Vacation rentals with a patio in Golfo Dulce

We are grateful for all the service and friendliness of Mr. Rafael. I help and guide us quickly to look for what to do based on our interests. He put us in touch with guides for tours and was always available to help us with any questions or concerns. The recommendations for places to eat were excellent, we enjoyed a delicious dinner in a restaurant nearby. Everything was pretty clean and clean. The balcony is great for passing the time, seeing the sea or the sunrise. The kitchen is nicely equipped for cooking and is spacious. The bathroom is equally clean, spacious and with good lighting. The beds in the rooms are super comfortable and the air conditioning was luxurious. Highly recommended for tourists or locals who want to live a unique experience and be close to the beach with wonderful views. Also, if you are a nature lover you can find a lot of wildlife in the surroundings like birds and frogs.

This is a brand new airbnb, so everything is in perfect condition. We loved sitting on the deck to watch the birds, and could even watch them through the huge sliding glass door! The kitchen had everthing we needed. The bathroom had great hot water. The ac was wonderful after a hot day hiking. Even though the casita is next door to the owners house it felt private. And the owners are really kind people we enjoyed meeting. Highly recommend this casita for a couple or small family!

Great location in the center of Drake village. Easy walking to shops and restaurants and beach. Great for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Spectacular views. Very clean. Vincent was extremely responsive and helped us in advance of our trip with transfers and also boat reservations while we were here. Just great. Would certainly stay here again.

It’s not possible to say enough good things about our stay here, we loved every second. The property has a beautiful jungle view within walking distance of the beach. Joe and Sue were incredible hosts (going above and beyond when we arrived unwell) Incredible food for breakfast and dinner every day! Always fresh and delicious Our rooms were cleaned every day and laundry was provided The hosts were so helpful in helping us arrange our time and activities. I’m so glad we extended our stay to 8 nights to truly enjoy everything drake bay and the property had to offer. Bob, Rio and gala 🐱🐶 were great company around the property. Thank you all for the most wonderful stay.

What a piece of paradise! We absolutely loved Jim's place. We had originally planned to do some sightseeing but loved it there so much we just stayed in - hiking the trails but best of all just sitting on the veranda watching the birds, caiman, and basilisk lizards. The birds were incredible - this is a perfect spot for birders. The house was also amazing - such an interesting design and beautiful hardwood. The house had all of the amenities we needed. Both the upstairs and downstairs verandas were wonderful places to hang out - downstairs in the shade was cool all hours of the day. The ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom made it cool enough to sleep comfortably. The ponds and gardens were delightful. Jim, Kathrin, and Sebastian were all very responsive. Kathrin was especially helpful answering my many practical questions and providing suggestions for places to see. We would love to come back here again, it is really special!

A great setting and a great host. It's tucked up in the jungle a bit but a very short walk to stores and restaurants. the 4 wheel drive part is only getting down the steep driveway. I highly recommend doing a night tour with Tracie the Bug Lady..we also did a day tour set up through Yeiner that was great. The house is pretty basic but the AC works great in both bedrooms as long as the town has power.

Fantastic place with a magic view and amazing pool. Everything was perfect there, we loved it with our 3 little boys. The access is super challenging so anticipate it with a good car but the reward is spectacular…

Our stay with Janina and Josh was just perfect! Janina was not on site at that time but was still able to give us a lot of tips. The communication with both was very easy and quick. The Airbnb was great, everything clean, everything you need was there. But Josh was much more important! He showed us a lot, be it plants or animals. Josh was a great help on site and a great neighbor. We had a decent sunburn and he provided us with local cream that did wonders! Josh has great contacts in the village and around, there's nothing he can't organize! It felt like coming home. We can really recommend the boat tour with Josh to every guest! If you don't book it, you'll miss a wonderful day on the water! In addition, there is the sweet dog Chico, who was always happy when we came "home". Thank you both, we'd love to come back! We enjoyed Rodolfo and Inka very much. In the heat, the communal pool was an absolute highlight. Rudolfo always answered all our questions and was a very courteous host. If you are looking for absolute peace, however, you may be bothered by the quite noisy neighborhood. But it was absolutely okay for us and we would come back any time.

We will definitely be staying again at the Casa de Río Claro. We stayed 6 days with family. Our stay was pleasant, the location is very practical to be in a midpoint between Golfito and Paso Canoas. The description and photos correspond and the property is in excellent maintenance and cleaning condition. The hosts are quick to respond and the house comes with everything you need, it is very comfortable and functional. The internet works properly. We think they could add up some aspects that would definitely improve the experience, such as putting air conditioning in the third room, installing a 220 socket to charge electric cars, and putting back the electric door for the entrance and the cable TV.

What a beautiful and peaceful place to stay - we had 3 nights here on our Costa Rica month long road trip and the house and gardens were beautiful- very clean and peaceful- loved sitting out on the shaded terrace
