great house, had everything we needed. lovely care package left by the host. short taxi ride into town. Denise was a pleasure to deal with.

I don't think I've ever stayed in an airbnb with a host as considerate, accommodating, and fashionable (both in personal and interior decorating style). The space was designed with livability and beauty in mind, and it shows. My family and I settled in instantly, as the space oozes comfort, from the wood burning stove to the well-stocked and compact kitchen. And if that wasn't enough, as it was Christmas, she brought me and my family plates from her meticulously cooked family dinner. If we're ever in Cork again, we will surely rent with her, and maybe even take her out for a cocktail. Thanks, Maureen!

We are just back from a little winter break in a gorgeous refurbished cottage in the grounds of Rock Cottage. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was very well equipped with a great kitchen and there were little added extras such as tea and coffee and there was milk in the fridge for our arrival. Our hosts were very welcoming and wanted everything to be just right for our stay. We brought our two dogs which worked out really well with plenty of beaches nearby to walk and let them run and we all enjoyed the walking trails in the grounds of the cottage. I am sure this is very special place in the summer time. Thank you, Jackie for making our stay enjoyable. We hope to visit again.

we really liked the place, it's extremely beautiful, clean, thoughtful for guests. Matt and his team are very hospitable, responsive. we do not regret for a second that we chose this destination, we will return with pleasure and I will suggest this location to all our friends

A spacious, immaculately clean apartment with everything you could need. Julie left milk, tea bags and a lovely treat which we were grateful for. Have already recommended to family and we would definitely like to stay again.

We had a truly lovely Christmas stay at Barbara’s Airbnb! The house was the perfect size for our family, offering plenty of space while still feeling incredibly cozy and inviting. The decor and atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home, especially during the holidays. The location was fantastic—close enough to everything we needed while still being peaceful and relaxing. Whether it was taking walks in the charming surroundings or popping out for last-minute holiday essentials, everything was conveniently within reach. Barbara was a wonderful host, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate Christmas together. Highly recommended!

The holiday started well as we were greeted by Maureen who gave us a warm reception and showed us around the property. The property is amazing, and it is stylishly furnished and equipped with all manner of household items including hundreds of toys which occupied our granddaughter throughout the week. The property is located on a hill with panoramic views, and we enjoyed watching the sunsets every evening. We were fortunate with the weather which was dry but, in any event, there was plenty to occupy ourselves with within the property including a television and various equipment such as the dishwasher and washing machine which made our life quite easy. We also appreciated the beach equipment including chairs which helped us to enjoy the seaside which we visited virtually every day. This was undoubtedly the best holiday property we have experienced, and we are likely to return again next year for more of the same.
