Highly recommended place! We stayed for 3 nights with my wife and 3 teenage kids. For all of us is was the first time in LA, so this place was the perfect location: close to LAX, close to the beach, close to a number of cosy and tasty restaurants. We appreciated the cleanliness, clear communication and the amenities provided. The garage was a plus! The beds are comfy, but if you are a light sleeper make sure to bring earplugs as you do the planes from LAX. Thank you for letting us stay in your place!

My wife and I were down in LA for a surgery and couldn't have found a better place to stay. It was close to Ventura Blvd where you can get access to some great places to eat or other groceries so you can cook at the house. We had an excellent time and Lisa, as a host, matched the excellence of this home. My wife and I have already discussed coming back down to visit and potentially bring some family along. You will not be disappointed!

The house is in an excellent location. You can walk to the beach, the canals and Abbot Kinney Blvd. with its cool restaurants and shops. The house is spacious and as described. In terms of cleanliness, there is still a bit of room for improvement, but it was OK. The house is definitely recommended.

Joy was very responsive and always gave clear and straightforward instructions. Her communication was very friendly and caring. We loved the place especially the beds are Very comfortable, the place is the right size for us to hang and the location is great. It is walkable to restaurants and 7mins drive to mother’s beach. Overall, we all loved it!

Drew was great, location was awesome, everything about it was fine for what we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, furniture and setup was nice. The location was quiet and peaceful with a nice view of the Antelope Valley and it was cool to see some wildlife. A data cap on the internet though made remote work a challenge and streaming impossible. And the kitchen sink was very small, making meal cleanup difficult.

Great location for visiting DTLA, Westside, Venice, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Exposition Park...basically anywhere. Parking in driveway means one always finds a spot. Door code access is easy. Kitchen is REALLY well stocked in terms of appliances, dishware, glassware, cookware, spices, cutlery, etc. It's more like being at home rather than an Airbnb. Great music system. Entire house is clean, well arranged and comfortable but still beautiful decoratively including the yards. Quiet neighborhood. Lauren was thoughtful and prompt with all communication. We would stay here again without hesitation. Thanks very much Lauren.

This airbnb is a spectacular space- beautiful, minimal and modern and each room is exceptionally well appointed. There are even yoga mats! Beds very comfortable. Everything is top notch and new- from the towels to the robes to the hairdryer to the kitchen appliances. Lots of hot water for the shower and quiet at night for how central it is. There's wonderful outside spaces with the rooftop patio with a 360 view but also a secluded back porch with wonderful plants. Echo Park makes for a wonderful walk around the lake before heading into the restaurants and shops where there is an abundance of options. Cannot recommend this airbnb enough and look forward to staying again.

Probably one of the best AirBnb’s I have stayed at in LA. Everything matches the pictures the place is very nice and clean. The bed is comfortable and the back patio is very neat to sit down and relax. Just make sure, you don’t park your car on the street when it’s sweeping day, I think it is Wednesday for a certain hour. I unfortunately learned the hard way and got a $58 parking ticket. Other than that great place, will definitely book again for my next trip

We had an amazing stay at Posh’s place on our first visit to not only LA. The location is great, we felt very safe when both in and around the apartment. The place was clean, with plenty of towels, toiletries were provided as well as all basic cooking appliances. Smart TV and WiFi were available which all worked fine. Posh was very helpful with check in and parking instructions, parking is clearly marked and Posh was very quick to help when another vehicle was parked in the spot. The apartment is close to the Culver Steps which features lots of shops and places to eat/drink, as well as several other places to eat around the apartment, but is also in a great location for reaching other parts of LA - Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Hollywood, Manhattan Beach etc. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the place. We are already looking to return to LA and would use Posh’s place again without hesitation.

Genuine mid-Century California bungalow done out in authentic local style. The space is airy, homely and designed and furnished with impeccable taste sympathetic to the architecture and setting. What can’t quite be conveyed by the listing are the lovely finer details and casual yet curated vibe. The complex is of a number of similar units and I was treated to visits from the many cats and dogs living here which was an unexpected bonus not mentioned on the listing :) The courtyard the unit faces onto is so pretty, the parking space was very convenient and the location right where you want to be. The check-in and check-out instructions were very comprehensive, cleanliness beyond question and Sean highly responsive as a host. Without hesitation I will be booking this place next time I am in LA.

Kitchen has everything you need. Laundry was easy to use. The house is comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is nice, about 5-10 minutes from the corner of Washington & National, where there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Target is about 15 minutes walk in the other direction, but I’d recommend uber. The bed was comfortable but on a pallet instead of bed frame, so it wasn’t great. I messaged the host and she advised they would fix soon.

We had a great stay! The house is exactly as pictured in the listing. In a cute neighborhood with restaurants and shops nearby. Would most likely need a rental car to explore other parts of LA unless willing to Uber or take public transport. Beds and couch were very comfy! Hosts are very nice and responsive to messages. The only small downside is that the house does have a noticeable musty smell. Overall, a very nice stay!

Sam’s listing was great for my 2 week stay. It was quiet and conveniently located in Santa Monica. The bed was very comfortable. The parking space was also a huge bonus. The front building door key is a bit difficult to use and you have to put it in just so to get it to open. Also it’s a bit confusing to get to the apartment from the parking space. Overall this was a great choice for a long term stay in Santa Monica.
