House vacation rentals in Grad Hvar

Loved our stay at Mirjana’s place! Would recommend to anyone, it is amazing! Very clean and modern apartment. Located centrally in Hvar, only a short walk to the supermarket, all bars and restaurants and the ferry port. Mirjana was so accommodating to us and flexible with check in and check out with our ferry times which was super appreciated. Mirjana was so friendly and responsive to any messages we sent. We loved the pool and terrace area too. Beautiful. Defo stay here if you are coming to Hvar.

This is a good value dwelling in a lovely spot right next to the water in the beautiful Uvala Lozna (Green Bay), which we have visited for the second year running. Accommodation is basic but you have everything you need and you are right in the middle of the exquisite natural setting of the bay with the water just a few metres from your door. It may be worth investing in some anti-mosquito nets for the windows if you go in the high summer; these are easily purchased online... Strongly recommended.

We immediately felt comfortable in the large house, especially the beautiful outdoor area with the pool and various seating options made our time on Hvar unforgettable. Ivana and her family were very quick to reach and friendly. The value for money can't be beat!

We had an amazing stay in Hvar at Carsten's old stone house. It is located in a small village so it is perfect for a peaceful stay. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. The highlight for us was definitely the pool – perfect for enjoying tranquil mornings and relaxing evenings. Carsten, our host, was fantastic – very helpful and always quick to respond. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene getaway in Hvar.

This is by far the most beautiful, perfect Airbnb I have ever stayed at. It is truly a magical, hidden gem that is better than you can imagine and better than all the pictures combined. Everything was perfect and the little touches such as the huge fresh fruit platter and the wine and water made it even more special. Matea is the absolute sweetest host. The spa is spectacular. The house is immaculate. The views are beautiful with a sunset every evening. The location is the best. I love love love it in every single way. I’m coming back. Well worth the price.

The location was wonderful. I traveled with three teenagers who loved that they could walk to the town to go out at night and walk to the beach. The adults loved the pool and how close the beaches were. The only thing that wasn’t 100% great was the air conditioning. He needed another unit in the living room area of the upper apartment. We were there in July when temperatures were 90 degrees + and we couldn’t use the living room, too hot. I would definitely book again.

Very good value for money, best host possible

Tamara was a wonderful, helpful and caring host, when we arrived she was waiting outside for us, took us up the apartment and showed us around and it was exactly like the pictures, plenty of space for two and a lovely view. The apartment was very much in walking distance from anything you need, from beaches, shops and restaurants. This was an all round amazing stay and would definitely recommend. Thanks Tamara! (also there was a cute tortoise in the garden!)

An absolute dream! The accommodation offers numerous beautiful opportunities to relax in the outdoor area. The location right on the small beach is ideal and completes the entire experience. Everything is furnished with a lot of love for detail, which creates a particularly cozy atmosphere. High praise also to Marija, the care was fantastic! She was always available and available to help us. We would definitely love to come back – she created something very special there!

We were 4 adults and a toddler and Sanja’s place was lovely for us. Big balcony with a nice view and the bedrooms were roughly the same size which was great for two couples. Short easy walk to town and all the restaurants. Sanja’s mom Maria let us in on the first day. Maria was very kind throughout our stay. Greeted us with beers on the first day and when we asked about beach towels on the second day she was more than happy to provide us with some. Sanja herself was also very responsive, I messaged her a few times asking about restaurant and beach recommendations in Hvar and she got back to me promptly with a lot of information. I would recommend Sanja’s place to anyone going to Hvar.

The location is perfect! The house is right next to the ocean and there is swimming access. The town of Milna is very cute, with great restaurants and nearby beaches. I definitely recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Hvar.

Gorgeous, clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated home that is even better in person. Steps to both old town and the beach. Josipa was a wonderful, welcoming host. We hope to visit again soon.

We were a group of 5 and spent the most lovely time in this beach house. Rest assured, the kitchen is very well equiped and the house is clean. There are two toilets and one shower which was enough for our group. The beach in front is actually a very popular cove near grad Hvar, so it was crowded at times. However, mornings and evenings are so peacful and surroundings are beautiful which was what we needed. Thanks to Ljiljana for answering all our questions before arriving at the destination and for being responsive in general. We definitely recommened this place to anyone that wants to enjoy nature and sea.

Superb stay: a real little paradise! The house is very well furnished (with all the necessary amenities), the pretty garden of the courtyard is very pleasant for meals. Walking access to a beautiful cove from the house (about 15 min) is very convenient (the sea water is amazing)! Everything you need for a successful rest stay! Note: The stairs to the upstairs are quite steep.

We had a great stay at Marijana’s place, which was the perfect distance from town to enjoy some peace and quiet, while remaining a convenient walk away from plenty of restaurants and shops and only a few metres from the secluded President’s Beach. The apartment was pristine and had everything we needed for our time on Hvar

It was the perfect apartment for our girls trip. We immediately fell in love with the tiny house and the cosy place in general!! But we have to admit it could be hard for little kids or elderly people to stay there. Yes, there are a few steps on the way, but totally doable!! The house is situated perfectly near city center und it was so much fun to stay there for our trip! Thank You Vera

We had a lovely time in Laura’s house. It’s in an amazing setting, the village is located at the top of a hill looking down to the sea and other islands in the distance. The house is really well equipped and some lovely spaces to sit and relax outside, and comfortable inside with air conditioning. It has a lot of character with old exposed beams and lovely touches inside and out. There was an excellent and popular restaurant in the village, worth booking ahead if going in the evening. It was just a short drive to beaches or to Stari Grad and a title longer to Hvar but still just 20 mins or so. It felt a real privilege to stay in the village as was far from crowds and felt very authentic. I’ve seen other comments about the church clock - its does ring hourly but really felt part of the village character and although I’m a light sleeper it did not disturb me or my daughters at all. Thank you.

We traveled as a group of 6 people and had the most incredible time at Jadranka’s place! The views and space were even better than advertised - so spacious and so central for all things hvar. Our hosts welcomed us like family and provided great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Truly, one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Would 100% stay here again when back in Hvar.

Great! Hospitality 10+! We enjoyed Anita's apartment! Beautiful garden and convenient parking space. It's about a 5-minute walk to the center of Stari Grad. It is a quiet district/ street. Furthermore, we received a delicious homemade olive oil from Anita, very tasty and thoughtful. The apartment has everything you need. Furthermore, it is really very clean and lovingly decorated. We really felt at home and actually didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back!

Very nice stone house in a small place near Stari Grad. The amenities are very good, there was everything we needed as a family. Washing machine, sun loungers in the courtyard, air conditioning on the two upper floors:) A rental car to explore the island is definitely recommended, especially in summer. The pictures do not do this home justice. It is nestled in a small village 18 minutes from hvar. 10 mins from lovely milna beach . The surroundings are absolutely stunning. You have a Mountain View on one side and an ocean view on the other. You definitely need a car or driver to get around and the streets are not for the faint of heart. We did take a taxi home one night, so they do go out there. The interior was pristine; decorated to perfection. The kitchen had all the essentials. The pool was refreshing and beautiful. The bathrooms were immaculate. But the most important part of this stay was our hosts. I cannot describe how lovely these people/family were.They went out of their way to make us comfortable. Directions/recommendations/meals anything we needed. We had a wonderful meal their family restaurant Kod kapatena .This was a stay like no other.While it was remote. It was so very much well worth going. Highly recommend this home

Cosy apartment, bedrooms very pleasant. Although table & seating provided for outside sitting, position not conducive to sitting out. However it was very conveniently situated just behind the Cathedral. Host very responsive & directions very precise & clear. The lack of key in key safe was dealt with straight away & someone brought the key within 5 minutes & was very apologetic.

Manuela has been a great host from the beginning, proactive in her communication, very responsive to questions and providing great tips and recommendations. Her house is confortable, spacious and located just a short walk away from the beach and from the village. The outdoor kitchen and sitting areas are great to relax. We had a very nice stay!
