Fantastic stay a Catherine’s. House is spacious and comfortable and was spotless upon arrival. Great location. Easily walkable to Main St. with its many bars, restaurants and coffee shops. And an easy walk to the train to downtown Philly. Parking is a bit of an issue if you have more than one car, but we always managed to find a spot within walking distance. Our family had a great time here. Would definitely book it again!

Overall very nice place to stay. Convenient location near to Bryn Mawr College and downtown. The apartment was clean and comfy. Dave was very responsive whenever we needed help and responded almost immediately, which was especially helpful when my 18-yo daughter got locked inside her bedroom accidentally (the lock on the door probably should be replaced). Dave coached us over the phone on how the gently jimmy the door without breaking anything.

Amazing place, super cozy and beautiful inside. The location is great, really close to everything but backs right up to the woods so it feels really peaceful and private. Skeitha was so chill and nice! I definitely want to be back

I enjoyed very much Jerry Luke house / duplex . Although only went to sleep mostly it was very peaceful . Definitely recommend this house if anyone wants comfort and peace and accessible to the historic district . Fell very blessed to have a 3 day stay in someone else’s house that felt like my own . Anne was a great host and the location is perfect. Within walking distance to downtown, South Street, all of the cheesesteak spots, and some local bars that are fun. Super easy check-in and check out process. Loved Anne’s recommendations, made some non-locals feel like locals! Be prepared to climb some steep stairs if you stay here! Historic home, but could be difficult to navigate for someone who does not have great balance or mobility.

For this part of the city, more spacious, newer, better cleaned than many other airbnb options. Living room is on first floor and bedroom and bathroom on second, so not so many stairs as many in this area. Convenient to many parts of the city, with attractions, restaurants, bakeries, etc. Excellent communication with host team.

Everything about this stay from start to finish was perfect. What a lovely space! Clean, comfortable, wonderful location! Check-in was easy. Communication was quick and helpful. Thanks so much for a great weekend!!!

Marja’s place is excellent, I wish I could have stayed longer. The place itself was super cute and exactly like the pictures/description. There are other residents in the building, but the apartment is on a floor by itself which makes it feel more private. Marja was really easy to communicate with and was flexible with both check- in and check-out which really helped make my trip stress free. The location was close to the Wissahickon Park which was exactly what I was looking for and I really enjoyed going to the Germantown Weavers Way Co-Op for food.
