Great little spot in walking distance of many places downtown. Clean, home-y, and nice neighborhood!

The stay was very peaceful and worth every penny. There was lots to do around the area and the place felt like home. The host are very nice and responsive. I look forwards to staying there again when I go back to San Jose

Carolyn and Ryan made our extended stay so comfortable. The space is large and well-appointed. The parking and entrance are nicely private and the neighborhood is wildly walkable. Downtown, parks, coffee shop, it was a wonderful place to base from. You feel right at home and being able to have our dog with us so easily was the cherry on top. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Gingers place was amazing loved the butterfly theme. The colors it gave it a nice feel. Would definitely recommend her place. She also was able to allow me to check in an hour early. Thank you Ginger for sharing your place.

The house is exactly as described. Super accommodating and quickly excepted my last minute request after my first place to stay did not work out. Very quiet peaceful neighborhood felt very at home. Only done side is poor lighting in the living areas of the house and not enough good seating to relax on. Other than that would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect. Right in the heart of downtown Chico, with Chico State campus only a block away. This is exactly what we were looking for. Parking was readily available and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. A perfect, cozy little spot. Everything about this stay was perfect.

We rented this place to visit family during the holiday. It was perfect to come back to a cozy home instead of a hotel. Araceli was a great host and responded promptly even with the holidays. Definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Our stay at Gerardo’s house was truly unforgettable. The house is spacious and cozy, with three bedrooms—perfect for our group of three colleagues. We each had our own room for privacy, and the TVs in each room were a nice touch. The living room is also great for relaxing, with a large TV where we enjoyed watching the latest shows using the host’s streaming accounts. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we truly felt at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

very nice host & clean place!

This place was only 2 blocks from one of our favorite breweries there. It was only a $6 uber/Lyft ride to downtown and most restaurants. Place was immaculate and uncluttered. There is one thing I want people to be aware of but it did not bother us at all. It is near a major freeway but we did not feel it should get on less star since it did not bother us. It may bother some other people. Great value, very clean, and close to lots of restaurants, breweries and bars.

I always choose to stay at Emrehans when I need a place near San Jose. Very beautiful, clean home/yard, great location. Emrehan communicates well and has been very accommodating to me. Very good price for the stay. Would recommend.

This home was just as pictured in the ad. Very cute and clean. Had everything we needed and was in the perfect location. Super quick walk across the river to Old Town Sac.

awesome holiday experience, particularly enjoyed the sunset, sunrise view over large windows, and liked every detail of the house and equipments, we plan to buy some of the products this house had such as the cosy warm blankets, great quality kitchen supplies etc, the listing info was very accurate and we had no trouble in anything, also hosts available to help you when we had questions.

Thomas was very proactive in giving us directions and details about checking in. The condo was lovely and also clean. Thomas also left us special homemade treats and a bottle of wine which was so thoughful of him.. We would stay again.

Great place to stay for your Tahoe visit. Location is perfect for ski resorts, restaurants, and grocery stores. The property is very cosy and is stocked with everything you will need.

I got what I was told I was getting. It is perfect for 2 and a bit crowded for 4 but it was worth it for the location for my family of 4.. Bed was comfy, the fold out not as much but it worked for us. It was fully stocked, had everything we needed for our 2 night stay, communication was great, and even inside instructions for how to work things was very clear and concise. I would definitely stay here again.

A cozy and beautiful Airbnb and a wonderful host Dolores. We stay to celebrate my birthday and my anniversary. We had a good time in Lake Tahoe and to see the snow. Dolores is a great host response good timely on any questions messages if needed extra towels and making sure we need anything else. The house keeping and the front desk are friendly and helpful. I Highly recommend 100 % this beautiful and cozy condo to enjoy the stay ! We will definitely try to book again in the summer to enjoy the Lake.

Clean place, fit the family well and convenient shuttle to go skiing. Host was very friendly and easy to work with.

Great stay for family with young kids (even with stairs). Home as advertised. Couple of minor issues including with smart lock on door, but Host was very prompt to respond and resolve. Recommend.
