House had plenty of space and was as described. Host was responsive to questions and check in and out was simple. Would stay here again down the road.

We loved our stay while we were visiting with relatives in the Philly suburbs. Carol’s place had plenty of room for us and our adult children, with a full bath for each room. It was comfortable, cozy and well appointed. Carol was extremely responsive and proactive in helping with minor issues. We will definitely stay there again!

Michael's place is homey, comfortable and welcoming. The house has wonderful original features, was clean as a whistle, and was just the perfect place to stay over the holidays. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped and we certainly used it. When our niece's family came to visit, the two children immediately found the box of toys and oversized pictures books in the living room and were delighted. Michael is responsive and caring. When there was a sprinkling of snow, he immediately was in touch and a family member came by to sweep the walkway, even though it was Christmas Eve. Thank you, Michael, we have surely found our home from home for future visits to Philly.

Perfect location for Eagles game! Everything was less than 10mins away! There was plenty of space!

James' place was perfect for our stay in Philly for the weekend. Great neighborhood and close to the airport, close the Lincoln Financial Field, close to shops and restaurants. The Heirloom Market right next door made shopping so easy! I am a big fan of great pillows wherever we go and the bedrooms had great pillows! Slept like a baby! Communication was great and proactive. Responses timely even though we didn't need anything. The home was well stocked, well decorated and SO comfortable! Need to find an "excuse" to come back to Philly and stay again!

Spacious, light, beautifully designed house in an up-and-coming neighborhood (short ride to anywhere and some cool walkable places close by). It was a great house for gathering with our adult kids, with enough room for people to be together and spread out and do their own thing.

Noemi went far and beyond when it came to making me feel comfortable and welcomed! Her place was pristine and felt right at home! Noemi was awesome with local recommendations regarding cuisine and attractions. I will definitely stay there again the next time I’m in the Philadelphia area!

Had a great stay in a unique and enormous home on a large property. Host was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The home and the property have a lot of character. There are ample bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms for a large family. There is also tons of fridge and kitchen space since there is a full second kitchen and a very large main fridge.

We had a wonderful family holiday gathering at A.J.’s place in Nether Providence. A beautiful home that was very conveniently located and comfortable for a large group. A.J. was helpful and communicative. A real find!

Bebe's house is a sanctuary. Can't say enough about how peaceful and restful this house is. I never want to leave- this was my second time there, and it was even better than I remember it. Often when asking my kids what ideas they have for upcoming vacations, they ask for Bebe's house!

This property is beautiful. The place was clean and stocked well with necessary items. I had a small issue with the lights in the back room and someone was thier in less than 20 minutes to repair. They were super kind. The location was excellent. I will be renting again next year.

Perfect place for our multi-generation family to stay for a family wedding. Betty's place offered us plenty of space and things to do to keep us entertained, relax, and catch up with each other. Betty had food for our first breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Janet’s place was wonderful! It was exactly as described. There were so many things that we really liked about it: the great deck in the backyard, the completely fenced in backyard for our dog, the ease of checking in and out, the very comfortable furniture and bed. We would highly recommend Janet‘s place for travellers looking for a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. We will definitely return to Janet’s place for our next trip to New Jersey.

This place was excellent for a few days away from the city. It was very cozy and quiet which was exactly what we were looking for. The backyard is huge and fully fenced which was perfect for our dogs to run around. Susan was very nice and responsive if we needed anything.

We have two less-than-friendly dogs which has made visiting family in PA very difficult for us the past few years. Lana’s place was perfect for us and allowed us to come down for Christmas for the first time in a while! The dogs loved the big backyard and felt very comfortable inside. We loved the great central location and clean interior! It was easy to get to the highway and plenty of great parks, walks, and coffee shops close by! Will definitely be staying again to visit family and friends in the area!

Beautiful property and very cozy cottage. Our stay for Christmas and the family wedding in Philly was absolutely perfect! Our two dogs loved running in the fenced in area and sunning themselves by the patio door. Thank you so much for hosting us, it was a wonderful experience!

wonderful apartment for our group of 4! had more amenities provided than typical airbnbs, host is very responsive and friendly providing clear instructions on how to get inside. parking was easy to manage and free which was a plus.

We had an incredible stay over Christmas 2024. The layout was perfect for the family to spend quality time together whether it was while watching movies, competing in fusebol tournaments, or enjoying a great meal.

Nice place and excellent host. Parking a bit of a challenge but we were able to find it each night. Easier if you have a smaller car.
