It is situated in a quiet neighborhood near the restaurant, zip line, castle, grocery store, main road and it's only 15 min (walking) away from the city center. For guests who want a night life, at the winter there are a few night bars and clubs at the town and during the summer there is a lot of festivals at the nearby places.Pazin is situated in the center of Istria so it's very nice position if you want to visit the ather towns like Porec,Rovinj,Pula,Motovun,Vrsar and the ather cityes .You will need with car 20 -30 minutes

Rosanna as a vacation home intermediary responded quickly to questions etc and was available. Check-in /out with the house owner was very straightforward and friendly. Valebtino is very helpful. We spent great 14 days in the house with the great property and the great pool together with our 3 sons (21/16/13 J) and felt at home. The house is very high quality and tastefully decorated. The surroundings/ neighborhood are very quiet. The nearest Lidl or Plodine food market is about 10 minutes away by car. The house is centrally located in Istria and is therefore a great starting point to all coastal cities such as Opatija, Rovinji, Pula, Porec etc... we will definitely come back!

What an excellent Villa, David and his family were incredibly welcoming, very helpful in every way, even before we checked in. David gave an incredible list of recommendations from places to visit, restaurants the lot. The Villa is just amazing. The pool, the outdoor kitchen setup, hot tub and everything inside the house was clean and very well maintained. Thanks for such a wonderful stay, I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Martina’s villa. Beautifully decorated, great layout of the villa, wonderful outside space (couldn’t get enough of the pool and BBQ!) clean, great communication, early check in, local recommendations- our stay was a perfect experience. Highly recommend.

Very quiet location. Wonderful surroundings. Located a little further from the coast, but we had just chosen this for that. So a plus for us. The pool was an added value for our children. The apartment was very spacious, very good beds. We loved the many outdoor space. An extra toilet roll would have been welcome. 1 roll for 3 days/4 people was a bit little. We enjoyed our stay.

My stay here was absolutely amazing!! Went above and beyond expectations... the property itself is beautiful, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool and outdoor wood-burning stove/bbq area were perfect for afternoon hangouts. The hosts were so sweet and helpful, we arrived on a Sunday with no rental car and the market was closed... but they were quick to offer us a ride to the nearest market. They brought over fresh figs and grapes... truly genuine people. I would highly recommend it and hope to come back myself some day.

Just returned from a week at this beautiful villa. It features high on the list of AirBnb’s we’ve stayed at. Beautiful pool area which was refreshing to get in to. 3 good sized bedrooms all with en suite bathroom. Marin and Suzi were great hosts, were responsive and always available to help. The local pizzeria Pizza Aldi in Karojba is worth a visit for a takeaway.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa with stunning views. Mirjana's warm welcome and availability made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. The setting is quiet, peaceful and impeccably maintained. The outdoor kitchen, located by the pool, was a real asset during our stay. I highly recommend this place as well as Mirjana for an exotic stay in Croatia and unforgettable moments.
