We needed a place to stay while we put our house in the market. This place was great, convenient and had everything we needed. Excellent communication with the host and although we had a minor problem, he proactively refined us to account for it. Overall great experience and loved the big wide open kitchen.

Our recent stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful amenities specifically designed for kids. Our little ones felt right at home with the toys and games available, making it easy for them to settle in and have fun. The location is another highlight. We were just a stone's throw away from the art museum. Additionally, we loved how walkable the neighborhood was, with a diverse selection of restaurants just a few minutes away. Whether we were in the mood for casual dining or something more upscale, there was always a great option nearby. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals, which added to the convenience of our stay. We appreciated the attention to detail. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great apartment, very clean, comfy beds & great location! We had a great time in Philadelphia and glad we booked this apartment! The neighborhood is lovely and walkable, surprisingly quiet too! There's a supermarket right next door which is very convenient as well. Highly recommend this place!

Our stay at Ethan's house was an enjoyable experience. It is very clean and well located. It is an older house and the stairs to the bedrooms were steeper than we thought, but we managed with one of us sleeping in the living room on a comfy sofa. Ethan is very responsive and easy to connect with and check in and check out were a breeze. We especially enjoyed dinners at the King's Corner, right around the corner. The food is 5 star and it was fun, and just around the corner from the house.

Nice and spacious house. We appreciated allowing an early check in to accommodate a very pregnant guest! Easy to walk or uber to other neighborhoods, although the immediate area was a bit lacking. Hosts were excellent communicators and everything was as described and very comfortable.

Quirky, historic house with lots of space for our big family!! Would definitely recommend if you need a big space with lots of comfortable “hanging out” rooms.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

My family of 12 get together every year for the Christmas holiday usually in Delaware. This year we needed to do it in the Philadelphia area in Flourtown. Adorable cottage, beautiful yard with fire pit and wood available, and out the gate access to large area for hiking with a creek. East access to Wilmington, Jersey, Philly, and close to NYC. She had great recommendations on her guide. Flexible and communicated the whole time, but wasn’t in our space when we were at home. Great stay!

Very homey in a quiet neighborhood. Full kitchen made it very easy to cook. Comfortable rooms. Spacious and airy. Good WiFi. It was a perfect stay for myself, my kid and my dog. Decent street parking. It was perfect. Highly recommend.
