creating a respite for people. The foliage was beautiful, he has landscape lighting in all the right places, and each seating area was created with a lot of thought. The beach is private, and the trees make for great shade when needed/wanted. We loved the hammocks. Shane checked in on us just the right amount. And that “cornbread” (tasted more like cake!) is to die for. There were plenty of towels and the beach chairs and snorkeling equipment were in great shape. You really need a car or bicycle to get around this area; by car there are great restaurants just a few minutes away. We did grocery shopping in George Town on our way in, and I would recommend doing the same, if you want to stock up. The cottage was clean and well appointed. And it smelled great! A note to fellow USA friends - the bed is an American double (European queen). Great place for 2 people. We will be back!

Where to begin on how amazing this condo is!! First of all, the location is spectacular - right in the heart of Seven Mile Beach, walkable to many bars, restaurants and beaches but it is on a beautiful white sand beach so you don’t even have to leave! The beach was in perfect condition and the water was crystal clear. There is also a nice pool with lots of chairs around it. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need, the laundry machines worked great, the place is huge, the property is beautiful, I could go on and on! 10/10. I would stay here again in a heart beat.
