There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. Wild Szyszka is a year-round cozy yurt hidden in the midst of Masurian meadows, off the beaten path. The interior, in addition to amenities, guaranteeing a comfortable escape from the hustle and bustle, hides eclectic details chosen with passion. Perfect for a stay for two or alone, for remote work or to just "unplug" and immerse yourself in nature without restraint. That's why only six houses are located on a large area at comfortable distances for guests. The glass in the living room and the spacious terrace provides unique views regardless of the time of day or year (the houses have a fireplace and central heating). The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.

We invite you to our new house in Pilwa. The house has 35 m2, one bedroom with a large double bed and a room with a double fold-out sofa with a comfortable mattress. There is also a kitchenette (oven, fridge, dishwasher, gas hob) with full equipment and a bathroom with a shower. There is half a hectare of meadow around the house, which is only at your disposal. Lake Dobskie and the great beach in Jerzykowo are about 4 km away. The house is adjacent to the bicycle path around Masuria.

Built in 1927 with Prussian brick, it has retained its original character and rural simplicity to this day. Restored and traditionally finished, it's the perfect haven for people who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is divided into two separate self-contained farms and is presented in the listing, with an area of about 120 square meters.
