Mary went above and beyond to accommodate The cabin is adorable with lots of nice touches, and the outdoors areas are simply amazing. The closet kitchen is well supplied . We actually cooked all but two meals during our week-long stay. The bed is very comfortable. I highly recommend "The Bear's Den" for your stay in the Franklin, NC area.

We love it here w/Gorgeous view's 3700 ft and hot tub. Comfortable furniture, new granite in kitchen, carpet, comfortably sleeps 7 on comfy beds, full kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, paved road, plenty of space for a trailer and carport (great for bikes). Kitchen includes everything you need for your stay (Krieg & drip coffee maker). Full-size washer/dryer. Close to restaurants, ski/tubing resort, river tubing, Ashville, Casino, Gatlinburg and so much more!! If this is not available, we have others.

Beautiful, relaxing home with lots of windows overlooking the mountains- although our favorite spot was in the rocking chairs on the deck. You definitely do need a 4wd/AWD to get up the driveway! Great locations for day trips to waterfalls, Highland, Mountain Water Byways, etc.

We had a amazing time. It was me, my husband, my mom and our two boys. The upstairs offered my husband and I privacy. Downstairs was convenient for my mom and kids. Due to her health issues she didn’t have to climb the stairs and she had a living room and kitchenette that help her not have to do the stairs. I would highly recommend this place. The host was amazing and very communicated.

We were very surprised by how secluded Bear Lake Reserve was. We definitely should have done more research about the reserve itself, but Brian’s house was amazing. It was towards the front of the reserve which made it easy for exiting and going to our friend’s wedding. We spent a lot of time on the back patio listening to the creek and relaxing by the fireplace. It was exactly how they described on the listing and it comfortably fit all 6 of us adults. We would definitely love to come back in the future, just maybe when it’s a little warmer. The downside of the reserve was how far the clubhouse was and the pool was empty. Again our fault for not doing the research about the reserve itself.

This was without a doubt the best house I stayed in on my fourth visit to Maggie Valley. Everything works in the house and it smells great. It is super clean, in a super safe location, easy to get to and close to everything. Facing the river you can have your coffee looking at the beautiful wire in front of the house and then if you want go to the river to throw some rocks. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend it.

My family and I had a great time in Sylva. The cabin was exactly as pictured with lots of wonderful Christmas decorations. We went the first week of January and got a full day of light snow. It was like a second Christmas for us! Unfortunately there was a small hiccup with the water heater. We notified Kevin and Maria and they did a great job of getting the issue taken care as soon as possible. Their attention and quick response was greatly appreciated and should not be overlooked. This cabin is run by some great hosts. As for our trip, the location was fantastic we were able to take short trips every day exploring Bryson city, Maggie Valley, and Waynesville. Sylvia was the perfect little hub to enjoy peace and quiet but be close enough to explore. If you are considering this cabin i highly recommend you book it you will not regret it. Thanks again Kevin and Maria we hope to come back soon.

Our family had an incredible stay at this beautiful mountain house in the Highlands! The home was stunningly decorated, offering both charm and comfort, and the kids absolutely loved every moment of it. The location was perfect—private and peaceful, yet so close to downtown, making it convenient to explore the area. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway and would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the Highlands

This was our 2nd stay at The Willow. Once again it was a great experience and we loved staying there again. It’s the perfect location to stay at when you’re visiting Highlands. Melle is great to work with and a great host. We will definitely be back later in the year. We highly recommend you check out this amazing property and if you need additional rooms for your family or friends you can check out The Heritage as well. There’s a private door that opens between the two properties so you don’t have to worry about going outside to enter the other property. Definitely a 5 STAR!!!

The home is a dream - decorated beautifully, comfortable beds, lovely linens and towels, a screened in porch with a swing plus outdoor eating area. The kitchen was fabulous - excellent appliances and fully stocked with everything you need. Much appreciated that basics like spices and oil were available because no one wants to buy all that for a short stay. The home is situated in a peaceful woody area yet close to amenities. Availed ourselves of the nearby pool. Donna was easy to reach and responded quickly from beginning to end. Already planning a return trip!
