No surprises. Great house and yard as advertised, definitely would book again

We had a great stay in Meredith! It was a very hot weekend so I felt lucky to have a place with AC. The area is great! Plenty of things within walking distance, including the lake. We would stay there again.

If you are looking for a peaceful and secluded space, that is still close enough to stores, I would highly recommend this house. The house itself is uniquely and beautifully decorated and the surrounding nature is a sight to see. Only caveat is that given the unique decorations, the house is appropriate for slightly older kids. Toddlers may find the decorations too enticing and want to play with them! Overall, it was a great escape for our family in a very comfortable space. The AC was super helpful especially since we visited towards a warmer streak in weather.

This was the cleanest place by far I have rented from Airbnb or vrbo. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. A great place to gather with my children and their families in one place. Before my stay I had a bit of a hiccup. Evolve worked with me and communicated regularly until my issue was resolved. Highly recommend.

Lovely forest view and large windows. Great kitchen to cook in and spacious, open rooms. The master bed was very comfortable. This location had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation near the lake.

Beautiful home! So clean and has everything you need! We didn’t get to stay long enough to really enjoy everything but I hope we get to go up and stay again next year. Honestly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept it! Highly recommended

Responsive host, clean space, great value. Large and private property. Wish the main bedroom had blinds on the windows to block the sun but other than that, No real complaints on the house! Would definitely recommend and go back!

We had 4 people in our family staying in the condo and there was plenty of room. Could have easily fit 4 more people. The condo was very much like the pictures. The location is great, being close to Loon Mountain and Franconia Notch State Park. We also took a ride to the Mt. Washington Cog Railroad which was only 45 mins away. Although we didn't use the gym. pool or tennis courts, we did check them out when we arrived and this was really nice. The only reason we didn't use them was because the hours were 9-8:30 and we were gone almost that entire time enjoying what the White Mountains have to offer. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

We loved everything about Cheri's place. The location was great. You had the river and the mountains right out the back so it was peaceful. Then out the front you had the restaurants and stores. We spent 2 days at the pool with our grandson. Getting in and out of the pool was a short walk and very easy. Cheri's home had everything you need. She had lots of toys that kept my grandson entertained. The fireplace was awesome and the free wood was a plus. Most places you have to purchase the wood. We used the grill outside next to the river. It was so nice listening to the water rushing while grilling and while sitting on the balcony. Communication with Cheri was great. I would book again.

This place was amazing and super comfortable, woke up to a beautiful view of the frozen lake and watching the Ice fisherman. Downtown Bristol was lovely Antique shop was my favorite. If your looking for great food BHOP family restaurant was awesome and so was the staff very welcoming. I look forward to coming back in the summer
