This place was 2 blocks off of King Street. Amazing location! A couple of notes.. when we were there, the heat was inconsistent, but they assured us they would fix it. Just be aware, as all older homes that are literally located on an island, there has been some settling. There were just a few tilts to the floor, but manageable. The rear parking takes a bit of adjustment, but like the rest of Charleston, you will immediately master parallel parking. Hopefully, you get to park in front of the house. Water pressure was great, kitchen was marvelous. Quirky decor.. the original stove and refrigerator were used as room decor.. really fun! Overall, the responses from management were amazing, and I highly recommend this place!

Cute apartment right on King St. Walking distance to all the shopping & restaurants. The beds were very comfortable! We enjoyed our stay.

Casa Zoe was a perfect place for our Girls Weekend. It is beautifully decorated, well stocked, with comfortable beds. Outstanding restaurants nearby, good shopping, very interesting historical tours. The host was very responsive and directions were clear and helpful.

I loved my stay at Julia and Joan's place. I felt right at home. Everything was thought of and the place had everything we needed. The pictures are just like described, it's a beautiful place to stay. We will be back.

Great location! We decided to only do walking and public transportation this trip. The house was in easy walking distance to several great restaurants and coffee shops. Lots of close by stops for the Free Shuttle to all of the activities in the downtown area. Easy connections to other areas. Brian had great recommendations on local eats and activities! The place is cozy and comfortable. Newer and clean. Brian was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Nola, the dog, greated us with a silent tail wag from her window on several occasions. Otherwise, we would have never known of her presence.

This location is perfect for walking to the beach and easy beach access! Lots of nice amenities at the property including beach towels, laundry, outdoor shower, and a nicely stocked kitchen. Note there is no freezer or ice available in this studio unit, just a two drawer chiller style refrigerator. It is a shared building so you might have neighbors above, below, or beside you, but it was really quiet for us just before the new year. Unit was spotless and has a great setup for a studio. Was easy to cook and enjoy the space. We'll be back!

We loved the location, so close to King St, but there were also a bunch of great cafes right around the corner. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast nook was sunny and we loved the porch.

This was a great weekend stay for our anniversary. The listing looks just like the pictures. The bedrooms were spacious with charging stations on the lamps. The air conditioning worked well. The bathrooms were clean and clean linen. Nice mirrors and spacious bathroom. Great lighting throughout the unit. Our favorite spot was the kitchen. Very spacious. Great fridge with ice maker. Nice new appliances including the washer dryer. No bugs or weird smells! Very fresh a great for our allergies. Balcony was nice. The stairs weren't too bad getting to the 3rd floor. Parking was easy. Direction and home rules were clear. Pool and clubhouse lounging area was nice with a grill and fire pit. Area is nice and fenced it. We went on a walk to explore the property. Safe gated area. 30-40 to folly beach area. Close to a gas station and other attractions. Very Quiet area. Gate access easy with the phone number set up. We plan to book again.

This was our first time visiting Charleston and we loved it! The home was centrally located with easy access to the historic Charleston area and areas outside like Cypress Gardens. We really enjoyed the park in front of the home since we were able to take our dog out for walks. Overall excellent experience!

Loved this little place! This was the perfect spot for me and my boyfriend and had everything we needed. Almost felt like a little hotel room. Super walkable to upper king.

As someone who lives in airbnbs at least 3-4 times a week for work, you occasionally run into GEMS. This is a diamond, a ruby served like confetti on top of a white gold ice cream cone served by unicorns with cherubs playing harps. I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH.

This place is exactly how it’s described. My wife and I are Charleston natives, and we decided to do a staycation to celebrate our anniversary weekend. This unit was perfect! It was cozy, peaceful, clean, and provided a romantic setting with the gorgeous hot tub. We will be coming back for another stay. I would recommend this place to any and all couple who would like to get away and enjoy each other.

Great place to stay! Nice home that was clean and had just what you need. Also great location as everything was rather close and when we did ride share it was easy for the driver to find. A lot of things within a short walk. Definitely give this place a look!

Trish’s place was perfect for our family of 5 for a weekend stay! We all had plenty of room and the place was SUPER clean! The kids especially liked the arcade game in their room and the park right down the street. She was also super responsive when we had to leave in a rush due to a finger smash in the door! Thanks for the comfortable stay! We will definitely stay again.
