Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Grand Bend

The house was cleaner than the pictures and very comfortable, like my own home. This house was very considerate to future guests. I highly recommend it. I hope I have the chance to stay here again when I come to London.

This place is super clean, cozy and convenient. The owner is nice and responsive. My son and I spent two nights for attending swimming meet just 5mins drive, the cost was ideal and we will come back next time.

FALL GETAWAY-Stayed Oct 18-20, 2024 with friends. The surroundings at this cottage in the fall are absolutely beautiful lots of fall colours and wildlife. There's a lovely beach just down the road we had great weather so it was nice to go for a walk, very peaceful not allot of people this time of year. We had dinner at Macphersons on Friday night which was very good and pizza the following night at Grogs which was also very good. Host Rebecca was wonderful, helpful, very worry free experience. Great cottage very clean had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Fantastic getaway to unwind and enjoy the outdoors would highly recommend.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Enjoying the hot tub on a cold snowy day was an experience. Accommodations had everything you needed, with clear instructions. My favorite feature was the wood fireplace! Would stay again if I come back to Lucan.

We stayed here with our wedding party for our wedding weekend. There was ample space for everyone to stay, plenty of bathrooms with great shampoo/conditioner. The bride and bridesmaids got ready at this house before the event and there was plenty of room for two makeup artists and a hair stylist without feeling crowded at all. Bonus is that it was super close to our venue! Overall the house is beautiful, the service was great and we would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

Kris’s place is just as advertised, in fact it’s much more spacious than expected. Very comfortable bed and furnishings, everything we needed in the kitchen and bath.

Mine was a last minute reservation and Sally’s Place went over and above to make it work for us. The cleaner did a fantastic job and the food provided for breakfast was perfect for my group.

This is a basement apartment Airbnb, which I usually try to avoid, as we have experienced a basement Airbnb where we could hear every word the owners above us were saying. But this basement Airbnb we could not hear anything above us, so it was private. There is a soaking tub/shower with a rain shower shower head. The tub/shower, being a soaking tub, is high to get in and out of. But it has excellent water pressure. The bathroom is not right next to the bedrooms. We always bring our own nightlights in case this is the case. So, with the tall tub and bathroom not near the main bedroom, I am not sure I would recommend it for older people such as ourselves, but for a younger person, it would be perfect.

This is a cozy, well appointed rental unit in a beautiful, well cared for old building. Fanny was a wonderful host, attentive, gave excellent local recommendations and ensured the unit had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect being walkable to the park and excellent nearby restaurants. It was just a short drive to the hospital. We couldn't have asked for a better place to lay our heads. We hope to return again. We would highly recommend this property.

The apartment was a perfect home away from home for 9 nights. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I walked to Masonville mall most nights to catch a movie, or grab a bite at one of the many restaurants in the area. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated the snacks that were left. The hosts were very responsive, and friendly. If I ever have to go London in the future, I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at MiCasa. The condo looked newly renovated, and it was very clean and comfortable. The building has a bar downstairs as well as “fowling”, plus a Speakeasy, so that was very convenient and fun. It was also walking distance to restaurants and other bars. The location is great. I would only suggest that the instructions to open the lock box specify to press * after the code. It took us a little while to figure this out before finally being able to open it.

The pool and hot tub were truly standout features, offering the perfect setting to relax and unwind, whether it was a sunny afternoon or a cool evening under the stars. Mana’s place is extremely nice. When looking for a place to stay, aesthetics was super important to me and this spot hits the mark! So beautiful. Our overall stay was enjoyable and comfortable. There were a few things that did not work including the arcade game that were in the photos as well as the fire place in the main room. These minor things didn’t take away from the entire experience because everything else was top tier. We had gone grocery shopping when we arrived only to find out so many things were available to us in the house already. Mana thought of it all. On top of this she is a friendly and responsive host. I would stay here again!

Amazing house. Amazing neighborhood. One thing I'd call out - the kitchen is not a typical Airbnb kitchen that is missing the basics. It feels like real people have actually lived there and you can prepare almost anything!

Spent the weekend with a big family. 14 adults and kids. Accommodated us all comfortably and beautiful pool.
