House vacation rentals in Glenelg East

This place is beautiful, so spacious and the beds are like sleeping on clouds. Great amenities which unfortunately we didnt have time to use but we did tinkle on the piano. My daughter is in a wheelchair so anyone looking for accessible accommodation I would recommend - hallways and doorways are accessible and the shower opening in the main bathroom was wide enough to fit the toilet/shower chair (63cm). There is 2 small steps into the house but a small ramp would suffice if your wheelchair can't go up steps.

House was fabulous in all ways! Great location 2 min walk to beach ( boards and other water sport items supplied) and a min from walking tracks. Excellent communication, generous pantry supplies, great undercover entertaining areas and fabulous pool! Would definitely recommend!!!

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect! Pethick House exceeded all our expectations! The host Monica was amazing – warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. The home itself is stunning, with every detail carefully thought out to make the stay luxurious and comfortable. The scenery is breathtaking, offering the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The pool was just right – perfect temperature and ideal for family fun! This serene and peaceful retreat provided the perfect balance of relaxation and enjoyment for our family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return!

Beautiful home with a stunning outlook. The house is light and spacious and set back from the road overlooking the sea. It very much has a beach vibe to homely the decor and layout. The pool is a great asset too. We did have a problem with the washing machine not opening but Ellie’s husband came out the next day to retrieve our things. I would very much recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful few days on the coast.

We loved Adam and Rachel's place in Torrensville - perfect for our needs! There were issues with the pool filter prior to check in, however, Adam was super communicative and went above and beyond to ensure this was fixed for our arrival - particularly important given the 40 degree temperatures that day! We really appreciated his efforts. The home theatre was also awesome for our teenage boys and the property is a literally a hop, skip and jump from all the fabulous eateries and shops on Henley Beach Road etc. Super comfortable, we highly recommend! :-)

Amazing place Immaculate Beautiful outside area

We chose The Retreat as we were driving over from Vic and wanted to shave off a bit of travel time. In the heat of an Adelaide Summer, the idyllic Hills offer a great location. Our stay was perfect. A huge, clean, light and bright apartment in beautiful surroundings. The pool was an added bonus for us and our 9yo. Great value.

Enjoyed staying at Lex and Tim's place. The pool was amazing and the house was clean. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. Highly recommended 👍🏼👍🏼

Amazing place to stay the house itself was perfect for my stay in Adelaide especially for 4 adults and had plenty of space to relax. Everything was exactly as described and better. The location of the was great with super easy access to amazing coffee shops and the public transport. Georgia was super helpful during our stay too and was always happy to be of any help and was always respond super quickly. If your visiting I would highly recommend staying here it was like a home away from home

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Henley Beach! The location was unbeatable—just a short stroll to the beautiful beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the stunning surroundings. The home was fantastic, with excellent air conditioning in the bedroom, lounge room, and kitchen, and a big TV that was perfect for unwinding in the evenings. I stayed with my two French bulldogs, and the space was very pet-friendly, which made the experience even better! The only minor challenge was the internet—it wasn’t the best for working from home, and phone reception was spotty at times. If you’re traveling for work, I’d recommend bringing an internet dongle just in case. Otherwise, everything was absolutely perfect, and I’d highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach getaway!

Great location, we loved watching the storm roll in from the large balcony, What a view! Well equiped, everything we needed was provided. Including shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash. Enough space for our whole family to get ready as we had a family wedding to attend, without feeling on top of each other. Welcome bottle of wine, a lovely surprise.

We had a fantastic stay at Shirley's place! The home was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, comfortable and well-equipped with what we needed! The location was perfect for a wedding we were attending nearby and Shirley was incredibly responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend this lovely home away from home to anyone visiting the area!

Everything was perfect – the home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet and peaceful. The host was fantastic—super responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every detail was thought of, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We can’t recommend this place enough and would love to stay here again the next time we’re in Adelaide. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

The cutest house with everything you need for a few days stay. You can walk to many places, parking is great. The house was perfectly supplied everything we needed for a few days.

Absolutely beautiful. Great location, beautifully styled and smelt AMAZING. The bed sheets were buttery soft and I had the best night’s sleep. Powerful ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Appreciated the fresh bread, milk and condiments 🩷

Really comfortable stay. Just a very homey house, and was great as an overnight stay but would probably suit longer stays as it was very accommodating. Lots of amenities included and a lovely host - very responsive and easy to communicate with. 🙂
