Grand Cayman vacation rentals

We had a wonderful stay. The unit is the 2nd closest to the ocean. The beach to one side the pool on the other side. Kids love that (4, 7, 10). there was 3 outdoor showers so getting the sand off was easy . the beach size directly next to the unit depending on the day is a small beach or close to a no beach. but a 30 second walk and you have a full beach. the pool hours are long. 7am to 10pm so that's great. many restaurants are walking distance. and many more just a short drive . would definitely come back

The beach was fantastic and where we spent 90% of our time. The unit was very clean and steps from the hot tub and pool. The unit also had 2 kayaks included that we used every day and were very thankful for. We could kayak out far and then snorkel. The swim up bar was great and not typically what you find in a condo hotel. Walk to George Town or camana bay was 20 minutes. Public bus was easy to use and cheap transportation option. Also island go app is their version of Uber and worked great. One thing to mention is the building behind this was vacant (previously treasure island and bought by margarataville and then covid occurred). I believe it is supposed to be torn down and they are making a new resort. The vacant building did not cause us any issues but worth mentioning.

Excellent place to stay with four adults and two children. The convenience of the pool with swim up bar, baby pool and on site protected beach with swimming makes this place fantastic. The view from the condo is great. Fun watching cruise ships come in while drinking morning coffee. Many walkable places to eat. We rented a car and there was plenty of parking close by. Highly recommended!

The unit was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Short drive to great restaurants and Governors beach which is our favorite.

Tatiana has a wonderful little spot for two. My wife and I explored all the snorkeling spots in Grand Cayman but this location rates up the with the best. Take a swim out to the ship. Thanks Tatiana

A wonderful spot for exploring Grand Cayman. Right across the street from a private little beach on the north end of 7 mile beach if you want more of a private retreat on a calm day; for more social, active days you are a quick drive south from the more buzzy parts of the beach. The house has everything you could ask for as a couple or a small family: kitchen for cooking, a spacious fridge for supplies, and 2 bedrooms/baths for relaxing after a day of exploring the island. In addition, the extra amenities help a great deal with logistics - the extra towels, 2 different coolers, and beach chairs & umbrella made our beach day plans much more straightforward. A great home for an incredible locale.

Jason's place was perfect for our trip. The location is great - not too far from restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. but the proximity to the beach is unbeatable. Just a few steps off the porch and you're in the water.

Peter's house was perfect. Half the price of local hotels and much more accommodating. fully stocked kitchen so we could make breakfast each morning before heading out. we don't have children but if you do, there was high chair, beach toys, beach towels, even games, and books for rainy day activities or evenings in. washer/dryer was so convenient so you can only bring half the clothes and launder then halfway through vaca to save on luggage fees. The only thing the house does not have is toiletries, but there is a grocery store about a mile down the road for everything that you would need Location is IDEAL. close to everything. Very safe and quiet. Peter gave us some great recommendations for our stay including a local gym and best resturaunts. Do yourself a favor, book this house instead of a hotel for your Cayman getaway!

Selina’s place was so awesome. My fiancée and I stayed her for 3 nights (Fri-Sun) and it could not have worked out better. There are a handful of great restaurants and shops on site that we frequented throughout our stay and it was super easy access to the beach. It is a prime location and very close to restaurants and other attractions. Definitely would love to come back here!

Nice tiny spot good for the two of us for two nights. 7 minute drive to the airport. Across the street from The Wharf- go have a $40 round of drinks and watch the sunset. 5 min walk to grocery store, 10 minutes to bars and restaurants. Go to Bevvy before they tear the building down- awesome apocalyptic feel at the old Margaritaville! This spot is at the end of the strip; quite a bit of construction noise during the day (we weren't there much). Driveway is pretty tight (we drove a big ol' van). Hot water ebbs and flows but it's predictable. a/c worked like a charm.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Our flight was delayed and the house manager was still waiting to welcome us. The airline lost my brother’s wheelchair bag and Plaxton was so absolutely helpful while we navigated this obstacle. He even bought a shower chair for my brother to use. The house is absolutely stunning and the pool is just the icing on the cake. The north side of the island is so quiet and peaceful. We had the best time and can’t wait to book this house again!

This was our second year staying at A's place. This year was as good as last year. The resort beach was very good. We tended to walk along West Bay over to 7-mile beach, using the Beach Access at SMB 61. Depending on the wind, we would typically walk back along the beach and breakwall properties. The pool water was a perfect temperature. Everything was quite comfortable. We love the location, especially that Foster's Grocery store is a short walk away. Since we had seen most of the touristy things last year, this year we did not rent a car and chose to use the local busses. We hope to do this again next year.

Alecia is an amazing host: super friendly, instant communication and very accomodating. The appartment is even better in real life. Everything is super clean and brand new. Plenty of space for a family in very quiet neighbourghood. Seven Miles beach is 20 minutes drive and local Spots beach is 7 minutes drive. Local Fosters supemarket is 4 minutes drive. The price is very reasonable. What else is needed? It comes with private backyard and the grill. Highly recommend!

My family truly enjoyed the house. Plenty of space for the whole family. The two studio suites were perfect for when you want to go to sleep earlier than the rest kids and grandkids as they stayed up late playing games and swimming. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. Gracie's customer service was outstanding. When wife locked the keys in the suite and she came by quickly to unlock it for us. We thought we had a problem with the A/C and she sent someone out right away. I had a problem with the grease overflow on the grill and someone was there at 6am the next morning to fix it. I will definitely use her place again as well as highly recommend to others. This was better than staying at a hotel, all-inclusive or timeshare. This was very private and cozy in a very nice neighborhood.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and Julie was a wonderful host. Would recommend staying here to anyone. Looking forward to the next visit.

I was shocked from the the moment I walked in.. I am ocd with bathroom and I was very impressed.. I will definitely be back in the future. This place was a 10/10

Six of us were there for scuba diving. Easy 10 minute drive to our dive operation. 15 mins to best restaurants on the island. Kitchen was well equipped, dining table is huge, pool was used daily. Great sunsets by the sea. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Casa Avi. It really does feel like someone's home, not just because of its nice furniture and art, but because of little things--like the kitchen knives were very good! It's a truly private and peaceful place, and the balcony turned out to be a spot for spotting animals: a night heron fishing, parrotfish pecking through the sea grass just beyond the sand, and even a little agouti scurrying across the path to the beach. We snorkeled right off the beach every day. There's reef a short a swim from the beach--like a lot of places in the Caribbean and elsewhere, it's not as healthy a reef as it used to be years ago, but there are still lots of fish, and we saw stingrays, spiny lobsters, balloon fish, squid, and a big barracuda. Daniel and Avril were friendly and quickly responsive to all our questions. We would all happily come back!

Everything as advertised! Beautiful, peaceful and far from the crowds. If you like driving around the island and having a great place to come back to, this is where you want to be!

Our large family had an amazing time at Cline’s place. Lots of space, a great pool, and amazing kitchen all near stores, restaurants, and seven mile beach. We will return!

Monika's house was the perfect place to spend a week in Grand Cayman. The location was perfect and close to the grocery store, across the street from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants including Camana Bay. We enjoyed the pool, large backyard and safety of the residential neighborhood. The house was "as described" and we felt that we had everything we needed for the week. Thanks again!
