We stayed 03 nights out of 04 people at apt. 103. The building is new, very clean and organized. Check-in and check-out were quiet. The place is peaceful, we left our car on the building's freight and we didn't have any problems. The apartment is close to downtown. In the kitchen we had everything we needed. Mr. João Pedro was very kind and attentive from the beginning and always quickly answered my doubts. I will definitely go back to this location again.

Highly recommended. Impeccable sheets and towels. Although it is not downtown, it is a very quiet neighborhood and easy to access by the route to the paddle court (we went to play a tournament). I recommend it 🥰
