This is a gem of an Airbnb. Located just one road over plaza Baja,it is so close to everything. Restaurants/bars in La Latina area, Mercado, metro and major tourist spots (plaza mayor, plaza espana, gran via). The apartment itself is very clean, newly renovated either modern amenities like complete kitchen, full shower and heating/cooling. Miyas is such a gracious host. Great flexibility and clear communication.

Great location. A reasonable walk to all the main tourist destinations yet the area especially Malpenas still felt very Spanish. Lots of interesting bars etc.The road itself is a pedestrianised smart shopping street but a minutes away are lots of interesting vibrant cafes etc. The apartment is very clean and comfortable.

We loved staying at Juliana‘s apartment! It is very tastefully decorated, cozy, and comfortable. The location is terrific! It is very close to all the museums and attractions. We loved walking around the neighborhood, dining in the restaurants and shopping at the stores. Juliana is very responsive and communicative! Highly recommended!

Loved our stay here!! It was perfectly clean, great walkable area. We stayed here because it was less touristy than staying near some of the big staples but still so walkable to all of them. Some of our favorite coffee and gelatos places we found were less than a two minute walk from the Airbnb. When we come back to Madrid, we will absolutely be staying here!

Good location between two metro lines, just 7 minutes walk, near Chamartín station and with good connection to the center. There is also a Carrefour nearby. The area is quiet. The apartment is simple, but has everything you need. The host has made some visual changes to the apartment, he warned us in advance, but it would still be advisable to update the photos, since although there is not a big difference or affect comfort, it is something that future guests should know. Check-in is comfortable, no need to meet the host, and he responds quickly to messages.

Our stay here was great! The location is very walkable and has lots of good food near by. Whenever we needed something the hosts were able to help quickly. Check in and check out were very easy. The place was great and very quiet despite being near a busy street. One thing to keep in mind is that if you call an uber you need to walk around the corner towards Zara for an easier pick up! We loved staying here.
