I needed a place to stay due to the construction of the interior of the bathroom in the house, but I used the space and the price satisfactorily ^ ^

This time, it was for seven people, and thank you NaNa for allowing us to leave our luggage, and don't have to drag our luggage to go shopping before the check-in time and check-out time. Always very quick to reply to a problem.The place to stay is very quiet, comfortable and clean. Great and excellent location. Moonhyung has gone extra mile by sending us new set of towels by parcel to replace the current set. He has came and fix the bathroom door lock on the next day after we realised during the checkin the bathroom door lock was faulty. Responsible and accomodative host. Thumbs up.

It's close to E-Mart, and transportation is convenient. I loved the open view. The host responded right away to my inquiry, so I had a good stay without any inconvenience.

We stay here every time that we visit Yeongtong. It has been reliably clean and the airbnb has everything we need. The host is kind and very responsive. It is within walking distance to the subway station, grocery store, and many restaurants. We will come back to stay here again.

The room matches the photos perfectly—clean, cozy, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. However, the bathroom step design might be more convenient for younger travelers. Overall, it’s a great option for those looking for a budget-friendly stay in a convenient area, especially if you don’t mind a short walk.

It was kind and clean. The convenience store was also a 7-minute walk away. I had fun with my friends☺️

It is hard to find a place that can hold a family of 6. The listing was accurate and the building was functional and practical. The location was great for us, but as note. The location does require a 13 min walk to subway and is uphill. The location is in a neighborhood so you get a good view of local life and businesses. There was no issues and everything worked as it should. The only thing I could point out is that the stair lights and outer building lights did not appear to work, so it was a little dark. The host Seok was fantastic. He is quick to respond to questions and is helpful with suggestions in the area. We had an issue with a faulty latch on one of the doors and he was out on-site within 2 hours to fix it. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

The place is amazing. The co-host Juyoung have always been there to assist us with anything that we need. It is unbelievable how fast he responded to our questions. The listing is close to the Yangpyeong station as well, and also there's convenience store nearby which is also amazing. 10/10, never had such amazing experience while renting out a space on Airbnb. Once again, thank you Juyoung for hosting us!

It was clean, comfortable, and quiet ~ I had a good rest!

I stayed with my child for 4 days. I originally stayed for two days and stayed at a nearby hotel for two days, but I felt that it was clean and carefully maintained enough to cancel my hotel reservation and stay consecutively. The host always received a message in less than a minute, so I didn't have any inconvenience. I want to use it again next time I come back because I'm an overseas visitor. Thankfully, I had a good stay before heading back. ^ ^

I used the accommodation due to a business trip, and it was comfortable and really nice. I had a good rest. ^ ^

The view of the Han River was spectacular! It was great to wake up and look out the huge window and see the city. The nightview was even better with everything lit up! The apartment was very clean and the bathroom was extremely up-to-date. I'd stay here again! Thanks

This was our 3rd time staying at James's place in Gong Deok Station. He is always proactive in helping us and meeting our needs. He also provided parking for us and set everything up before our arrival. James has always been very helpful and flexible whenever we stay in Seoul. We can't wait to visit again and stay in this centrally located Airbnb spot surrounded by yummy restaurants, and all the major sites just a couple subway stops away. Thank you, James, for always being a super host!

First of all, the accommodation is tidy and has a good view. The location is good and the amenities are good. I used it comfortably.

We enjoyed our stay, we felt very welcomed with the friendly hosts they were easy to talk to and communicate with. After meeting them, we wanted to make sure we took good care of their home. Their recommendations for the restaurant across the street was really great, my family loved the food there and we bought coffee downstairs every morning in the very good coffee shop downstairs.

Very kind and accommodating host. Airbnb was very clean, comfortable and felt like home!
