Vacation rentals in Grad Benkovac

For us, 7 adults and two toddlers, it was a great week. We had enough space and a crib was also available. Far from stress and with everything we need. Great location, great house. We were still able to swim extensively in the heated pool and hot tub at the end of October/beginning of November. The sea is about twenty minutes by car. And we enjoyed it very much.

We had an incredible stay at Villa Poesia! Despite our late arrival at 9:30 pm, Angel greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. His hospitality was exceptional—he not only gave us a thorough tour of the villa but also welcomed us with a delightful platter of cold cuts and fresh fruits, a thoughtful touch after our long journey. The villa is beautifully designed, with plenty of space to relax. The pool was a highlight, perfect for cooling off after our day trips. Angel continued to go above and beyond, treating us with wine, plums, and melons, which made us feel truly pampered. While the villa is a bit of a drive from Zadar and the local dining options are limited, having two cars made exploring easier. Despite this, the tranquil atmosphere and Angel's attention to detail made our stay absolutely worth it. We highly recommend Villa Poesia and would love to return!

My colleague and I stayed at Lorena's place for two nights during a work trip. The apartment was easy to find due to clear and helpful instructions. We were greeted by her father and otherwise haven't heard or seen our hosts. The apartment is very neat, clean and well-equipped with everything guests may need. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place with spectacular view (yes, just like in the pictures)! Also, Maja (our host) was so lovely as she showed us around upon arrival, she helped us out several times with valuable tips and she was there whenever we needed something!

This was ine if the most beautiful houses we have stayed in and the photos do not do it justice. Communication was excellent throughout and they were extremely responsive if we had any questions. The house was lovely and peaceful and we'd very much like to return in the summer

Our stay was perfect for what we needed. Daniella was very flexible and we were able to switch off for the days we were there. All the amenities were cleaned daily and the local town was a short walk from the villa. I must also mention how beautiful the sunsets were!!

A short walk from the beaches and downtown, the apartment is home to a beautiful home. We were greeted by the host's mother who kindly showed us the apartment first and then rushed the bureaucracies of documents and tourist taxes. The apartment is absolutely nothing missing and the spaces are still spacious. The area is very quiet and the parking is very accessible even with cars that are not really small. 100% recommended and if you visit Biograd again I will definitely keep it in mind.
