Vacation rentals with a pool in Gràcia

The house is very nice. Big, clean, many facilities including swimming pool, internal elevator, gym. In the house, electric grill, coffee maker, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, everything you need is there. It’s so convenient. It’s so nice that out of my expectation! Moreover, it is conveniently located, 5-10 minutes walking distance to Lesseps metro station. All major tourist attractions are within 30 minutes ride. The house owner is responsive and responded quickly. I recommend this house without hesitation.

Our group of 4 absolutely loved our stay at Alella house! We were in town for motoGP, so we chose it for the 20 min drive to the circuit. However it far exceeded all expectation! Alex and Angels warmly greeted us at check in, and we woke up to freshly baked goods on our first morning! The views from each terrace are truly stunning, especially the sunrise over the sea. The kitchen is well stocked -- we cooked several nights and utilized the nespresso every morning. We walked to the market and several local restaurants. Each bedroom is spacious and the entire house was spotless clean. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The truth was a great time, always be careful with the details on this Airbnb, I appreciate the details she had with us, I highly recommend it.

Really amazing house in a perfect location, which is exactly what i was looking for something in peaceful area but very close to Barcelona center, its only 15 to 20 mins drive to downtown. I loved the house style which is simple but beautiful, lovely garden and outdoor sitting area with nice views. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Hosts Darren and Judit were very friendly, helpful and always responsive.. they helped with many directions and always there to assist. I will definitely visit again when im in the area. We were so lucky to stay in Kristian’s house! - VERY clean and comfortable, anywhere even corner and plughole is spotless, the ensuite has a 1.8m bed and the bedding is very comfortable. - Breathtaking views from kitchen, living room and ensuite, beautiful garden has been carefully designed and cared for. - Kristian is a very responsible host, sent us detailed check-in information before our arrival and answered our questions in a timely manner during our stay. - Distance, it usually takes half an hour driving to La Pedrera, 40 to 50 minutes during busy time in the morning. Anyway, as a Chinese, I cannot express all my thanks accurately in English. Do appreciate Kristian for giving us a warm home during our trip. If you are looking for a property near Barcelona, please do not hesitate to book it.

The apartment was just as shown in the photos, really clean and spotless. Beautiful place which is only minutes from the beach and a short train ride into the centre of Barcelona. The apartment block is really quiet and peaceful. The WiFi was excellent and the host Oscar was very friendly and most helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Our 2nd stay at this place was just as great as the first time. Everything is in a great shape, location is superb in order to explore Barcelona in every area. Mo is a super nice and helpful host - you cannot wish for a better one.

We were lucky enough to stay at Jorge's place in a half-family, half-professional setting. Very nice very bright triplex, with many rooms offering privacy if you need to isolate yourself. We were not able to enjoy it but the residence also has a swimming pool - very well maintained and accessible. Listing located on the first floor, with elevator (a plus with a stroller). Jorge is very responsive and attentive to the needs you may have. Finally, this place makes you feel "at home", with a singular decoration and identity. To be recommended!
