We had an excellent stay! The place was spotless, well-furnished, and very comfortable, exactly as shown in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Great place to stay in Naga City! The unit is big, clean and has great furniture. My sisters and I had a great bond here. Will definitely book here again when we come back to Naga. I recommend this place! Big enough for a group of 5! ❤️

We were the maximum of people allowed at Jennylyn's place. She was very respectful to us and gave us all the facilities possible. Highly recommended to meet Naga either for a few days or several weeks.

The house is very decent, both in and out. The wifi is also really good - we connected 2 laptops and 6 mobile phones, but the internet is still fast. The beds are so comfy. The host also provided us with towels. The toilets are spacious, though the water pressure in the toilet in the 1st floor is a lot stronger than the water pressure in the 2nd floor's toilet. It was so hot in Naga when we came, but the aircon in the rooms and the electric fans in the 1st floor were very helpful. Before you buy groceries, check the cabinets first. Because you could find cooking oil and some seasoning and condiments in them. The things you need for cooking are also in there - complete! Just a friendly suggestion - bring a chopping board if you plan to cook. We can't find it during our stay in there, unless we are just not looking enough. The host also provided us with drinking water. And as for the water dispenser, you can find it outside - just open the back door. :)

The place itself is worthy of the price and spotless clean. The host welcome us and very approachable. If you want a quick escape and a simple place to relax then its your place to go. 'Til next time.

We had a wonderful stay at Ms. Xenia’s place. She was very responsive and quickly addressed all our needs. The place is clean and had almost all the things we need. The place is also pet friendly. I am looking forward to staying at Ms. Xenia’s place when we visit CamSur again.

We held our annual get together at Jho's place and it was lovely. The place was clean, smells good and we loved that the decorations was minimal yet very cozy. We also loved the big mirror. The airconditioning was good, beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, wifi connection was stable. The only suggestion I can give is to provide more drinking water. All in all, we recommend this listing!
