Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Grand Baie

I stayed here for a month in January and I can’t wait to go back. The complex is extremely safe, gym facilities, immaculate pool and close walk to a beautiful beach. I would highly recommend staying here. Great value for money. This is our third time to Mauritius and I much preferred this to our all inclusive hotel.

We had a pleasant stay in this small apartment, very well equipped and above all very well located! The shopping mall with Intermart supermarket is a 5 min walk, there are beautiful beaches 15 min drive away ( turtle bay and balaclava for snorkelling fans), there is a very good restaurant less than 10 min away (Park25, la Felicita, happy rajah) and lots of points of interest 15/20 minutes away, the apartment is located in a very quiet area. The place has everything you need ( salt, pepper, oil, towels, toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent, laundry rack, household products etc...) Host are very kind and responsive. We forgot things and they took the time to contact a taxi for us (thank you again) We absolutely do not regret having rented this apartment to spend part of our vacation in Mauritius and I am sure you will not regret it either 😉

Roy and his wife are very, very nice people! It has been a pleasure learning from them about life on Mauritius. The apartment was bigger than expected, in a very good location near an amazing beach. The WiFi was just good enough for video calls and mostly stable. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

The accommodation is located in the golf course of Mon Choisy, a stone's throw from the beaches of Mon Choisy and Trou aux deiches. Facing the golf courses, it is a beautiful, peaceful, and hyper-secirized location. The residence's swimming pool is huge. The apartment is spacious, and does not suffer too much from the weight of the years. Cleaning probably deserves more attention ( limestone on the glass doors of showers), but the overall level remains acceptable. I would recommend Chris and Greg's place.

The accommodation in the apartment was great, the welcome from Elizabeth was very kind and helpful. The communication with the host was fast and reliable, the apartment was clean, we were there to clean as needed. The apartment amenities are more than adequate. Thank you very much to the hosts for everything and definitely recommend.

The apartment is really very beautiful and pleasant. The terrace is huge and very comfortable. The location is perfect, the beach is just across the road. The neighborhood is quiet. And Dean was responsive and friendly. We recommend this apartment without hesitation!

We have just finished a wonderful 15 night stay at Kamal’s place. The apartment was a comfortable space for our family of 2 adults and 3 children. It was well stocked with kitchen equipment, towels and linens. Kamal’s brother was on hand if we had any questions or issues and even bought us some requested essentials for our arrival. We felt quickly at home and able to find our way around the resort. The pool and gym is a 1 minute walk from the apartment and there are restaurants and a beach with kayaking facilities at the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it.

I had a very pleasant stay in Dominique's apartment, where I particularly enjoyed the two beautiful gardens, the master bedroom offering great comfort, modernity in general, decor, location in the complex, just a few minutes from restaurants, grocery store, shop, tennis/paddleboarding and golf. Not to mention the proximity to the beach and the beautiful pool + fitness room. I felt quite safe and had a very good relationship with the very nice cleaner, who also prepared on-demand dishes. Dominique was attentive and proactive in the communication of information, very complete, and also offered other services if needed (activities and transport on the island).

We spent a wonderful week at Appanah’s apartment in Azuri. Appanah fetched us from the airport and was very helpful assisting us with SIM cards and shopping. It was wonderful chatting to him en route and learning more about Mauritius and the area. A cyclone was forecast and he checked to see that we were safe and aware of the weather. The apartment is clean and well appointed and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. All in all a wonderful stay with a friendly and professional host. We would stay with him again in the future.

Such a luxurious quiet apartment. We fitted with all our kids very comfortably and all slept so well every night for a week. Walkable to a great bakery, restaurants and cafe and the pool was so close to apartment which made it very easy. We will definitely be back again as the host and location and apartment were all amazing.

Our stay for one week was great and we felt quite homely and all appliances worked well. We had our car hired from the airport and the parking in the building was good with remote controlled gate working well.

My stay at Sarespadee’s place was truly wonderful. It was peaceful, surrounded by trees, and incredibly spacious, with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it even more convenient. I slept so comfortably and wished I could have stayed a few more days. The city center is just a 20-minute bus ride away, and the fare is very affordable. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful neighborhood instead of the busier areas.

We had a lovely stay at this tastefully decorated villa. Its layout and large floor-to-ceiling windows that can be fully opened allows you to enjoy the outdoors. Beautiful beaches are close by. A small inconsistency on the maid's hours of passage compared to those advertised, or that passed once without us being notified, outside of the initial days. Maxime is very responsive to requests to help us, and we also thank him for his flexibility on the day of departure. We had a great time at Villa Koko.

Milord welcomed us with great kindness. Her house is nice and well appointed, you feel at home. The residence is quiet, the pool pleasant. Need a car to go to the beach and downtown. We'll be happy to go back!

Sophie's place is exactly as advertised and described. The small touches when we arrived were very much appreciated. Wifi works great. The kitchen equipment is complete. The somewhat secluded situation suited us because it was more quiet. The private pool is a real plus for a bath in late evening. What a positive thing so we stayed too short for a week. We will most certainly come back. I recommend this house and its guests.

Célia is very responsive. Just like Stephanie who welcomed us The house perfectly matches the photos, quiet, clean and beautiful! You need a rental car, Only downside to go to the villa .. easy to leave and access directly to the road .. but to get there the GPS always brought us by inconvenient dirt roads.. if not we are very happy with our stay!
