This place is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway! We stayed four nights to celebrate our friend’s bachelor party and go to the GA/FL game and we had the best time. Natalie was incredibly friendly and responsive and the condo was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in/check-out were also both a breeze. I can’t wait to visit SSI again and I couldn’t recommend this place enough for a family vacation or getaway with friends!

Beautiful place, great location just minutes from the beach!

Sonny's place was great. Host was super responsive and friendly. We went to a friend's wedding on Jekyll Island, and this spot made it easy for us to get off/on the island easily over the weekend. Sonny's stay is just as pictured. Comfortable and clean. This part is about the neighborhood. Just an FYI this area does not have Uber drivers or rideshare options available. We tried a couple of times before and after the wedding, and found zero drivers (even at different times of the day, and over the weekend). So we drove the whole weekend. That part wasn't great. We have stayed in different size towns and never had an issue finding an Uber. So, if you do plan to stay here, plan to have a car for getting around and you'll be fine! :)

We enjoyed our stay in this very conveniently located and clean space. Aleesa is a natural host who made her space and our stay stress-free. The condo is near the pool and a playground. The landscaping is pretty and the complex quiet. We loved the St. Simons area and hope to bring the rest of our family to visit with us next time.

We enjoyed our stay here. We found the location convenient for walking into town and riding our bikes. We liked the unit being an end unit and enjoyed the living, space and balcony. There is a hot plate available to do some basic cooking, and the full size fridge was handy. We look forward to staying in this unit again.

Great place to stay for the area. Very secluded, plenty of room for all guests. Washer and dryer is great for after the beach. Clean, and the TV had all of the streaming apps for a rainy day. Thankful to have the opportunity!

Great location as it was quiet and accessible to a few public beach access points. This end of the beach gets pretty narrow at high tide, but plenty of room at low tide. No issues with anything in the house, and we had everything needed to cook a couple meals. The king bed was very comfortable. The internet was decent, only slowed with several connections streaming.

Alyson and Richard were great hosts! All of the beds were extremely comfortable and the modern design of the townhouse was so different from all of the others we have stayed in in this community. There was comfortable seating, plenty of pots and pans and dishes that we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner perfect! The showers were brand new as well. Wonderful home and look forward to maybe trying some of their other properties as well the next time we come to St Simons.

This was our second time staying in this little gem of a condo and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Great location within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, the pier, and beautiful waterfront park. Clean, comfortable, and cozy. We’re already planning for visit number three!

Some people host to make money, others host to genuinely craft an experience for their guests. Katie’s space was immaculate; from cleanliness to design, every detail was infused with thoughtfulness and care. It had everything you could need to feel at home without being overwhelming and redundant. The perfect amount of towels, pots, dishcloths and cooking utensils. Plus the bed was cozy and the bathroom was pristine. Perfect for a writers weekend retreat. The walk to the beach was incredibly easeful and the proximity to yoga and a wellness studio was a huge bonus. Definitely hope to return to the cozy nest.

The condo was so cute & perfect for our girls’ weekend. It was even better than the photos! Great hosts - they were flexible with our schedule & left us a welcome gift. Very nice!

wife and i were there for almost five weeks. absolutley loved it. we felt like we found our second home. we met so many nice and friendly residents as we frequented the pool daily. the location is perfect to stores , etc. just cant say enough about this place and st simons island. we can not wait to return.

We loved staying at Jodie's! It was tranquil, but a short walk to restaurants and shopping. The apartment was clean and had every amenity we wanted, we felt at home instantly. It is right beside the pool and the complex is very clean and quiet. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay. Renovated condo was nice. Location in comparison to the pier and shops was ideal! We accidentally left some items in a drawer in the bathroom and Covenant quickly helped to locate it and start the process of mailing it to us. So thankful!!
