Vacation rentals with breakfast in Gisborne District

Great accomodation for a big family group, we loved the decor, & the beds that were comfy, plus the outdoor area was great for little ones to play as yard very secure. The kitchen had everything you could want for a big dinner or baking. Loved that there was lots of blankets and extra towels in the cupboard Thanks Jill for the excellent accomodation 😀

We had an awesome stay with Jane and Leon. They made us feel right at home. We were a group of three about to start lake waikaremoana. It’s a 12 min drive to the start of the track. Jane and Leon were so helpful and left us to it after we arrived. The place was clean and warm. We arrived to the fire going after a long drive from Auckland. Highly recommend to anyone needing a decent sleep when in town. Thank you Jane and Leon. We will be back 😊

I booked this accommodation for my colleagues, and they loved it. It was the perfect place for what they needed while working away from home, with a great location. The communication with the hosts was excellent, and we were able to extend the stay by another day without any issues. I would definitely book again in the future.

If you're looking for a peaceful getaway that feels like a little piece of heaven, look no further than this magical spot in Haurata. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by breathtaking scenery, cozy comforts, and the kind of warmth you only find in a true home away from home. Jane, our wonderful host, is hands down one of the kindest and most thoughtful people we've ever met. She went above and beyond to make our stay special — even leaving all the sheep out just so our daughter could enjoy playing with them. It was such a unique and joyful experience that our little one will never forget. The house itself is well-stocked with lots of board games and card games, perfect for quality family time when you're not out exploring the stunning surroundings. Every little detail has been thought through to make your stay comfortable and memorable. We truly miss Jane, and our little one especially miss their time with Sage. Cant wait to return♥️

Linda and Daren’s place is so beautiful and well located!! On top of that, these two were the most gracious and generous hosts. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and bbq. We will 100% be staying here when we come back to the Gisborne area. Can’t recommend highly enough!

This is the perfect spot to enjoy a fantastic get away. Stunning views both ocean and rural. The house is beautifully appointed, has a relaxed atmosphere and lots of space. The huge fire was our highlight and the great kitchen meant we had everything we needed right there…we hardly wanted to go anywhere else! Our local hosts were extremely hospitable and made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you!
