Brenna was very helpful throughout our trip. The hosts went above and beyond to help us during the snow fall we got while staying there. Their place has everything you’d need, they stocked it well and added all the things you’d need for the kitchenette. Great stay in their home and beautiful area. Highly recommended.

Michael the host was amazing. House was just as described. Everything went smooth and efficient.

This house has lots of space and works well for a group. The neighborhood is not particularly walkable, but if you're OK sticking with your car, there are nearby amenities and it's only about 12 minutes to downtown Colorado Springs. We stayed here due to its proximity to our conference at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort. It was much cheaper to stay here and the resort center was only 6 minutes away.

We really enjoyed our stay at Katie’s during the holidays. It was super clean and the beds were comfortable. Cozy and quaint!

This place was amazing! We came with five children and my in laws and pups. This place was PERFECT! Tons of space and different living areas. Local restaurants a plus. Backyard to hang out with lighting. Front porch swing perfect for morning coffee and Mountain View’s. Large table for the whole family. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at Susan’s and we loved it just as much as the first. We love having a backyard for our dog to run around and the place is always clean and comfortable. Great location and Sue is a great communicator as well. Our new favorite place to stay in Colorado Springs!

Had a great stay! Nice open layout. Everyone in our family of 5 had their own space when they wanted it, as well as space to bring us all together, comfortably. Bathrooms are nicely remodeled. Also liked the cork floors. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Found the snow shovel when we needed it. Hot tub was a bonus! Location was perfect for us. Nice neighborhood against the foothills with a great park close by. Hosts were super fast to respond and checked in the right amount. We hope to stay again next time we are in town.

Such a sweet host. He left personal touches that made my stay special. Bed was super comfy and the game room was so cute even if we didn't have time to use it. Great spot.

Great location! Right in the heart of Manitou Springs. We had a wonderful time. Tim and Kris were very helpful and responded quickly with our inquiries. I would stay here again.

Scott’s place is great, private, and has amazing access to the South Platte River! Scott was kind and accommodating — his property is a gem. The cabin was clean, private, simple - but had everything you needed. Kitchen was well stocked to cook pretty much anything. We caught many fish and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Had a great stay with my friend at Rosemarie’s place. Beautiful view from the outdoor patio. It snowed a lot and made it even more beautiful. Our 4W car didn’t make it up the driveway with all the snow one night because it is very steep. We had crampons to walk down the driveway into town. Plenty of places to walk to nearby.

The apartment had everything you will need. Very clean (I’m very picky)and comfortable. Plenty of privacy outside to enjoy the weather. We would stay here again.

This place was perfect for a night in Colorado Springs, but it would also be great for much longer stays!

This place was amazing! Super clean and smells fresh new and clean. We absolutely loved staying here. It’s super convenient and quiet. The neighborhood is beautiful with lots to do. A very exercise friendly community. Super market was right across the street and close to tons of different eateries. We hope to stay here again in the future. The only thing we would mention is the water pressure isn’t great but it’s not terrible. The barn door to the main bathroom is a little funky but we didn’t mind either of those things.

This is a beautifully remodeled place that was spotlessly clean. It was very comfortable and so adorable. This is a very nice place to stay.

Kira’s place was perfect! Amazing quite neighborhood with your own trail the GOG. Condo was exactly like she described it and even more. Well stocked, thoughtfully designed to enjoy indoors and outdoors! We loved the hot tub and the deck, where we spent quite a few hours enjoying the serenity of the space. Kira proved to be a great host. She always responded so quickly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We used her recommendations for things do and places to eat, which was fantastic, as it’s hard to navigate in a new area. Thank you so much!

Great space for our family of 6! Even though only 1 bathroom, pleased with the walk-in shower for seniors. We spent lots of time at local attractions ~10-15 min away (Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon Open Spaces, Cog Railway, Manitou Springs shopping) and even made day trips to Great Sand Dunes NP, Capulin Volcano NM, & Royal Gorge Bridge. Each day we still had time to relax in the AirBNB, cook breakfast & a few dinners (including grilling steaks). Had a slight view of a mountain from one bedroom window, but as soon as you drive out of the neighbourhood, you have amazing views of Pikes Peak & just down the main road, Garden of the Gods. Austin was responsive and considerate of our questions and needs during our stay! Would come back or recommend to others 100%!

We really enjoyed our short stay in Shelly's place. Nice location, a quiet place. The place is exactly as described.

Our flight coming in on the first day was delayed 12 hrs and our host was very understanding. The AirB&B was spotless and very very clean. Only thing I could say is if your booking in the winter and have an over weight bag keep in mind it’s 14 steps up and it’s VERY slippery when it’s ice. That ice was clear and it was very late and I just about fell backwards on the first step cause it had ice on it. But that was my fault lol it gave us something to laugh at for sure. Philip is a fabulous host I HIGHLY recommend this place. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for being so wonderful.
