Janine & Rachel’s property is absolutely fabulous. Check-in was seamless, the apartment itself is spotlessly clean and fully equipped for your stay. The location is very secure and safe. Uber’s are readily available down to Camps Bay seafront. The views (front and back) are simply breathtaking. The listing is exactly as described. Highly recommend staying here - we will be back!

Beautiful property and great location. We used Uber often since it is on top of steep hill. SimpliRent was extremely responsive to any issues we had during the stay. The team went above and beyond my expectations. We are not used to a flat pitched shower floor and so the accumulated water was a concern which was addressed by management and maintenance while we were out for the day. Much appreciated. We highly recommend this property.

Andy’s home is situated high atop the hill in Seapoint which allows for an incredible view down to the water, lions head, and the surrounding area. In addition, the area felt very safe but was not far from the main strip in sea point where there are an abundance of restaurants and spots to check out. The instructions were clear and we were able to get in to the accommodations to drop ours bags off early well before our check in time which was an added bonus. Our family very much enjoyed being able to relax at the pool and braai with the charcoal bbq located downstairs. We would stay here again 10/10.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment in Hout Bay. Our host was incredibly accommodating with check-in and check-out times, and communication was easy both before and during our stay. The apartment is nice and cosy, with a stunning view, secure parking, and a perfect location—just a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s place. Michael was super responsive to all queries and went above and beyond with some requests (he went and bought a new clothing rack as I asked if he had one for inside the house). The place is secure with 24/7 security. Very near supermarkets and many many restaurants. Michael had very friendly, helpful cleaners clean the place once a week. Highly recommend staying at Michael’s place.

Carolyn is a wonderful host. They offer accommodation where all the needs of the guests are considered. They have provided privacy very well with a separate garden area. The house was very clean and tidy. There are very good restaurants and wineries in the area. Great location very close to Chapman's Peak and Nordhoek Beach.

The apartment was beautifully decorated with a beautiful view on the Table mountain. The garden in front of the apartment is well kept and the beach is a few steps away. The shops are a 5 minute drive away and Capetown a 30 minute drive. It is not wise to drive to Capetown during rush hour because the traffic will be very bad. We calculated an hour to reach the ferry to Robbeneiland but with very much stress we managed to reach it 1 minute before departure. The complex is very well secured by very friendly gards. The disadvantage is that the gards walk the gardens regularly so you don't have a lot of privacy. We didn't want to leave the complex for dinner so it was perfect that the Blowfish restaurant of the Dolphin beach hotel on the same complex was available to us. The food was excellent with very friendly service and low prices. A little area of improvement was the cleanliness of the apartment but that was immediately taken care of after we left.
