Shawn is a phenomenal host. The place was impeccable. Fresh flowers, beautiful decor, ice cream/gelato in the freezer, espresso cued up... check-in and check-out were a breeze. Recommendations for eating out were provided and both he and his wife were accessible throughout out the stay. Not only will we go back but we will also explore the many options that Shawn offers with AIRBNB - especially the farm. If you in the area, you need to at least visit the farm. Thank you Shawn. It was an awesome stay. I look forward to our next one.

The place was exactly what we needed for our visit, and we had a great stay!Everything we needed was there, and was just a simple home away from home. Stores are very close by, and the neighborhood was very quiet. All of the appliances worked great, though the shower was a bit tricky. We have family in the area we plan on visiting in the future, so we’ll plan to stay again in the future! Thanks again (:

The place was absolutely perfect! Very clean and in a nice location. Adam responded very quickly to any questions. I had even made a trip out to let us in when we accidentally locked the door.. highly recommend

We were looking for a place during a cross-country road trip and this fit the bill perfectly. A couple miles off the highway in a quiet neighborhood. The home I was surprisingly large, clean, good space, fast internet. Shopping and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive away. The only issue I would make folks aware of is that if you are traveling with dogs and go walking around the neighborhood, this being a rural area, there are some folks with free roaming dogs nearby and they’re territorial. And there’s a road a block away with no sidewalk and people flying by at high speeds. The yard is decent size, so use that. Alternately, there is a river trail and dog park in town. Kitchen is well stocked with basics, you’ve covered for coffee and basic cooking spices. So overall a great value.

We had a fantastic experience! We were exhausted from a road trip with our two dogs and Kevin’s place was such a welcome respite. Everything was very clean and we loved the amenities. The shower was large and comfy and the chargers by the bed were great! The bed (we only used the one on the front side of the house) was comfortable and the pillows were great! The ONLY thing that could improve Kevin’s space is some cozy area rugs as the whole place is hard flooring and it was below freezing when we stayed. Thank you Kevin!

This is a great place to stay. we where looking for a place to stay to spend time with family for Christmas an this was the perfect stay. Very clean an quiet an safe area to stay. Thank you so much Liliya. we will be staying here again when we return in spring
